3、 (V1)汽 车尼龙66材料要求的修订,自本标准实施之日 起废除 SMTC 5 310 015 2011( V1)。本标准与 SMTC 5 310 015 2011( V1 )相 比主要变化如下:增加了耐候性能测试项目请注意本标准的某些内容可能涉及专利,上汽集团不承担识别这些专利的责任。当中英文产生疑义时,以中文为准。本标准由材料分标委提岀。本标准由SMTC技术标准化委员 会批准。本标准由标准化工作组负责标准化审核及 归口管理。本标准起草部门:质量保证部。本标准主要起草人:赵崴、胡仁其。本标准于2011年11月29日首次批准发布, 2011年11月30日实施。本次为第1次修订。本版本所代替标准

Before carrying out the second weighing, samples should be cooled down to (23 2) C in a dryer.5.3 Ball Indentation HardnessThe measurements must be per

28、formed on at least three specimens (minimum thickness 4 mm) measuring 20 x 20 mm (two measurements per specimen). The grained surface of specimens which have been taken from finished parts with one-sided graining shall be removed using a surface grinding machine. The measurement is performed on the

29、ground side.5.4 Aging resistanceComplete finished parts or finished part sections shall be aged at (150 士 1) C in a desiccator. After the test parts are not allowed embrittlement to cool down to ( 23士 2) C .5.5 Elevated-temperature behaviorAging at elevated temperature test according to DIN 53497, m

30、ethod B, to be performed on at least one complete finished part. Aging time is (22+2)h; aging temperature unless otherwise stated in the drawing or release is (90 1) C. This temperature is (110士1) C for those vehiclepassenger compartment parts that are exposed to a higher level of sun radiation, suc

The test is according toSMTC 5 400 003. And the test periodicity chosen as de
