5、、机器等。 3）方法（method） 对材料的利用、对工具设备的操作、对生产的安排、对生产过程的管理。 4）人力（manpower） 高级管理人员、高级工程技术人员、高级技术工人。 5）管理（management） 综上所述： 对整机结构的基本要求如下：结构紧凑，布局合理，能保证产品技术指标的实现；操作方便，便于维修；工艺性能良好，适合大批量生产或自动化生产；造型美观大方。而电子产品的生产与发展和电子装配工艺的发展密切相关，任何电子设备，从原材料进厂到成品出厂，要经过千百道工序的生产过程。生产过程中，大量的工作是由具有一定技能的工人，操作一定的设备，按照特定的工艺规程和方法去完成的。 电子整机

6、装配工艺过程可分为装配准备、装联（包括安装和焊接）、总装、调试、检验、包装、入库或出厂几个环节。 四、四、安全文明生产 生产过程中必须做到安全生产和文明生产。 安全生产是指在生产过程中确保生产的产品、使用的工具、仪器设备和人身的安全。安全为生产，生产必须安全。必须树立质量第一、安全第一的观点，切实做好生产安全工作，安全生产涉及面较广，对于无线电电装配工来说，经常遇到的是用电安全问题。为做到安全用电，应注意如下几点。 （1）在车间使用的局部照明灯、手提电动工具、高度低于2.5m的普通照明灯等，应尽量采用国家规定的36V的安全电压或更低的电压。 （2）各种电气设备、电气装置、电动工具等，应安装好安

7、全保护地线。 （3）操作带电设备时，不得用手触摸带电部位，不得用手接触导电部位来判断是否有电。 （4）电气设备线路应由专业人员安装。发现电气设备有打火、冒烟或异味时，应迅速切断电源，请专业人员进行检修。 （5）在非安全电压下作业时，应尽可能用单手操作，并应站在绝缘胶垫上。在调试高压设备时，地面应铺绝缘垫，操作人员应穿绝缘胶靴，戴绝缘胶手套，使用绝缘柄的工具。 （6）检修电气设备和电器用具时，必须切断电源。如果设备内有电容器，则所有电容器都必须充分放电，然后才能进行检修。 （7）各种电气设备插头应经常保持完好无损，不用时应从插座上拔下，从插座上取下电线插头时，应握住插头，而不要拉电线。工作台上的

8、插座应安装在不易碰撞的位置，若有损坏应及时修理或更换。 （8）开关上的熔丝应符合规定的容量，不得用铜、铝线代替熔丝。 （9）高温电气设备的电源线严禁采用塑料绝缘导线。 文明生产就是创造一个布局合理、整洁优美的生产和工作环境，人人养成遵守纪律和严格执行工艺操作规程的习惯。文明生产是保证产品质量和安全生产的必要条件。文明生产在一定程度上反映了企业的经营管理水平、职工的技术素质和精神面貌。文明生产的内容有以下几个方面。 （1）厂区内各车间布局合理，有利于生产安排，且环境整洁、优美。（2）车间工艺布置合理，光线充足，通风、排气良好，温度适宜。 （3）严格执行各项规章制度，认真贯彻工艺操作规程。 （4）

9、工作场地和工作台面及使用的工具、仪器、仪表等应保持清洁。 （5）进入车间应按规定穿戴工作服、鞋、帽。必要时应戴手套（如焊接镀银件）。 （6）讲究个人卫生，不得在车间内吸烟。 （7）生产用的工具及各种准备件应堆放整齐，方便操作。 （8）做到操作标准化、规范化。 （9）厂内传递工件时应有专用传递箱。对机箱外壳、面板装饰件、刻度盘等易划伤的工件应有适当的防护措施。 （10）树立把方便让给别人、困难留给自己的精神，为下一班、下一工序服好务。 3、 3、 小结新课 随着电子技术的发展，电子设备正广泛地应用于人类生活的各个领域。按用途可分为通信、广播、电视、导航、无线电定位、自动控制、遥控遥测和计算机技术

12、一、电子元器件的主要参数综述 电子元器件的主要参数：电气性能参数、使用环境参数、机械性能参数、焊接性能参数。 例：电阻器和晶体管的参数。（见教材附表） 二、电子元器件检验和筛选 检验是利用一定的手段测定出电子元器件的质量特性，与国标、部标、企业标准公认的质量标准进行比较，然后做出合格与否的判定。包括：外观质量检验和电气性能检验。筛选是将电子元器件的失效消灭在正常使用之前。 三、电子元器件的命名与标注 电子元器件的命名与标注方法有：直标法、文字符号法、色标法。 （1）直标法。直标法是用阿拉伯数字和单位符号在电阻器、电容器的表面直接标出标称阻值和允许偏差的方法。其优点是直观，易于判读。 （2）文字

