1、漫谈it代替从句的用法由“see to it that ”所想到的高二（下）第161页上有这么一句 “Will you see to it that my room is cleaned while I am out?我不在家时，请你照看一下我的屋子，把它收拾干净好吗?”该句it后面紧接着that引导的从句，这种语言现象在中学课本中经常见到。现将it代替从句归纳一下。一 it代替主语从句1. It + be +形容词+主语从句。常用于这种句型的形容词有：certain, clear, doubtful, funny, important, likely, necessary, obvious,

2、 possible, probable, strange, true, wonderful等。如：It is certain that fuels like coal and oil cause a lot of pollution.像煤和石油这类燃料会引起大量的污染，这是肯定的。 2It + be +现在分词+主语从句。常用于这种句型的现在分词有：amusing, astonishing, disappointing, encouraging, exciting, inspiring, interesting, puzzling, shocking, striking, surprising

11、students in time.我负责使一切按时准备好，迎接新生的到来。4动词+ it +介词短语+宾语从句。能用于这种句型的是极少数介词短语。如：take sth., for granted, for sure 等。如： I took it for granted that they would accept the proposal.我想当然以为他们会接受这个建议。 We dont know it for sure whether Comrade Wang will come or not.我们不能确定王同志是来还是不来。5动词+ it +介词+宾语+宾语从句。能用于这种句型的是少数动词

12、词组，如：leave it to (由某人决断)；owe it to (全靠，亏得某人帮助)；put it to(请某人同意，征求某人意见，提出这点请某人考虑)。如： I leave it to your own judgement whether you should do it.我让你自己判断，这事是不是该做。 We decided to put it to you that we should delay our journey until the weather improves.我们决定提请你考虑：我们的旅行应推迟到天气好点再说。 I owe it to the PLA fighters that Im still alive.全靠人民解放军战士（救我），我现在才活着。
