Responsible for the equipment maintenance负

2、责设备维修维护;2. Responsible for the information security对信息的安全负责;3. Responsible for the good running of the IT systems in the company对公司IT系统的正常运行负责。Contents of the job:工作内容:1. Manage the computer hardware : server management, network circuitry, printer equipment maintenance电脑硬件的管理: 服务器、网络线路、打印设备的维修;2. Pr

3、opose equipments purchase and is responsible for the purchase.设备采购的预算和执行;3. Manage the server : 服务器管理;- Internal : network connectivity, file sharing control, internal e-mail control, security of the VPN connectivity (Virtual Private Network)- 内部:网络连通支持、文件共享控制、内部邮件共享控制、VPN连通安全;- External : network b

4、uilding control, external e-mail control- 外部:望站建设控制、外部邮件控制;4. Maintain the client terminal in order终端系统正常运行的维护;5. Security control安全控制;- Security tactics towards the final user终端用户的安全策略;- Security control towards the files and server文件和服务器的安全控制;- Security tactic control towards the e-mail system邮件系统

11、ny: IT processes are horizontal processes, give technical support for every activity in the company.本职位需保证相关信息在公司内的顺畅流动: IT工作程序是支持性流程,对公司的所有活动提供技术支持。Tasks :任务:- Main Tasks : 80%主要任务:80%1. To manage the three servers, to maintain them in a good condition管理维护三台服务器,保证其在良好的状态下运行;2. To deal with the tras

12、h e-mails and some not serious troubles (IT support for every employee)处理垃圾邮件和经常遇到的电脑故障(IT为每个职员的技术支持);3. To implement new IT solutions部署新的IT方案;- Secondary Tasks : 5%次要任务:5%1. To make backups for important files on the server对重要文件在服务器上进行备份;2. To maintain and update the web station维护更新公司的网站;- Occasion

13、al Tasks : To resolve serious malfunctions, to purchase equipments : 15%偶发任务:严重故障的解决、设备采购;15%。Knowledge requirements:知识技能要求: Degree/Experience: College degree with 2 years of experience, or Bachelor degree with 2 years of experience in information management and control.学历/经验:大专和学士学位都需要2年的信息管理和控制工作经

14、验; Diploma : College or Bachelor degrees, major in Computer Applications and Maintenance ; Certifications : MCSE (Microsoft System Engineer Certificate), MCDBA (Microsoft Database Engineer Certificate), RHCE (Red-Hat System Engineer)执业证书:大专或学士学位,主修计算机应用维护; 资格证书:MCSE (微软系统工程师), MCDBA (微软数据库工程师), RHCE

15、 (Red-Hat 系统工程师); Languages : To be able to read and write English fluently语言:英语读写流利; General knowledge : To know every aspect of the computer technologies常规知识:需要对计算机各个领域的知识有全面了解; Technical or practical knowledge : 技术和操作技能:- System administration knowledge系统管理知识;- System conformity knowledge系统兼容适配知识

Each employee : to maintain the computers