13、符号法。文字符号法是将阿拉伯数字和字母符号按一定规律的组合来表示电阻器、电容器的标称值或允许偏差的方法。其优点是认读方便、直观，可提高数值标记的可靠性。 （3）色标法。 电阻的单位是欧姆，用表示，除欧姆外，还有千欧（k）和兆欧（M）。其换算关系为： 1M1000k1061k103(转 载于:wWW.cSsYq.cOM 书业网:电子工艺与装配教案) 用R表示电阻的阻值时，应遵循以下原则：若R1000，用表示；若1000R1000k，用k表示；若R1000k，用M表示。 电阻色标法是用色环在电阻器表面标出标称阻值和允许误差的方法，颜色规定如表所示，特点是标志清晰，易于看清。色标法又分为四色环色标法

14、和五色环色标法。普通电阻器篇二：电子装配教案 第一模块： 材料及设备 项目1： 材料的识别（6课时） 一、线材的分类：我们这里讲的是弱电部份的线材 线材一般由芯线、绝缘层、屏蔽层和护套组成，而线芯主要是铜和铝材料，在大多弱电线材中主要是钢芯材料。 1、电线、电缆：线材的形式：单股线、多股线、双绞线、双排线 护套多芯线、带护套屏蔽线、300欧电缆线、75欧电缆线、五类网络线、光纤等。在电子装配工艺中，我们多采用多股线和扁平电缆线，在网络中，我们多采用光纤、五类线和75欧电缆线。 2、电磁线： 该线是在线芯的表面涂上一层绝缘漆，我们常说的“漆包线”，不同的用途对绝缘漆的要求也不同。从表面上很象是一

15、种“裸线”。 3、扁平线：我们又称为排线，一般用于弱电电路中。如电脑中的“并口线”和“串口线”。该线的规格线径为0.1，绝缘材料为聚氯乙烯（塑料）一般用于直流电压的5V左右。 二、常用导线的主要参数 、线径：按国家标准规定：线径的规格一般为：0.5、0.75、1、1.5、 2.5、4、6、10、16、25、35、50、75 平方毫米（截面积）。在弱电网络布线中，一般为： 0.32、0.4、0.5、0.6、0.7、0.8、0.9毫米（线径） 超五类线为：0.5毫米（线径）。 、电线的工作电流：一般实际经验：铜芯线1 个平方毫米可过4安、铝芯线按3安进行估算。如要精确计算，按电线生产出厂给出的容许

16、通过电流值表取值。记住：在不同的情况下，过流值要进行校正。以上是常温和工频条件情况下。 、电线的额定电压（耐压等级）一般的电线额定电压在500V。主要用于工频电压范围内。特殊的用于高压电缆。 电线的型号规定：用途-绝缘材料-导体材料-内护层-派生代码-额定电压-线数截面积。不同行业的电缆有不同的规定。 如：KVV-500.5 RVV-22.5 三、绝缘材料： 、材料分类 1、无机材料：云母、石棉、大理石、瓷器、玻璃、硫磺。 2、有机材料：是胶、树脂、橡胶、棉纱、纸、麻、蚕丝、人造丝。 3、混合材料：塑料、电木、有机玻璃。 在我们常用的材料中，主要以塑料为主。各种材料性能不同其用途也不一样：气体

17、和夜体绝缘材料用于特殊的设备之中。 、材料的性能指标1、 绝缘电阻 2、 击穿强度（耐压强度） 3、 机械强度 4、 耐热等级 、材料的用途： 一、塑料 1、 聚氯乙烯 2、 聚酰胺（尼龙） 3、 聚四氟乙烯（管材） 4、 甲基丙烯酸甲酯（有机玻璃） 5、 酚醛塑料 二、橡胶（用于电线绝缘） 三、云母（电器元件） 四、陶瓷（电力线路绝缘材料） 四、印制电路板 用于连接电器元件专用线路板，它由绝缘基层，铜箔层组，经线路设计、腐蚀加工，布孔等工艺形成的专用器件。基层厚有3种，1mm、 1.5mm、2mm。铜箔在35-50um左右。在现在的工艺中已经有了多层印制电路板的应用。 印制电路板生产流程：
