13、种铜模只宜用于相近的两种直径钢筋焊接。铜模应具有一定的厚度和体积。 2.1.3.3 其它机具:焊接电缆、电焊钳、面罩、垫子、钢丝刷、无齿锯等。 2.2 作业条件: 2.2.1 焊工必须持有有效的考试合格证。 2.2.2 接头位置应符合规定。 2.2.3 电源应符合要求。 2.2.4 作业场地应有安全防护设施,以及防火和必要的通风措施,防止发生烧伤、触电、中毒及火灾等事故。 2.2.5 熟悉图纸,做好技术交底。3 操作工艺 3.1 工艺流程检查设备选择焊接参数试焊作模拟试件送试确定焊接参数施焊质量检验 3.2 检查电源、弧焊机及工具:焊接地线应与钢筋接触良好,防止因起弧而烧伤钢筋。 3.3 选择

15、切割。钢筋被焊部位的铁锈、油污及水分需清除干净。 3.5.2 钢筋用紧固装置固定牢固,铜模两侧轴心应一致,以防止接头出现轴线偏移或弯折缺陷。 3.5.3 钢筋窄间隙焊接时,工艺过程如下:第一步,焊条插入间隙底部一侧的钢筋端面引燃电弧,并充分熔透钢筋端面下口和使熔池金属超过1/2的间隙。接着,电弧移至间隙底部另一侧的端面。重复上述的施焊动作。必要时,还要交替施焊,及时使熔池金属连成一体,完成打底焊缝的焊接。第二步,焊条在间隙中左右前后运弧,连续施焊,使熔敷金属逐渐填充间隙端4/5高度。第三步,焊至4/5的焊缝厚后,焊缝逐渐扩宽,必要时,改连续焊为断续焊,避免过热。焊缝余高不宜超过3mm,且应平缓

16、过渡至钢筋表面。 3.5.4 拆去铜模。根据气温决定拆模时间。夏季焊完3min后可拆模,冬期为5min后拆模。10以下还要覆盖弧形铁皮盖板或岩棉板保温。过早拆模会使焊缝失去保温,接头变脆。 3.6 质量检查:在焊接生产中焊工应认真逐个接头进行自检,如发现质量缺陷,应查找原因及时消除,不合格又无法补救的接头,应切除热影响区后重焊。4 质量标准 4.1 保证项目: 4.1.1 钢筋的品种和质量,焊条的牌号、性能,必须符合设计要求和有关标准的规定。 注:进口钢筋需先经过化学成分检验和焊接试验,符合有关规定后方可焊接。 检验方法;检查出厂证明书和试验报告单。 4.1.2 钢筋的规格、焊接接头的位置,同

17、一区段内有接头钢筋面积的百分比,必须符合设计要求和施工规范的规定。 检验方法:观察或尺量检查。 4.1.3 窄间隙焊接头的力学性能检验必须合格。 力学性能检验时,从每批接头中随机切取3个接头做拉伸试验;根据工程需要,也可另取3个接头做弯曲试验。 在工厂焊接条件下,以300个同接头型式、同钢筋级别的接头为一批。 在现场安装条件下,每一至二楼层中以300个同接头型式、同钢筋级别的接头作为一批,不足300个时,仍作为一批。 检验方法:检查焊接试件试验报告单。 4.2 基本项目:水平钢筋窄间隙焊接头应逐个进行外观检查,结果应符合下列要求: 4.2.1 接头处焊缝应饱满,不得有裂纹,不得有深度大于0.5

18、mm的咬边。 4.2.2 接头处的轴线偏移不得超过0.1倍钢筋直径,同时不大于2mm。 4.2.3 接头处的弯折不大于4。 4.2.4 接头的焊缝余高为23mm。 4.2.5 焊缝气孔及夹渣的数量和大小在全部焊缝表面上不超过2个和6mm2。 外观检查不合格的接头,经修整或补强后可提交二次验收。不行格又不能补救的接头,应切除热影响区后重焊。 检验方法:目测或量测。5 成品保护 注意对已绑扎好的钢筋骨架的保护,不乱踩乱拆,不粘油污,在施工中拆乱的骨架应认真修复,保证钢筋骨架中各钢筋位置正确。6 应注意的质量问题 6.1 应采取尽可能短的电弧施焊,避免产生气孔缺陷。 6.2 焊接电流的大小对焊缝有直

19、接影响,电流偏大会使焊缝过热产生脆性组织,电流偏小会产生气孔、夹渣、未焊透等缺陷。故施焊时要选择合适的电流,并保持电流稳定。 6.3 焊条对质量的影响很大,应采用合格的焊条。焊接、级钢筋,采用的焊条属低氢型碱性焊条,焊前,焊条需按说明书的要求烘焙,并放在保温筒中备用。保温筒带入工地后接到电焊机上,保持筒内温度为150。电焊条应用1根取1根,对变冷的焊条可再烘一次,但不可烘焙第3次。 6.4 雨天、雪天和大雾天不允许露天焊接。 6.5 在环境温度低于-5的条件下进行焊接时,为钢筋低温焊接,低温焊接时,焊接电流应略为增大。7 质量记录 本工艺标准应具备以下质量记录: 7.1 钢筋出厂质量证明书或试

20、验报告单。 7.2 钢筋机械性能试验报告。 7.3 进口钢筋应有化学成分检验报告和可焊性试验报告。国产钢筋在加工过程中发生脆断、焊接性能不良和机械性能显著不正常的,应有化学成分检验报告。 7.4 钢筋接头拉伸试验报告。 7.5 焊条出厂合格证。treatment of heavily polluting industries.
