1、 家庭教育中的三个关键问题家庭教育中的三个关键问题 各位家长，我首先向你们提个问题：请问你们有没有拿自己的孩子和比自己更优秀的孩子相比？或是通过比较让我们的孩子向他们学习的呢？ 相信大多数的家长都做过这样的事，但是这样做了后你的孩子有没有更优秀或是更进步了呢？回答一定是否定的，我们的医院是让孩子和他们比，赶上他们，超过他们，而我们却没有理解到孩子的真实感受，他们的真实感受和你希望的正好相反。 如果这样的事情发生在我们身上我们是什么样的感受，如果你的老公到朋友家做客回来以后，一进门就说：“你看看人家老李的妻子，把家里收拾的干干净净；你看看人家老李的妻子，把自己收拾的干净利索；你看看人家老李的妻子

2、那么温柔贤惠；你看看人家老李的妻子，你就不能向人家学习学习！”各位家长，请你们想一想，如果是你们，当时你会怎么做，我相信90%的妻子会指的老公的鼻子说：“你给我听准了，谁好你跟谁过去！老娘就是这样！你爱怎么样，就怎么样。”一定不会说：“我会向老李的妻子好好学习的，你放心吧。” 你拿你的孩子和比他优秀的孩子相比，孩子的内心真正的感受是：他好，我不好；他行，我不行。妈妈爱他，不爱我。这让他自我感觉正是悲伤和恐惧的原因，也正是让他没有学习动力的原因 。这种鄙视是绝对没有道理的。 有这样一个故事： 在美国有两个小男孩，一个叫汤姆，一个叫彼德，一个是班级的考试第一名，一个是班级的最后一名。他们的父亲恰巧

3、又在同一家公司上班。 有一天，汤姆的父亲跟同事们讲汤姆学习非常好每次考试都考第一名，将来一定是一个非常优秀的人才。同时们读羡慕他教子有方。说完以后大家不约而同地看了看彼德的父亲，彼德的父亲感到很羞愧。回到家看到彼德正在看电视，他生气极了，大声说到：“你为什么不好好学习，你看看人家汤姆，每次考试都拿第一名，你每次都是最后一名，我真为你感到丢脸。”孩子愣愣地看着父亲说：“爸爸，你在说什么？”爸爸说：“我说同样都是12岁的男孩儿，人家能考试拿第一你为什么不能！”孩子说：“爸爸，你看电视。”爸爸说：“看什么电视，不就是克林顿吗！”孩子于是说：“是啊，同样是46岁的男人。人家当上了总统，而你还是一个小职

4、员，你不感到羞愧吗？我真为你感到丢脸。” 我们在教育孩子的过程中，你拿这些问题和别的孩子比，那恰巧是和你的目的正相反。我们从来没有观察过，假如我们的教育方法在左边，结果在右边，我们只注意到自己在做我们自己的事，而没有注意到我们的方法起到没有起到应起的作用和结果。 各位家长，我再请问您一个问题：您曾经因为孩子学习成绩不够理想或因为孩子身上有各种毛病而批评过您的孩子吗？ 大概所有的家长都做过这样的事，请问经过您的批评以后，您孩子的成绩提高了吗？毛病该掉了吗？他从此发奋图强了吗？我们大多数人批评的根本目的有三种：第一是发泄自己的怨气，第二表达了自己的愤怒，地三表达了自己正确。这就是我们家长做的目的。

5、批评完了我们没有观察，到底在孩子身上起没起到应有的作用？ 四年前在长春有一下岗职工找到我咨询孩子的问题一坐到我对面就哭，连哭带说讲了40分钟。讲她孩子怎么样不听话，怎么样不懂事。最后我拍了一下桌子大声说：“你别说了！”我问她：“你从什么时候开始教育你的孩子的。”她说：“我大约从小学四年纪开始的。”我说：“他发生什么事情了，你就教育他。”她说：“这缺德孩子不好好学习。”我说：“你怎么教育他的。”他说：“我批评他啊。”我说：“你批评过后他就好好学习了吗？”她说：“没有啊，他反而更不好好学习了。”我说：“他最后怎么样了？”她说：“最后他到了初三就不上学了。”我看了下四周然后说：“你不用说了，你过来看

