2、大堤位于鄂、皖、赣三省交界处，地处九江县北部长江之江心洲，大堤成闭合状，圩区四面环水，为东西走向的平缓洲地。江新洲大堤保护着九江县江洲镇和新洲垦殖场两个乡镇级单位的防洪安全，保护面积76.39km，保护耕地6.8810亩，保护人口4.2710人。 1.2水文气象 工程所在区域具东亚季风气候特征：四季分明，雨量充沛，气候温和，无霜期长。圩区多年平均气温17.O，最高气温40.8，最低气温-12.4；多年平均降水量1423.3mm，最大年降水量2094.8mm，最小年降水量763.3mm，降水量多集中于46月，约占全年降水量44.O，枯水期一般为每年的10月至次年2月。长江九江段水位全年以7月9月

3、为高水位期，12月次年3月为低水位期，湖口站多年平均水位为12.90m。 1.3工程地质条件 江新洲大堤地处九江县境内，场地属长江冲积形成的江心洲，地形平坦开阔，地面标高18m左右，堤线长39.70km。地基土主要由第四系新近沉积或一般冲积的粉质粘土、壤土、砂壤土、粉细砂、中砂、粗砂等组成。 1.4对外交通条件 江新洲大堤位于长江中部，长江全年通航，有轮渡可达。 4 4 4 2本工程对外交通需通过轮渡，通过堤顶公路、区内村镇公路连接。工程对外交通较为便利。 1.5主要建设内容及工程完成情况 九江县江洲镇水毁设施应急修复和灾后恢复重建工程建设内容及完程情况对比表 5篇二：安装工程施工总结报告 窑

4、街煤电集团有限公司低浓度瓦斯与油页岩炼油尾 发电项目脱硫系统安装工程总结报告 编制： 审核： 审批： 山东阳光天润化工集团有限公司 2012年6月一、工程概况 窑街煤电集团有限公司低浓度瓦斯与油页岩炼油尾气发电项目为低浓度瓦斯和油页岩炼油尾气掺混综合利用及节能环保项目。 本施工组织设计仅针对30台（一期15台）500KW低浓度瓦斯发电机组及其配套的附属设备安装脱硫系统。本工程于2012年2月6日开工，2012年6月30日竣工并正式交付使用。 二、工程量及工程特点 本单位工程工程量主要包括设备安装脱硫系统一套，包括低位槽、脱硫塔、再生槽、富液槽、过滤器、硫沫槽、事故槽、水泵、风机、工艺管线600

5、余米，电缆敷设200余米，电气盘、屏2面，各类仪表15余块。 本工程的特点主要是边设计、边施工、边修改且同时施工面积大、工程量大、施工配合和技术要求复杂、施工质量要求高等，具体体现在以下几点： 1、工程量大、配合面广 由于本工程的安装工程量大、工期比较紧凑，所以 常常发生土建及安装同期施工的现象，出现大面积、多专业、多人数同时进行施工的场面。针对此种状况，我们在做好详尽而周密的施工计划和组织安排的同时组织足够的人力与物力，并且认真做好内部统筹，积极加强外部协调，为确保工程顺利实施奠定了坚实的基础。 2、技术要求高、交叉作业多 本工程在施工过程中多次出现大面积、多人员同时赶工、交叉施工，在抢抓工

6、期、确保安全的前提下，针对不同的施工作业面，面对交错复杂的各种专业管道、数目众多的设备，我项目部施工管理人员深入现场实地查看，仔细研究科学统筹，做到了布局美观、走向合理，体现了较高的统筹管理水平和专业技术以及施工班组过硬的技术素质和丰富的施工经验。 3、“三边”工程、反复修改 本工程是一个典型的边设计、边施工、边修改的“三边”工程。业主在建设过程中不断提出的新要求，使得我们很多时候只好一边安装一边等图一边拆改。这样繁复的工作，造成了材料计划和施工统筹在不同时期和一定程度上的失调，增加了安装工程设计与施工的难度，还给施工配合带来很大的影响。为此，我们积极与甲方负责设计的工程技术人员进行交流、沟通

