13、理据2表15-3,取A=115,于是得: 403.低速轴的设计一、低速轴外伸轴段: TC=KT=1.5686.980= 1030.47Nm根据实际工作条件,查表4.7-2拟选: TL8型弹性柱销联轴器公称转矩 1250NmTC =1030.47 Nm, n=4000r/minn=64.169r/min取减速器低速轴外伸段直径为d=48mm,长度L=84mm。 d=48mm L=84mm二、初步确定轴的最小直径现初步估算轴的最小直径。选取轴的材料为45钢,调质处理据2表15-3,取A=115,于是得:(二)低速轴的强度校核1.有关参数及支点反力(1)参数计算作用在齿轮上的圆周力 Ft=N径向力

15、有一个键槽,轴径加大5%:, dc=50.92572.35mm 设计该点处轴径72mm,故安全。D点轴径 因为有一个键槽, dD=43.575S其它剖面与上述剖面相比,危险性小,不予校核。从上面轴的校核可以看出,所设计的轴是满足工作要求的。(三)高速轴的强度校核高速轴强度校核与低速轴相同,采用相同的方法校核之后,验证轴的强度达到要求,可用。(四)中间轴的强度校核中间轴的强度校核也与低速轴相同,采用相同的方法校核之后,验证轴的强度达到要求,可用。八、滚动轴承的选择及寿命验算(一)轴承的选择:高速轴 滚动轴承30208 (GB/T297-94)中间轴 滚动轴承30211 (GB/T297-94)低

16、速轴 滚动轴承30212 (GB/T297-94)(二)轴承寿命验算1.低速轴轴承寿命验算(1)确定轴承的承载能力查表4.6-1,轴承30212的 C=97800N(2)计算径向支反力 R1=1738.39N R2=4294.47N (3)计算派生轴向力S: S=R/2Y 查手册,30212轴承的Y=1.5, C= 97800N ,e=0.4 (4)求轴承的轴向载荷A: 由结构知 (5)计算轴承的当量动载荷P:; 插值确定查表,查表,按传动装置查取 根据合成弯矩图d,取N(6)校核轴承寿命因为 故 按轴承2计算,查表, 满足寿命要求。2.中间轴的轴承寿命验算中间轴轴承采用与低速轴轴承相同的寿命

17、验算方法,通过验算之后,寿命够用,可选用30211型。3.高速轴的轴承寿命验算低速轴轴承采用与低速轴轴承相同的寿命验算方法,通过验算之后,寿命够用,可选用30208型。九、键联接的选择和校核(一)键的选择1.高速轴上键的选择 选择A型键 L=40 GB1096-792.中间轴上键的选择A型键 L=32 GB1096-793.低速轴上键的选择齿轮处 选择B型键 L=50 GB1096-79外伸处 选择A型键 L=63 GB1096-79(二)键的校核1.齿轮处的键:齿轮材料为45钢,载荷稍有波动,静联接,查得K=0.5h=4.5mm =66.99Nmm2因,故安全。2.外伸处的键: K=0.5h