6、看窗户上的这只苍蝇，它一直撞这个玻璃，它就是想从这扇窗户飞出去，它反复在这里碰壁，它就不知道拐个弯从门飞出去。你说这只 苍蝇笨不笨？”她大概反应了10秒钟后说：“你是在说我吧？”我说：“当然在说你了，批评了五年了，孩子书都不读了还批评他呢？”她当时的眼神非常迷茫，那我还能怎么办呢？我说：“你相信不相信我。”她说：“我相信你，我听人说你可神了，我找了三个心理学教授也没解决。”我说：“你别说那些没用的话，你现在只能相信我是吧？我给你写一个家庭教育的大秘诀。”我就转过身去写了个家庭教育秘诀在一张A4的纸上，折好后放在桌子上，我让她拿手按着，我说：“你得向我发誓一定按我说的做。”她看看我说：“我向你发

7、誓一定按你说的做。”我说：“你按我说的做，我保证让你的孩子在40天内回到学校。”她的眼睛一下就发亮了，她说：“真的吗？让我快点打开吧。”我说：“我相信你说的话是真的，你打开吧。”她把那张A4纸打开以后一看，就两个大字：闭嘴！我说：“你要是把嘴闭上，这个孩子就没事了。”在她40分钟的讲述时，我就知道了这个孩子天天听她说，天天被她批评，让这个孩子心情烦躁，压力过大，所以才不上学了，她要是什么也不说了，那个孩子也就没什么事了。 这个家长回去以后，第20天的时候给我打电话说：“我都闭嘴20天了，今天我问他想不想上学，他还是不想上学，你说我该怎么办？”我说：“让你?闭嘴?，不让你说话，怎么还说话。”结果

8、快到40天的时候她又给我打电话了，我这边一拿起电话，她那边又哭上了。当时我吓了一跳，我以为又出什么事了。她说：“董博士，今天奇迹真的发生了，我儿子今天跟我说他要回到学校去，在家这么长时间太无聊了。”我说“你当时怎么办了？”她说：“我当时说没问题儿子，明天妈妈就给你联系学校去。”我说：“不让你说话，你怎么又说话了。”她说：“那我该怎么办？”我说你应该说：“妈妈是个下岗女工，学校不是我们家办的，不能说想去就去，我去找找人，找到人再说。”你应该把学习的责任推到他的身上，他才能自己去负责任。 又过了7天就在我们长春市第2期中学生潜能培训练营开始前，我又给她打电话，让她把她的孩子带来，结果参加了3天的潜

9、能训练营，那个孩子发疯似的回到学校去学习了。四年过去了，那个孩子现在是吉林大学大一的学生。 我现在说的一句话，也许要得罪很多女家长，但我一定要说：“如果我们很多家庭中的女人要是都能把嘴闭上，那么家里就有两个人上天堂了。一个是每天憋气的男人，另一个是哪个孩子的思想压力就没了。”她天天说，就是没有发现她就是哪个压力的根源，她就是哪个让孩子无法学好的原因，我们应该反省一下自己。 第三个问题，我要问各位家长：我们要在学业上取得成功，就必须努力学习，必须刻苦学习，就必须有毅力，才能办得到。你同意这种观点吗？ 如果你同意，我就要告诉你这种观点是完全错误的。我们中国人在学习的重要性这个问题上，强调得都过分了

10、。现在老师说，家长在说，从古说到今，两千多年了，从黄土高原说到东南沿海。没有几个中国人不希望自己的孩子好好读书的，天天强调学习的重要性，但对于学习的规律性还停留在两千年前的水平。我们祖先一开始就把学习这种行为和痛苦联系到一起了。想一想，古人都是怎样教育学生的？要：“头悬梁，针刺骨”把你的头发绑在房梁上，那有多痛苦。一个人经过：“十年寒窗苦读”，坐“十年冷板凳”，只有这样才能成才。要想做到人上人，就必须吃得苦中苦。 我们在绥化进行中学生潜能训练营时，一个主持人拿来一盏台灯，上面写着两行字：“书上有路勤为径，学海无崖苦作舟。”我当时看了以后真是倒吸了一口冷气。我们是一生都要在学海里转的，而且还要苦

