10、ity: The seller guarantee that the commodity is fulfil the buyer s contract requirement. The guarantee period is 12 months since the buyer received the commodity.质量保证：卖方保证合同按照客户的要求进行生产。质量保证期为客户收到货物12 个月。16、 Claim （索赔）： Within60days afterthe arrivalof the goods at destination,andfound the commodity q

11、uality are lower than the approval sample, the buyer has theauthority to replace or reimbursement.索赔：货物抵达目的地 60 天内，如发现产品低于买方确认的样品标准，买方有权要求替换或补偿。17、 Force Majeure ( 不可抗力 ) ：The Sellershallnot be heldresponsibleforfailureor delay in delivery of the entire lot or a portion of the goods under this Sales
