3、电机，单增容费节省约（4512.8）20127728元。三）普通抽油机每年的各种费用1、以12型游梁式抽油机为例，减速箱每加一次润滑油需430升18.5元=7955元，平均按2次/年，为15910元，有时遇不法分子偷放，不仅润滑油被放掉，还会引起减速箱烧轴承，使减速箱报废。2、三角带一般二个月换一次，5根95元6=2850元。3、普通抽油机修理费，按每年2000元。4、作业上修吊车打驴头，升降车等台班费2000元。5、普通抽油机维修人力成本：2000元。6、调冲程、冲次费用4000元。7、雨季减少停井损失5000元。8、利用变频技术启动，全年减少躺井事故10000元。9、社会效益：安全系数提高
4、，操作维护简单，减少事故5000元。四）W型曳引抽油机钢丝绳每年更换一次，每次需6000元。五）新型抽油机（以12型机为例）定价为35万元，新型抽油机机比普通游梁式抽油机高出部分：35-28.7=6.3万元， 6300081505=0.77年，即89个月即可收回高出的设备成本。三、综合经济效益和社会效益评价据统计，全国现有14万口油井，年耗电量约105亿KWh ，如果全部推广外转子大力矩电机抽油机的话，则每年节省电量105亿KWh50%=52.5亿KWh,如果每KWh电按0.7元计算，全年共节省电费：52.5亿KWh0.7=36.75亿元。我公司项目达产时，按年产量1250台套，实现销售5亿元