11、作舟。我们一生都要在这里受苦。我确信，有这种理解的人，肯定不是正常人，一定是从神经病院里跑出来的。我们的这些文化传达了一个重要信息，就是告诉我们学习是一个苦差事，只有经过痛苦才能学好，这是完全错误的。 一个人在学习上取得成功与否，取决于他童年经受过的训练。一个人在学习上找到的是快乐的感觉，还是痛苦的感觉完全是取决于他最初的生命经验。如果孩子在两岁以前家长告诉孩子学习是好玩的，学习是游戏，学习快乐。从观念的层面上告诉他学习是快乐的，然后通过 玩耍，做游戏的方式让孩子接触到学习这件事。让孩子感受到通过玩中学习，通过游戏中学习，那么这个孩子的潜意识就会把学习和快乐联系到一起。“人是一种逃避痛苦，追求

12、快乐的生物。”请大家一定要记住这句话。让他快乐的事，他会自动去做；感到痛苦的事，他就会逃避。中国文化是一个崇尚学习的文化，孩子喜欢学习，家长们的态度会不自觉地流露出鼓励和表扬又让他感觉到了双重的快乐。这个孩子在双重快乐的作用下越学越快，越快越学，最后达到人生的顶峰。 我们有95%的孩子都不是这样教育的。首先，大家想一想你的父母是怎样教育你的？请您回忆一下，他们都告诉你学习是苦的，小学老师告诉你学习要刻苦，书本里的故事告诉你学习怎么样怎么样的苦。我们小的时候没有通过玩耍和游戏的方式让孩子接触到学习这件事，所以孩子作为刚来到这个世界的小生物，那么对他不了解的事物，不熟悉的事物不愿意去做是百分之百可

13、以理解的事情。他的恐惧和为难这完全是正常人的正常反应。 等到孩子上幼儿园你看看我们的家长是怎么教的，我们的幼儿园现在有小学化倾向，让孩子坐在板凳上，前面放一个小桌，老师在前面讲课。如果有的四五岁的孩子来回跑，等到家长来接孩子时，老师会对家长说：“你家的孩子不听话上课时乱跑，回家好好教育教育啊。”回到家后，家长一般都会大声地说：“今天老师说了你上课的时候乱跑，你怎么能这样做呢？下次你再这样做看我打不打你。”这先是威胁，接下来就开始讲道理，“我告诉你学习是一件正经的事。”什么事一变成正经事就开始不好玩了，就刻板了。孩子一听，啊！是正事。你会告诉他学习必须刻苦才能学好。人是一种逃避痛苦的生物，而你却

14、告诉他学生是苦的，他马上产生恐惧感。这是人为的抑制力，人要在40岁以后才能产生一点点。小孩子根本就不存在这个东西。而你却告诉他学习是苦的，让他马上产生恐惧感。接下来你会告诉他：“哪个扫大街的，拣垃圾的，都是因为没有好好学习，现在才干这个的，你要不好好学习将来也这样。”孩子一想：啊！原来这么重要啊，马上又产生了极大的恐惧。当这个孩子刚拿出数学作业时，你马上又说：“数学可要好好学啊，数学可难了，不好学。”在五岁的孩子眼中父亲像神一样，神告诉我数学很难，那我能学会吗？父亲又会说：“你一定好好学习，学不好看我怎么揍你。”这个孩子刚要学，父亲临走前又说了一句话：“当年我就是因为没有学好数学才变成今天这个

15、熊样的。”孩子有一听神都学不好我能学好吗？孩子刚要学习，你可能进里屋打麻将去，第一圈就“胡”了，你就控制不住地高兴，当孩子一看。啊？学习是这么一件痛苦的事情，打麻将是件快乐的事。你说他还会去学习吗？ 我们有多少人在孩子童年的时候就是这样教育还的，强迫他去学习。让他通过亲身体验，体验到学习是痛苦的。久而久之，在孩子的大脑中就会形成一条牢不可破的神经连接-学习等于痛苦。我们今天就揭开了学习这个谜底，现在脑科学、神经语言学、教育心理学已经揭开了这个谜底。一个人能否取得成功，取决于他最初的训练。当一个人坏着快乐愉悦的心情去学习的时候，他大脑内分泌的是脑内吗啡-B呐啡酞。它的作用有三种，一是让肌肉舒畅的

