2、了此次会议，大会决议产生了太原理工大学材料科学与工程学院冶金工程0302班团支部，投票选举郑元介同学为团支部书记，选举李虎同学为支部组织委员，选举眭仲武同学为支部宣传委员。大会随后产生了太原理工大学材料科学与工程学院冶金工程0302班班委，以协助团支部共同搞好团支部与班级工作。 大会制定了团支部的奋斗目标为建设材料学院一流团支部，争做学校先进团支部，并提出了“团结奋进，顽强拼搏，求实创新，争创佳绩”的奋斗口号。 冶金0302班团支部目前有党员1名、预备党员1名（均保留团籍），共青团员22名。男团员20名，女团员4名。 支部在学习和各项工作中都取得了优异成绩。两年以来，团支部获各项奖学金人数达4

3、2人次。包括国家奖学金1人，学校特等奖学金2人次、一等奖学金4人次。通过国家英语六级考试3人，四级考试15人次，计算机三级考试通过2人，二级通过4人次。除此之外，我们支部团员还在校、院举办的各项活动中获得多次奖项，如高燕芬同学获得英语口语大赛二等奖、眭仲武同学获得院校园文化月卡拉OK比赛优秀奖等等。 工作上我们支部更是走在学院的前列。自支部处理以来，两位同学曾被评为校级“三好学生”、三人被评南区“优秀团学干部”。还有15人次在学校、学院各个组织担任各类职务。他们（按姓氏）有： 董 臻 （现任院科协主席、院团委科技部部长、体育委员） 刘光耀 （现任院学生会主席、班长。曾任院学生会文艺部副部长）

5、以说，我们的团支部是一个大的熔炉，既将我们二十四人熔成一股强大的力量，又将我们炼得更加顽强，更加朝气蓬勃！ 支部工作总结 （一）团支部的组织建设 1支部班子建设 2004年9月我们从长风校区搬回学校主校区。经过全团支部成员的民主建议和学院党支部、团委的批准，我们冶金0302班团支部于2004年10月27日进行民主换届正式产生新一届支部班子。自本届团支部成立以来一直受到学院领导的关心，得到支部成员的支持。全体班子成员在这一年以来的工作中明确分工、通力合作，在支部中起到核心作用，在各位老师、同学的监督下，我们的工作取得了显著的成效。新一届冶金0302班团支部委员名单及分工如下：这一届团支部委员是由

6、支部全体团员进行公平、公正和公开投票选举产生的，所以团支部很重视集体交流。支部决定每两周定期与班委同时召开班会与团支部会议，以方便团支部与班委之间、青年团员之间、团员与党员之间的思想学习，工作经验及生活方面的交流，取长补短，提高团员自身的道德修养、思想作风、工作能力等。支部将努力求创新，无论在学习方面，工作方面，还是在其他方面，支部将要求团员同学按本支部“求新颖，求效率，求效果”的“三求”原则认真对待。积极发现、发展进步优秀的团员同学，鼓励其参与学院、学校学生会、团委、科协的竞选活动。 2制度建设 一个团支部的成长，必须有一套符合自身情况的特色制度。我们冶金0302班团支部的制度建设是在团支书

7、的统一分工下由团支部委员与团员们共同讨论确定的。主要制度包括联系全体团员的组织生活制度，会议记录制度、团员评估制度等 我团支部尤其在组织生活制度方面做的较完善。在支部组织活动前，由团支书及班长负责分工及主要策划，团支部委员及其他班干部负责宣传和发动，并集思广益，提出各种有建设性的意见。团支书和组织委员还负责总结的撰写。我团支部组织的活动多次都邀请到学校、学院团委老师或其他团支部的团支书共同参与，诚恳的听取他人的建议并虚心改进。我们召开的每次会议都有会议记录，支部内部还有一套团员评估制度。在上级团委、其他团总支及上级领导的支持下，在所有成员的共同努力下，我支部的制度建设逐步走向完善。 3团员管理

8、与发展 团支部积极发动支部团员加入中国共产党，通过组织党章学习、参加革命旧址等形式，对团员进行入党教育，并且取得很好的成效。现已计有1名正式党员，1名预备党员，若干名入党积极分子。另外，支部全体团员都已经向当组织递交了入党申请书。 4推优工作 我支部的推优工作每次都是在院团委制定的标准与要求基础上公平、公正和公开完成的。每次推优工作支部都要召开推优会议，以同学上台自我推荐和同学无记名投票相结合的形式进行的，最后根据名额按照票数多少（得票数须超过总投票人数的三分之一）以此为依据确定推选名单，现场征求无异议后就公布。这样，我们冶金0302班团支部把支部的工作和个人评价的监督与决定权交给了每一位团员

9、手中。这种做法不仅受到了同学们的欢迎与支持，也受到了上级组织的肯定与赞许。 （二）团支部的思想教育 团的思想教育包括思想素质教育、时事政治教育和实践意识教育。从支部成立之日起，我们就非常重视这几项工作。支部根据自身的具体情况，一切从实际出发，两年以来顺利及成功地以各种形式对团员进行了团的思想教育，取得了很好的成绩。 （一）思想素质教育 1、用各种形式宣传马克思主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论以及江泽民同志提出的“三个代表”重要思想，引导支部团员紧跟时事潮流、关注国内外大事，党的重大路线方针政策，鼓励大家对社会问题进行关注、思考，并有自己的观点，强化爱国主义、集体主义思想。 2、与班内党员配合，在支

10、部中营造良好的追求上进、向党组织靠拢的氛围，使同学对党有了一个更清晰的认识，从而培养更多的入党积极分子、推荐更多优秀团员进入党校学习。 3、鼓励团员同学善于提出问题，引导他们独立思考。对一些团员同学关心的社会热点问题、焦点问题，通过讨论、辩论等方式，交流思想，使学生在讨论和辩论中明辨事理，受到教育。 （二）时事政治教育 1、引导班里的团员同学关心国家军事，政治教育，利用平时零花钱，订购每期的环球时报、兵器知识等报纸、期刊，供班里的团员同学阅读,使他们对时事政治有及时全面的了解。 2、支部内部建立一个以支部书记郑元介为组长，体育委员董臻，宣传委员段光豪为副组长的“时事政治军事兴趣小组”，小组每周

11、举行知识竞猜活动，对学习优秀团员将进行奖励。 （三）社会实践与意识教育 1、积极组织团员参加志愿者活动、义工活动、“三下乡”等各种形式的社会扶助活动，加深团员对社会的认识和培养回报社会的思想。 2、组织团员到山西太原或其他地方的历史古城，革命老区去参观，了解黄河文化、中华文化、革命知识等。有机会我支部还将去看望老革命战士，与他们进行交流，加深同学们对革命战争的认识、了解，培养同学们的爱国精神。同时给他们带去太原理工大学学院团委和本支部的物质精神慰问。 3、在新的学年里，支部建议全体团员利用空余时间到校内打工，校外做家教等，加强了团员的吃苦耐劳精神。 。 （三）团支部活动 我团支部在上级团委的领