7、，在收到甲方设计修改图的第一时间内进行安装工程的设计调整，同时抓紧配合各方工作，充分协调好工序的衔接过程，抢时间、争进度、保质量、保安全，力争在最短的时间内为工程的顺利开展创造有利条件。 三、施工组织实施情况 接到安装施工任务后，我公司立即组建了项目经理部，并组织专业技术人员熟悉图纸，做好施工技术准备；同时，各职能部门(工程部、材料部、后勤保障部)马上落实劳动力、机具、设备、材料、后勤物资的供应安排。项目经理部随即同业主、监理一起，尽快进行施工场地的接收，并派人布置临电、临设，在工程开始前按安全、实用的原则搞好施工平面布置，以便施工生产工人一进场就能展开施工。临电的布置按照便于工作开展的需要，

8、首先布置好层间现场及加工制作场的临电；在临设设施方面，利用搭设临时建筑作为临时工具房和班组用房，以便安装工作的尽快进行。 施工前组织有关班组进行安全及技术交底，对施工使用的材料按照规范进行材料检验，合格后方允许进场使用。施工过程中，对施工操作及每一工序，项目部严格执行国家有关规范和标准对工程质量进行严格把关，特别是隐蔽工程验收项目，经业主、监理人员验收合格后，方进行下一工序施工，从而保证了工程质量。 自开工以来，项目经理部在公司的正确领导下，合理安排、科学施工，并始终得到监理的诸多帮助和有力监督，也得到建设单位的大力支持和关心，还得到其他相关单位的相互理解和配合。在整个安装施工过程中，我们都是

9、按照工地的施工计划有序施工，严格进行施工节点的控制，较好地完成了工程设计和合同约定的各项内容。 四、主要单项工程安装内容及技术措施 本安装工程主要包括以下内容： 1、设备安装 主要设备低位槽、脱硫塔、再生槽、富液槽、过滤器、硫沫槽、事故槽、水泵、风机，其中脱硫塔体积大、吨位大，吊装区域杂物较多，为确保安全顺利，会同甲方监理制定详尽吊装方案，采用大吨位吊车，加派人手，服从指挥，顺利完成了大件吊装。 2、工艺管道安装 工艺管道系统按照介质主要有尾气管道、生产水管道、脱硫液管道、贫液管道，其中尾气管道管道管径大，管线单根较长，施焊时现场采用对口器对接，确保了安装质量。 3、电气安装 主要包括三相异步

10、电动机安装、主电缆及槽架敷设、盘柜安装及二次回路调试。 4、仪表安装 包括就地指示仪表，翻板液位计，PH计分析仪，COD分析仪，地磁流量计，仪表盘柜安装和二次回路调试。 5、管道防腐 主要为设备、管道防腐，采用醇酸底漆，醇酸磁漆，面漆等涂刷，管道基层采用动力除锈，达到st2级，漆膜厚度不得低于130m。施工时采用滚涂法施工，漆膜均匀外观良好。 6、管道绝热 本工程户外管道除尾气管道、排气管道不做绝热保温，其他管道一律做保温，采用原材料进场前严格审核，确保合格后方使用。 五、工程施工进度及计划执行情况 本工程施工前制定详尽有效的施工计划，且在施工过程中每周制定周计划，确保工程进度可控。在施工进程

11、中，因为交叉作业严重，施工区域狭小，对不能按时完工的，加班加点进行追赶，确保关键工期节点。在项目部人员及甲方、监理帮助下，本工程按时进行了竣工验收。 六、工程质量管理制度及保证措施 1、项目部坚决贯彻执行甲方监理下发的各种质量管理文件,牢固树立“质量第一”的思想。 2、项目部有保证工程质量的管理机构和制度，有专人负责施工质量检测和核验记录,并认真做好施工记录和隐蔽工程验收签证记录,整理完善各项技术资料,确保施工质量符合要求。3、进行经常性的工程质量知识教育,提高工人的操作技术水平,在施工到关键性的部位时,技术员在现场进行指挥和技术指导。 4、施工现场工程质量管理必须按施工规范要求抓落实,保证每

