1、专业好文档XX市车展策划方案之车展计划书展会背景:XX市有着200万人口的这座中型城市,汽车消费刚刚起步。 X市某品牌汽车销售人员说,像XX这样的三线城市,汽车企业历来都不重视在品牌宣传的投入,虽然三线城市的市场潜力比较大,XX也可以说是被汽车企业遗忘的“东方马其诺”。 然而让X市民苦恼的是,一个拥有200万人口的地级市,竟然难以找到汽车企业的一级代理商,而在二级代理商的销售处,消费者认为可选择的车型并不多,所以自己买车,只能去附近的城市。 由于X下属的市、县、区较分散,所以城区内的汽车销售网点并不多,比较大的汽车销售店只有四五家,而且类似于汽车超市,很多车型都代理销售,但就是不能全部看到样车

2、,只能看图片预定。 “Z汽车消费市场的特点是两极分化,一部分消费者求新,追求时尚。“另一部分消费者则是追求实用性, 由于三线城市大多地处内陆地区,所以消费习惯容易受到一、二线城市的影响,新车上市后往往会出现跟风购车的现象,但是三线城市却也有着自己的消费特点。 很多合资汽车企业甚至内资企业对三线城市的品牌宣传一直不够重视,一些品牌宣传的策划案在一、二线城市可以得到厂家的大力协助,而在三线城市却几乎被企业全盘否定,厂家认为在三线城市没有必要投入资金搞类似的活动。 另外随着人们生活水平的日趋提高,人们对生活质量的要求也越来越高,XX市民对车的消费需求也越来越庞大,新的时尚消费理念正悄然地推动汽车市场

3、发生新的变化。可行性分析:随着经济的发展,个体经营户,以及市区一些做生意、买卖的老板群越来越庞大,然而汽车已经成为一个人的身份和象征,随之买车族越来越多,可是XX市一个三线城市,一些大型的汽车企业很少在三线城市进行大规模的宣传和策划购买的优惠促销活动,然而随着信息检索时代的到来,市民能够了解到的汽车最新资讯也越来越快,这明显是一个巨大的缺口,所以进行汽车团购活动必定会有潜在的一个巨大市场。 第一部分:主题: 车展以“汽车走进生活,为所有车友省钱”为主题,充分展示东方资讯为更好的服务广大消费者,更大程度的做到为居民省钱,提高XX市民的消费品质,拉动内需,与电视台连手打造一个团购消费的新模式。活动

4、: 汽车车展策划人:XX会展公司策划时间:2011年3月 第二部分:活动地点:XX休闲广场活动时间:2011年11月22日25日活动意义:在当今社会,汽车对居民来说,已不仅是一种简单的代步工具,更是一种文化的象征,时尚的载体,东方资讯和鸡西电视台特举办本次车展,给予大众正确的购车导向,能够近距离地品味汽车文化,体验动感生活,并且在后续的汽车团购服务中形成产业链式一条龙化服务,为广大的车友省钱。在活动现场,预计要买车的人能够以市场最低的团购价格购得自己喜爱的车型,暂时不买车的人也会在现场能了解到一些汽车行业的最新资讯和一些汽车保养维修方面的知识。把展会办成集汽车购买、汽车知识、汽车保养、参与性、

5、互动性、知识性、娱乐性于一体的“汽车嘉年华”。主办单位:X电视台、XX市平面广告协办单位:佳能广告媒 体:XX电视台 XX日报XX交通台 DM广告、宣传单、彩虹门和条幅的方式 第三部分:现场布置:一会场布置整个休闲广场周边插上彩旗,彩旗上写着车展的主题,每句主题字体的颜色不同。观众席上挂上横幅,上面写上主题“汽车走进生活,为所有车友省钱”。两只氢气球,每只球下都挂着横幅写着主题。夹在氢气球中间的是用气囊横幅组成的“彩虹门”,上面写上车展活动名“XXXX汽车车展”。二展台布置 展台上的布置可以按各个公司的要求或能体现该车的性能特色来规划摆放。三舞台布置 搭建一个舞台是为了让参观者时时能感受到活动

