1、啦啦操编排理论研究 首都体育学院 硕士学位论文 啦啦操编排理论研究 姓名：许琛 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：体育教育训练学 指导教师：王文生 20100501 中文摘要 啦啦操是一项现代体育运动项目，至今已走过了100 多年的历史。我国啦啦操起 步相对较晚，但发展迅速。北京奥运会的成功举办，大大促进了我国啦啦操的发展， 全国上万人加入到了这场轰轰烈烈的啦啦操运动中，啦啦操之花在华夏大地盛开。 与啦啦操蓬勃发展势头不相协调的是我国的啦啦操理论研究尚处于起步阶段，啦 啦操理论体系尚不健全，尤其是啦啦操编排理论的研究。从以往资料来看，我国啦啦 编排理论的研究主要集中在对技巧啦啦操编排理论的研究、啦啦操

2、成套动作结构的研 究和啦啦操音乐选编的研究上，研究不够全面、系统，挖掘的深度也不够。 为此，笔者以啦啦操编排理论为研究对象，运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、录像 分析法、数理统计法，以技能主导类表现难美性项目相关编排理论为基础建立初步理 论构架，在啦啦操成套动作中进行实证检验，提炼出啦啦操相关编排理论，初步构建 啦啦操编排理论框架和啦啦操编排要素素材库，从而为啦啦操编排者提供实效性参 考，并丰富与完善我国啦啦操编排理论体系。 本研究的主要内容和结果如下： （1）啦啦操编排理论由啦啦操相关概念与分类、啦啦操编排基本依据、基本原 则、编排要素、编排程序五个部分构成。 （2 ）啦啦队指的是一个人群而非一

3、项体育运动，是组织起来为各种竞赛、庆典 活动加油助威、渲染氛围、增加情趣的有组织的团队；啦啦队队员是组成啦啦队的成 员；啦啦队队长是啦啦队的首领、领导者；啦啦操则是在音乐或口号的衬托下，通过 展示各种具有强烈鼓动性、感染性的动作为形式，将动作、音乐、口号、道具、服装 等要素融为一体，通过丰富的队形和路线变化，展现青春活力、团结向上的团队精神 的一项现代体育运动。 （3 ）以啦啦操功能作为分类依据，啦啦操可以分为竞技性啦啦操和表演性啦啦 操两大类，其中竞技性啦啦操又可分为技巧啦啦操与舞蹈啦啦操两个子类，表演性啦 啦操则分为赛场啦啦操表演和庆典啦啦操表演。 （4 ）啦啦操编排应以不同的目的任务、练

4、习者的个人特征、场地及环境设施、 啦啦操风格多样化发展为编排基本依据，竞技性啦啦操还应以竞赛规则为编排依据， 各个编排依据相辅相成、融为一体，共同服务于啦啦操编排的实践工作。啦啦操编排 基本原则包括统一性原则、安全性原则、创新性原则、艺术性原则。 （5 ）啦啦操编排要素包括动作要素、音乐要素、时间要素、空间要素、服装要 素、道具要素、口号要素，其中口号要素是啦啦操所特有的，也是啦啦操区别于其它 项目的特征之一；啦操编排要素素材库的构建可啦啦操编排者提供实效性参考。 （6 ）啦啦操编排是一个设计实施发现问题修改、调整的不断完善的过程， 啦啦操编排程序分为编排的准备阶段、编排的实施阶段、编排的检验

5、阶段。 关键词：啦啦操；编排；理论 I ABSTRACT As one of the modern sports, cheerleading has a history of over 100 years. Although cheerleaeding got off to a late start in China, the speed of development has been rapid. The Beijing Olympic Games great success has brought about a great advance in cheerleading of China

6、, with tens of thousands of people taking part in it. Cheerleading is springing up vigorously in China, but the theoretical study of it, especially that of cheerleading arrangement, is still in its beginning stages. According to collected data, the study of cheerleading arrangement theory focuses on

7、 the study of the theory of technical cheerleading arrangement, the set movements construction and music selection of cheerleading, and so on. The study of cheerleading is far from comprehensive, systematic and deep. This thesis chooses cheerleading arrangement theory as the object of study, uses do

8、cumentary research method, questionnaire survey method, video-analysis method, mathematical statistics method, and tries to construct a tentative theoretical frame based on the arrangement theory related to technique -oriented sports items, By means of putting it into use in cheerleading set movemen

9、ts, the thesis may refine the arrangement theory of cheerleading so as to construct a theoretical frame and a library of source materials for cheerleading arrangement, which will be of reference to cheerleading arrangement and enrich the system of cheerleading arrangement theory in China. The main c

10、ontent and results of the thesis are listed as follows: (1) Cheerleading arrangement theory is composed of cheerleading-related concept and classification, grounds, rules, elements and procedures for cheerleading arrangement. (2) Cheering squad means a crowd not individual sports, which is a team or

11、ganized to cheer for players, enliven the atmosphere and raise the temperament and interest in competitions or grand celebrations; cheer leader is the head of cheering squad; cheerleading is one of the modern sports which embodies positive and lively team work by means of various appealing actions,

12、music, slogans, props, costumes, changes of formation and routes, etc. (3) Classified according to functions, cheerleading can be classified into two categories: competitive cheerleading and exhibition cheerleading; competitive cheerleading can be classified into two categories: acrobatic cheerleadi

13、ng and dancing cheerleading; exhibition cheerleading can be classified into two categories: sports arena cheerleading exhibition and celebration cheerleading exhibition.
