1、9 水泥搅拌桩施工方案编制人：审核人：浙江*建设有限公司 2012年 月 日水泥搅拌桩本工程水泥搅拌桩径为600，中心距为450mm水泥搅拌桩的水泥采用42.5Mpa普通水泥，水灰比0.5，水泥掺合比为15%。一、施工准备工作搅拌桩施工单位在接到施工任务后，除应熟悉工程地质资料和设计图纸，安排施工流水，编好施工组织设计外，并应着重做好以下各项工作： 1、场地平整与布置 搅拌桩施工现场应在机械设备进场前予以平整。当场地表层较硬需用注水预搅施工时，应在四周开挖排水沟，并设集水井，其位置以不影响搅拌机施工为原则；排水沟和集水井应经常清除沉淀杂物，保持水流畅通。 当场地过软不利于搅拌机行走或移动时：应

2、铺设粗砂或细石垫层，不得用粗粒碎石铺填。灰浆制备作业棚应有足够的面积，其位置宜使灰浆的水平泵送距离控制在50m以内。2、桩位测量定位根据建设单位提供的坐标点，结合围护设计图纸，做好水泥搅拌桩的轴线放样，桩位定位，各放样基点用木桩打入土中，木桩四周用砖围成方形，内填混凝土，在木桩上画出基点钉上铁钉，并涂上红油漆，场内各桩位按基点放样，各桩位中心点用涂有红油漆的钢筋打入土中。桩位放样完毕后，然后进行二次复测，准确无误后，请甲方、监理方代表验收并做好测量放线记录。3、水泥搅拌桩技术参数、工艺试成桩3.1 本工程止水帷幕大部分采用600普通水泥搅拌桩，采用#425普通硅酸盐水泥，止水帷幕的水泥掺量为1

3、5，水灰比为0.5，内掺0.2木钙和0.05三乙醇胺。3.2试成桩的目的是标定各项施工技术参数，其中包括：搅拌机钻进深度、桩底标高、桩顶或停灰面标高；灰浆的水灰比、外掺剂的配方；搅拌机的转速和提升速度；灰浆泵的压力；每m桩长或每根桩的输浆、灰浆经输浆管到达喷浆口的时间；是否需要复搅复喷及其部位、深度，等等。二、施工工艺1、 定位 用起重机悬吊深层搅拌机到达桩位并对中； 当地面高低不平时应使起重机保持平稳；如用板架在轨道上就位，轨道应不断按要求移动调整； 2搅拌下沉 搅拌机冷却水循环正常后，启动搅拌机电机，放松起重机或桩架的钢丝绳，使搅拌机沿导向架切土搅拌下沉，使土搅松，下沉速度由电机的电流监测

4、表控制，工作电流不应大于10A（如下沉速度太慢，可从输浆系统补给清水以利钻进）。 当搅拌机下沉至一定深度时，即开始按预定掺入比和水灰比拌制水泥浆，并将水泥浆倒入集料斗备喷；3喷浆搅拌提升搅拌机下沉到设计深度后，开启灰浆泵，其出口压力保持0.40.6MPa，使水泥浆自动连续喷入地基，搅拌机边喷浆边旋转边严格按已确定的速度提升，直至设计要求极项标高，集料斗中的水泥浆正好排空；4重复搅拌下沉为使已喷入土中的水泥浆与土充分搅拌均匀，再次将搅拌机边旋转边沉入土中，直至设计要求深度； 5重复搅拌提升一般情况下即将搅拌机边旋转边提升，再次回至设计桩顶标高，并上升至地面，制桩完毕；当水泥浆掺量较大时，也可留一

5、部分水泥浆在重复搅拌提升时喷用；对桩顶以下23m范围内或其他需要加强的部位，可在重复搅拌提升时增喷水泥浆；6、清洗向已排字的集料斗注入适量清水，开启灰浆泵，清洗管道中残留水泥浆，直至基本干净，同时将粘附于搅拌头的土清洗干净； 7、移位 重复上述一至六步骤，进行下一根桩的施工。三、施工方法1、工艺流程：桩机就位对准桩位喷浆、搅拌到设计深度水泥浆制备过滤输浆搅拌提升二次喷浆、搅拌到设计深度搅拌提升搅拌完毕2、施工管理 (1) 进场的材料材质必须符合设计及施工规范的要求，需抽检试验的必须经抽检试验合格后方可使用。 (2) 桩机钻头对准桩位，定位误差不大于2cm。 (3) 钻杆垂直度误差不大于1100

6、H。 (4) 水泥浆必须搅拌均匀，水泥浆每次搅拌时间不少于分钟。 (5) 水灰比：水灰比控制在0.50。 (6) 挤压泵压力控制在0.40.6Mpa左右。(7) 钻进、提升速度0.8mmin。 (8) 在搅拌开始时应确认水泥浆从喷口喷出，否则不能钻进，钻至底后搅拌1分钟后再均匀提升。(9) 在制桩过程中若发生意外造成停机或停止喷浆时，必须重新从地面开始搅拌制桩，以防止断桩发生。不得留一定长度搭接后中途开始工作。 3、施工管理注意事项 搅拌桩现场施工管理包括劳动组织、生产效率、安全技术和质保措施等内容，要建立和健全质保体系，并切实注意以下事项： 1浆体拌制后应有防止其发生离析的措施； 2搅拌机预

7、搅下沉时一般不宜冲水，只有遇较硬土层而下沉太慢时，方可适量冲水，并须考虑冲水对桩身强度的影响； 3施工中因故停浆(停粉)时，宜将搅拌机下沉至停浆(停粉)点以下0.5m，待恢复供浆(供粉)时再搅拌提升； 4当喷浆(粉)口到达桩项设计标高时，直停止提升，搅拌数秒，似保证桩头均匀密实； 5施工停浆(粉)面应高出桩顶设计标高0.5m，待基础施工或帽梁施工时再将该多余部分凿除； 6桩与桩搭接的间隔时间不应大于12h，如间隔时间太长，搭接质量无保证时，应采取局部补救或注浆措施； 7 当设计要求在桩体内插入加劲材料时，必须在搅拌成桩后24h内插毕；8必须做好每一根桩的施工记录，深度记录误差应不大于100mm

8、，时间记录误差不大于5s；9、每台桩机每天应留置水泥土试块1组，设计抗压要求大于0.8Mpa。4、施工允许偏差有关规范规定为下列数值：桩身垂直偏差：1；桩位偏差：50mm；桩径偏差：4；桩顶标高：应超高500mm；桩底标高：， 200mm。四、施工过程检验必须经常检查施工记录，根据每一根桩的水泥用量、外掺剂用量、水泥浆液的均匀性或喷粉参数、搅拌次数和时间以及成桩深度等对其质量进行评价，如发现缺陷，应视其所在部位和影响程度，及时采取补桩、注浆或其他加强措施。五、施工人员、机械配备1、劳动组织分工本工程打桩阶段劳动力安排如下：桩机操作员4人，焊工1人，要求持证上岗，喷浆工4人。2、施工进度计划计划
