1、论文发表专家帼餌中国学検文网Wr 59168,net健康体检论文健康管理论文:54555例职工健康体检结果分析与健康管理重要性探索【摘要】本文收集2009年某企业54555名职工健康体 检结果，按性别、年龄分类统计健康体检中常见的16种疾病阳性指标或体症检出率。结果在该体检人群中异常率前三位是血脂异常、体重超重、肝功指标异常，分别占体检人数的44.23%、25.05%、24.96%。男性体检者中异常率前三位 是血脂异常、体重超重、肝功指标异常，分别占体检人数的48.03%、28.72%、28.59%。女性体检者中异常率前三位是血 脂异常、宫颈炎、乳腺增生，分别占体检人数的34.17%、31.3

8、要性 和紧迫性。1对象与方法1.1统计人群为2009年该企业参加健康体检人群中随 机抽取的部分在册（W60岁）人群，其中男39611人（占72.61%）,女14944人（占27.39%）;按照who对中青年年龄 组的划分标准，分两组进行统计分析，青年组V45岁33186人，中年组45岁21369人1.2体检项目包括一般检查、内外科、耳鼻喉、眼、口腔科常规体检项目、心电图、b超、胸正位x线，实验室采血查血、尿常规、肝肾功、血脂、血糖、乙肝两对半；女性 增加妇科常规、宫颈脱落细胞检查、妇科b超、乳腺红外线或彩超；男性增加前列腺检查。1.3体检结果中，只要各指标超过正常值范围均统计为阳性指标或体症。
