1、波形梁钢护栏的施工方案、施工方法一、施工方法、方案为保证工程质量达到优良标准，根据高速公路交通安全设施设计与施工技术规范，结合设计文件及检验标准，我们将派专业技术人员到专业构件厂家对全过程进行质量把关。同时，施工现场技术人员对现场进行仔细勘察，对施工现场进行必要的平整，然后完成测量放样，一切准备就绪后开始波形梁设施的安装，具体方案如下：(一)、施工准备施工开始前，施工技术人员熟悉、理解设计图纸以及相关的施工规范，并与施工人员一起到施工现场与设计图纸一一核对，找出所施工路段桩号、各类构造物及各结构护栏设置地点，同时做好施工设备及材料的进场工作。1、钢护栏立柱放样、立柱应根据设计图纸进行放样，并以

5、撞时车辆减速，因此，应保证使其准确就位，在安装调整之前，即可安装防阻块，防阻块通过连接螺栓固定于立柱之间，最后把波形梁装上并进行统一调整。5、波形梁钢护栏起、终端头安装路侧护栏开口处应安装端头梁并进行锚固。端头锚固主要包括钢丝绳锚固件及混凝土基础。在端部基础混凝土设计强度达到50%以后，方可拧紧螺栓或固定缆索。(二)、活动式钢护栏安装该标段活动式钢护栏设在中央分隔带开口处，其安装在波形梁钢护栏安装完成后进行。在施工安装前根据设计文件要求，应对活动式钢护栏的安装位置、数量进行核对；按照确定的位置进行安装，安装时应使其垂直于地面，纵向线形适顺，不得有凹凸和扭曲。基座套管是提前预埋的，安装后应测试是

6、否易于拔出及重新插入。三、注意事项施工准备应充分，施工路段桩号位置找准确。放样应精确，误差在规定范围内。立柱施工应严格认真，其垂直度、间距、螺栓孔位置及其它尺寸均应符合要求，不符合要求需立即返工，同时，应严格按规范JTJ074-94规定进行返工。波形梁板、立柱等构件的包装和标志应符合GB6725的规定。购货时护栏不得散装，且应保证在吊装、运输、堆放过程中不致使产品变形、损坏（伤）。运输过程中应固定可靠，防止因颠簸碰撞损坏涂层或使构件变形。购货时注意波形梁高强拼接螺栓连接处的包装和标志应符合GB/T1231的有关规定。护栏施工时操作应谨慎，不得破坏路面下埋设的电缆、管道等设施。第二节确保工程质量

7、与安全的措施一、质量保证措施为了确保本次工程质量，项目部专门成立了质检部门，下设两个质检小组，建立质量责任制，把握原材料、加工与施工安装每一个环节的质量，保证措施如下：(一)、严格控制原材料的质量1、波形钢护栏波形梁钢护栏采用140钢管立柱，F-1-A防阻块，4320310853型波形板（标准板）及2320310853型波形板。普通路段路侧护栏立柱打入深度为130；中央分隔带为130；特殊路段护栏立柱与混凝土基础连接。波形梁钢板、立柱、托架及连接螺栓A、B所用钢材为普通碳素结构钢（Q235），其技术指标应符合钢结构用扭剪高强螺栓连接件的规定。安装时损伤部分应用高浓度锌作防锈处理。波形梁、立柱等