6、的浓烈气氛。以各类各样的汽车,最好是概念车为背景。上面写上车展的主题,主题下是活动时间、意义、主办单位、协办单位和承办单位等。舞台左右各放音响,舞台前左角摆活动的奖品。(现场购买会有什么样的一个奖励需具体商讨)活动流程:开展前一晚:布置仪式台,仪式台及音响设备安装到位;展会期间:6:00 清洁打扫;6:20 全面保安工作;6:30 各参展汽车等设备到场,并开始摆放工作;7:20 参展设备摆放完毕;7:30 (播放音乐)礼仪小姐请嘉宾、记者到主会场;7:50 参加开幕仪式人员全部到位;8:00 主持人宣布开幕仪式开始介绍来长嘉宾,以及主办方,协办方和赞助单位8:10 (音乐停止)请供应商代表讲话

7、;8:20 请东方资讯负责人讲话8:30 开幕式结束,车展活动正式开始;8:35 开始舞台表演; 车模亮相,T台走秀 目的:吸引群众眼球,聚集人气9:00 表演结束;9:05 现场互动,有奖问答10:00 -12:00 汽车驾驶及保养知识宣传,邀请专业人士为大众宣传解答有关汽车驾驶,保养中的知识,同时分发一些汽车驾驶保养小知识传单、 汽车知识问答目的:活跃展览会场气氛,增加参展厂商与大众的互动性,提高参观人群的积极性,聚集展会人气。13:30 汽车试驾活动开始;17:00 当天车展结束,检查清理现场;活动分工安排:1、秘书部:负责活动总体进展,确定嘉宾名单(人员配置:2人)2、 策划部:协调现

Those events were way before my time.As a kid, I was fascinated with what goes on in the sky, and when NASA pulled the plug on the s

12、huttle program I was heartbroken. Yet the privatized space race has renewed my childhood dreams to reach for the stars.As a meteorologist, Ive still seen many important weather and space events, but right now, if you were sitting next to me, youd hear my foot tapping rapidly under my desk. Im anxiou

13、s for the next one: a space capsule hanging from a crane in the New Mexico desert.Its like the set for a George Lucas movie floating to the edge of space.You and I will have the chance to watch a man take a leap into an unimaginable free fall from the edge of space - live.The (lack of) air up there

14、Watch man jump from 96,000 feet Tuesday, I sat at work glued to the live stream of the Red Bull Stratos Mission. I watched the balloons positioned at different altitudes in the sky to test the winds, knowing that if they would just line up in a vertical straight line we would be go for launch.I feel

15、 this mission was created for me because I am also a journalist and a photographer, but above all I live for taking a leap of faith - the feeling of pushing the envelope into uncharted territory.The guy who is going to do this, Felix Baumgartner, must have that same feeling, at a level I will never

16、reach. However, it did not stop me from feeling his pain when a gust of swirling wind kicked up and twisted the partially filled balloon that would take him to the upper end of our atmosphere. As soon as the 40-acre balloon, with skin no thicker than a dry cleaning bag, scraped the ground I knew it

17、was over.How claustrophobia almost grounded supersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see the wrinkles of disappointment on the face of the current record holder and capcom (capsule communications), Col. Joe Kittinger. He hung his head low in mission control as he told Baumgartner the disappoint

18、ing news: Mission aborted.The supersonic descent could happen as early as Sunday.The weather plays an important role in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have to be very calm - winds less than 2 mph, with no precipitation or humidity and limited cloud cover. The balloon, with capsule

19、attached, will move through the lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day weather lives. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8.85 kilometers), drifting even higher than the cruising altitude of commercial airliners (5.6 miles/9.17 kilometers) and

20、into the stratosphere. As he crosses the boundary layer (called the tropopause), he can expect a lot of turbulence.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,000 feet (22.7 miles/36.53 kilometers). Here, Fearless Felix will unclip. He will roll back the door.Then, I would assume, he w

21、ill slowly step out onto something resembling an Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becomes the concrete bottom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too hard. Still, hell be traveling fast, so despite the distance, it will not be like diving into the deep end of a pool. It will

22、 be like he is diving into the shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is expected to reach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds. Like hitting the top of the water, he will begin to slow as he approaches the more dense air closer to Earth. But this

23、will not be enough to stop him completely.If he goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a stabilization parachute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes its not needed. Instead, he plans to deploy his 270-square-foot (25-square-meter) main chute at an altitude of around 5,000 fe

24、et (1,524 meters).In order to deploy this chute successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (277 kph). He will have a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he loses consciousness at mach speeds.Even if everything goes as planned, it wont. Baumgartner still will free fall at a speed tha

25、t would cause you and me to pass out, and no parachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000 feet (7,620 meters).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind. This is one of those monumental moments I will always remember, because there is no way Id miss this.3、