12、道工序和施工质量符合验收标准。坚持做到每分项、分部工程施工自检自查,把好质量关,不符合要求的不处理好决不进行下道工序施工。 5、隐蔽工程施工前,必须经过质检员、建设单位代表或监理单位代表验收后,方进行工程隐蔽。 6、严格把好材料质量关,不合格的材料不准使用,不合格的产品不准进入施工现场。工程施工前及时做好工程所需的材料化验、试验，材料没有检验证明,不得进行隐蔽工程施工。 7、建立健全工程技术资料档案制度，每个工地有专人负责整理工程技术资料，认真按照工程竣工验收资料要求，要根据工程进行的进度及时做好施工记录，自检记录和隐蔽工程验收签证记录。将自检资料和工程保证资料分类整理保管好,随时接受质检员检

13、查。 本工程在整个施工过程中，编制施工方案，做好技术交底，加强施工技术管理工作，实行质量安全目标责任制，做到有计划地进行施工，合理安排人力、物力，同时密切与现场甲方和监理等部门联系，听取合理意见，使施工中出现的问题能及时处理，有效地控制了质量安全隐患。使工程在有关部门的大力支持和配合下，安全质量得到了保证，工程任务顺利完成。 七、合同执行情况 本工程已完成了合同约定的全部施工内容，经自查合格。 八、安全文明施工 本工程在整个施工过程中，项目部始终把安全、文明工作放在重要的位置来抓紧、抓实。在施工过程中，加强现场施工安全管理工作，落实贯彻执行施工技术安全操作规程及有关规定，签定施工安全责任制，健

16、13年8月5日正式进场开工，2014年2月16日全部完工。 1.2、建设依据 1、萧山区临浦镇浦二桥桥梁工程招标文件。 2、重庆中设工程设计有限公司设计的施工图纸。 3、国家现行的施工规范及浙江省有关标准、法律、法规文件。 4、本投标人的施工经验及公司质量体系文件及质量方针，有关质量管理、安全管理、文明施工管理等施工管理方面的文件。 1.3、工程主要技术指标 桥梁设计荷载按公路二级，横断面：0.5（人行道）+7.5（车行道）+0.5（人行道）=8.5米。桥梁纵坡0.9%，横坡2%。安全等级二级，设计基准期100年。50年一遇洪水，河底标高2.35米，常水位标高3.88米。 灌注桩4个、承台2个

18、全桥施工总体计划安排下结合该桥钻孔桩施工组织方案进行布置，主要内容有： 合理安排生产和生活用房，做好“三通一平”，为施工创造较好的条件。 根据设计单位交付的测量资料进行检查核对，测定桥梁中线和标定钻孔位置，补充必要的测量点。 钻孔场地的平面尺寸应符合桩基设计的平面尺寸，结合钻孔底座平面尺寸，钻孔移位要求，施工方法以及其他机具设施布置等情况确认。 钻机场地为旱地，应先平整场地，清除杂物，夯打密实，钻机底座不宜直接置于不坚实的填土上，以免产生不均匀沉陷。场地为浅水时，采用围堰筑岛方法，钻孔场地应能满足支承钻机、护筒加压、钻孔操作、吊放钢筋笼以及灌注水下砼可能产生的重量，具有足够的刚度和稳定性，并考

19、虑洪水时能使钻孔机具顺利进入和撤出场地。 制作和埋设护筒： a护筒的作用和一般要求 护筒有固定桩位，锥头导向，隔离地面水并保证泥浆在孔内高出地下水位或施工水位一定高度，形成静水压力，以保证孔壁不致坍落的作用。护筒内径应比钻孔桩设计直径大2040cm。 护筒顶的高度：旱地护筒，其顶端应高出地面0.5m以防杂物、地面水落入或流入井孔内，水中护筒，应高出施工水位和护筒内承压水位2m。 b护筒的材料和制作 护筒一律采用钢护筒，每节护筒的高度，一般为1.5m3m，视具体情况确定，如两节或多节护筒相接时，要求接缝严密，不漏水。 c护筒埋设工作是钻孔桩施工的开端，其平面位置与竖直度准确与否，其organiz
