2、在:商铺选址技术、商品管理技术、市场分析技术、商品采购技术、商业智能技术、现代物流、配送技术、门店管理技术等方面。XX公司紧紧围绕“远亲不如近邻” 的核心理念,以诚信正直、热忱宽容的精神开展业务活动,追求卓越、贡献社会;为消费者提供最大的便利。XX公司拟在苏南、浙北地区部分县级市寻找合作伙伴,开展地区加盟业务(县级市范围内授权);通过双方的努力,共同开创中国便利店事业的辉煌前景!二、 地区加盟商的条件1、 加盟商有志于便利店行业,有事业心、有奉献精神。2、 加盟商对零售行业有一定的从业经验,具有一定的区域管理能力及市场拓展能力。(有一定门店资源者优先)3、 加盟商必须是当地直接注册法人(以当地

3、工商部门规定为准),按当地工商 部门要求组建的公司。4、 加盟商有一定的资金实力,注册资本不少于100 万元。5、 加盟商理解XX公司的经营理念。6、 XX公司认XX其他条件。三、 地区加盟流程1、 加盟商与XX公司初步洽谈,了解XX公司的文化及理念,填写客户登记表。2、加盟商在当地开展市场调研及初步可行性分析工作。3、加盟商到XX公司咨询,领取招募计划书,并参观样板店。4、提出地区加盟申请。5、资格评估与审定6、签订意向书、交付定金7、 XX协助加盟商进行可行性分析,确定地区加盟方案。8、 签订特许经营合同,交纳加盟金及保证金。9、 加盟商在XX公司的指导下开业、经营;XX公司提供持续的管理

4、支持。四、地区加盟商的权利与义务1、一经XX公司授权,加盟商在特定区域内,即独家取得“XX”便利店的特许经营权;但不准经营与XX公司具有竞争关系的业务,不准取得其他同类公司的特许经营权。2、加盟商在XX公司授权的经营区内享有发展直营店及加盟店的权利,并按XX的要求对店铺进行管理和指导,同时不得以XX公司的代理人,或XX公司代表的名义,或XX受雇人的身份进行任何经济、法律行为(如外承揽、承诺债务或担保、保证等)。3、加盟商在发展店铺时必须接受XX公司的指导意见,以规划区域内加盟店的分布及密集度。4、加盟期间内,XX公司向加盟商提供一套完整的Know-how及相关手册,以指导经营管理。5、加盟商在

5、经营过程中不得使用未经公司同意的任何其他内容、形式的商标,也不得对公司的商标进行任何的增减或修改,如有上述情况发生,公司有权责令加盟商立即改正;如加盟商限期内不改正的,将承担相应的经济及法律责任。6、加盟商必须按照XX公司的时间要求发展出一定数量的门店。7、XX公司将根据加盟商的具体情况提供配套的服务。五、地区加盟商缴纳的费用 加盟权利金: 信用金: 视授权范围及其他因素另洽。六、XX公司的支持XX公司授权加盟商使用XX公司品牌,另外将在商铺选址、商品管理、市场分析、商品采购、商业智能、现代物流、配送、门店管理等方面,结合加盟商的具体情况,给与充分的支持。七、标准门店的利益计划书 以60平方米

11、et Tuesday, I sat at work glued to the live stream of the Red Bull Stratos Mission. I watched the balloons positioned at different altitudes in the sky to test the winds, knowing that if they would just line up in a vertical straight line we would be go for launch.I feel this mission was created for

12、 me because I am also a journalist and a photographer, but above all I live for taking a leap of faith - the feeling of pushing the envelope into uncharted territory.The guy who is going to do this, Felix Baumgartner, must have that same feeling, at a level I will never reach. However, it did not st

13、op me from feeling his pain when a gust of swirling wind kicked up and twisted the partially filled balloon that would take him to the upper end of our atmosphere. As soon as the 40-acre balloon, with skin no thicker than a dry cleaning bag, scraped the ground I knew it was over.How claustrophobia a

14、lmost grounded supersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see the wrinkles of disappointment on the face of the current record holder and capcom (capsule communications), Col. Joe Kittinger. He hung his head low in mission control as he told Baumgartner the disappointing news: Mission aborted.The

15、 supersonic descent could happen as early as Sunday.The weather plays an important role in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have to be very calm - winds less than 2 mph, with no precipitation or humidity and limited cloud cover. The balloon, with capsule attached, will move through t

16、he lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day weather lives. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8.85 kilometers), drifting even higher than the cruising altitude of commercial airliners (5.6 miles/9.17 kilometers) and into the stratosphere. As he

17、crosses the boundary layer (called the tropopause), he can expect a lot of turbulence.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,000 feet (22.7 miles/36.53 kilometers). Here, Fearless Felix will unclip. He will roll back the door.Then, I would assume, he will slowly step out onto some

18、thing resembling an Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becomes the concrete bottom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too hard. Still, hell be traveling fast, so despite the distance, it will not be like diving into the deep end of a pool. It will be like he is diving into th

19、e shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is expected to reach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds. Like hitting the top of the water, he will begin to slow as he approaches the more dense air closer to Earth. But this will not be enough to stop hi

20、m completely.If he goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a stabilization parachute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes its not needed. Instead, he plans to deploy his 270-square-foot (25-square-meter) main chute at an altitude of around 5,000 feet (1,524 meters).In order to

21、 deploy this chute successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (277 kph). He will have a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he loses consciousness at mach speeds.Even if everything goes as planned, it wont. Baumgartner still will free fall at a speed that would cause you and me to p

22、ass out, and no parachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000 feet (7,620 meters).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind. This is one of those monumental moments I will always remember, because there is no way Id miss this.4