16、程度超过天然吗啡的10倍，二是让心情愉悦，宁静；三是它能激活大脑的记忆力物质，它是高效的催化剂。我们人的大脑在学习知识的时候每学习一个单词和公式，他的大脑必须发生化学反应，分泌相应的记忆物质，才能把这个单词和知识记住。如果这个记忆物质不分泌，那么大脑根本就记不住任何东西。当一个孩子能够快乐地去学习时，由于脑内吗啡的大量分泌，把大脑细胞激活，在激活的状态分泌大量的记忆物质，会迅速把知识记住。当一个孩子坏着痛苦，紧张，烦躁，焦虑的情绪去学习的时候，大脑内分泌的是肾上腺素，去甲肾上腺素和多巴胺，这都已百分之百的被科学证明了。这三种荷尔蒙的作用也有三种，一是让人肌肉紧绷，二是心跳加快，三是血管收缩。让

17、人难受的程度超过被天然蛇毒的六倍。你要明白，一个极度愤怒的人，从他血管内抽出几毫克血，可以毒死一只老鼠。这种状态下他的大脑处于抑止状态，脑内的记忆物质停止分泌，此时是人肌肉发力状态，由于肌肉发力过大，在我们的课堂上一些学不进去的学生就是这样。学不进去，学不好的学生他绝不会在那老实 地坐着。除非哪个孩子精神有问题，否则他就在那不停地动，他通过动来缓解精神上的压力。如果你明白了这个道理，想让孩子好好学习的第一 件事就是让他缓解压力。也就是把学习和快乐联系到一起。 学习的大规律是什么？不是学不进去咬牙硬挺，刻苦学，而是让他在学习上找到快乐。然后，他为了这个快乐就进入了第二状态-乐此不疲。这才是真正的

18、规律，咬牙硬挺哪个是假规律。他必须找到兴奋点，找到快乐。 “学习靠毅力，靠刻苦，这种观点是学习好的人总结出来的，还是学习不好的人总结出来的？一个孩子坐在那3个小时没动，专心致志地学习，入迷地学习。而另外一个孩子坐在那30分钟如坐针毯，痛苦不已。第二个孩子一定会认为第一孩子太有毅力了，太刻苦了，我坐在这儿30分钟，如坐针毯，他实在太了不起了，太用功，太刻苦了。这是他的结论。而坐在那儿3个小时不动的孩子，坐在那儿他的感觉倒是快乐的，不是痛苦的，否则谁也坐不了3个小时。比如孩子甲喜欢上网，在电脑前可以坐一天；而孩子已不喜欢上网，一会他也坐不住了。你能说甲孩子上网是痛苦的吗？如果我们明白了这个道理，一

19、个坐在那能学进去，大脑兴奋度上来，专注地学习进去，能把题解出来，学会的时候，他的那种成就感，价值感，自我肯定感，那种感觉太快乐了，那种精神上的快乐是他肉体上疼痛感的10倍，让他忘掉了因为久坐而使身体上产生的不适的感觉。这才是人真实的感受。在教育孩子的问题上，如果你想让他上好的大学，就必须想办法让他在学习上找到快乐。这就是所谓的“学习兴趣”。 请问您的孩子在学习当中，您认为他的成绩不理想，而批评过他吗？您批评他的理由是什么？大多数的家长会说：“因为他不认真学习，而使成绩不好。”假如您的孩子在半夜突然发烧烧到41C，您一定会说：“当然是送医院了。”那您会不会指着他的脑袋说：“你为什么要烧到41C？

20、你看我才36.5C。”您当然不会，因为那是他无法控制的。所以您没有批评他，而采取的行动是帮助他。有95%的情况下，我们因为学习成绩不理想而批评孩子同因为发烧而批评他，一样的荒缪可笑。因为学习是有规律的，我们不懂这个规律，所以，我们会认为不认真学习是成绩不好的原因。我可以告诉大家没有一个孩子能取得第一名，绝不会在30名以后去徘徊，能考100分，绝不会考98分。除非他拿了什么好处，或是“脑袋”有问题。奥地利心理学家阿德勒说过：“一个人生下来的时候，我们能力为0，通过更我们的父母互动，一起生活的时候，我们的眼中我们的父母是神，他们什么都会，我们什么都不会，在这种互动的情况下长大，我们个人的潜意识里都
