2、自检自查工作顺利进展，领导小组根据县上的检查验收要求，及时召开会议，针对要检查验收的相关内容进展了专题安排部署。二、自检自查情况贯彻中央、省、市、县委全会精神情况单位认真贯彻党的十八届四中全会、省委九届九次全会、市委三届七次全会、县委十二届六次全会精神，努力推动新形势下法治宣传教育工作的新开展。整个大项总分12分，单位自评分12分。1、支部利用开展“党的群众道路教育理论活动”和“三严三实暨忠诚、干净、担当”专题教育活动，认真组织干部职工学习贯彻党的十八届四中全会、省委九届九次全会、市委三届七次全会、县委十二届六次全会精神，学关于法治建立以及法治宣传教育方面的重要阐述，站在全面推进依法治县、加快

3、法治_建立的高度，谋划并推进全县扶贫开发工作的开展。、单位结合贯彻落实党的十八届四中全会、省委九届九次全会、市委三届七次全会、县委十二届六次全会精神，专题研究新形势下推进扶贫开发工作，并制定了相应的工作措施或施行方案。、因地制宜，结合实际，主动与有关部门协调，将党的十八届四中全会、省委九届九次全会、市委三届七次全会、县委十二届六次全会确定的与扶贫办的职能职责相关的制度措施细化分解并责任到人，保证相关制度措施尽快落地生根。落实“六五”普法规划情况单位认真贯彻落实“六五”普法规划和决议，单位的法治化建立程度进一步进步。整个大项总分36分，单位自评分35分。扣分的主要原因是加强对流动人口的法治宣传教

4、育不够。1、根据县委制定的“六五”普法规划，县扶贫办根据实际认真进展贯彻落实。把法治宣传教育工作与单位的其他业务工作同部署、同检查、同考核；做到年初有布置、年中有检查、年终有总结。、严格落实领导干部及公务员学法用法的各项规定，单位班子带头开展学宪法学法律活动，领导干部学法用法表率作用明显；以培训、上党课、开会学习等形式，大力推进单位全体干部职工学法用法工作的开展。、结合本部门的实际，认真抓好本单位借调人员、聘用人员以及退休人员的法治宣传教育工作，真正按照要求做到法治宣传教育对象无疏漏、法治宣传教育工作无盲点。、认真开展“法律进机关”活动，利用云南省公布云南省扶贫开发条例的机遇，在单位内认真组织

5、学习，贯彻落实。同时按照“法律进机关”的总体要求，进一步建立健全了单位的各项规章制度，机关的各项工作迈入制度化、标准化轨道。、认真贯彻落实依法执政、依法行政、依法办案、依法决策的有关规定，没有发生因不依法执政、不依法行政、不依法办案、违法决策造成重大损失或重大负面影响的行为或现象。、整个“六五”普法期间，单位领导班子成员没有发生因违法决策被追究行政或纪律责任的现象，没有发生因违法乱纪被追究纪律或刑事责任的现象。一般干部、职工也没有发生被曝光或被有关机关查处的违法违纪案件。、整个“六五”普法期间，单位利用政务信息公开平台，建立了相关听取法律意见的制度平台。创新法治宣传教育工作情况单位以创新求开展
