Surface Preparation表面处理4.1 Steelwork preparation钢结构处理In order to provide surfaces which will ensure optimum paint performance, prior to blastcleaning, weld de

12、fects such as pinholes and discontinuities shall be repaired. Sharp edges and flame-cut edges shall be reduced to R=2mm by grinding. Welds shall be smooth and free of all weld slag and weld spatter.为了保证涂料发挥最性能, 钢结构表面在喷砂前, 电焊缺陷例如气孔和不连续焊等要修正好。 锐边和火焰切割边缘打磨到半径 R 2mm。焊缝要光顺没有焊渣飞溅等。4.2 Degreasing除油Priorto

13、blasting,alldepositsof grease or oilor otherforeigncontaminantsmust be removedfrom the surface in accordance with SSPC-SP1 “Solvent Cleaning”.喷砂前,油脂或其它外来污染物要根据SSPC-SP1“溶剂清洗”法清除。4.3 Abrasives磨料Blastingabrasivesshallbe dry,clean and freefrom contaminants,which willnot be detrimentalto the performanceo

14、f the coating.Abrasivesused must meet specifiedrequirementsas ISO 111261-8 and will be tested according to ISO 11127 1-7. Beach sand shall not be used.喷射用磨料要干燥,清洁无杂物,不能对涂料的性能有影响。所选用的磨料应当符合ISO 11126 1-8的规定,并根据ISO 11127 1-7进行测试。河砂将不得用于喷砂使用。Size ofabrasive particles for blast cleaning shall be such tha

15、t the prepared surface profileheight (anchor pattern profile) is in accordance with the requirements for the applicablecoating system. The surface profile shall be graded in accordance with ISO 8503. To reach Rz教育资料.40-75m, we recommend copper slag size 10/30 mesh.磨料的大小要能够产生规定涂料系统要求的粗糙度。表面粗糙度级别根据ISO

16、8503 进行评估。要达到粗糙度 Rz4075 微米,我们推荐的铜矿渣粒径为10 30 目。Size of abrasive particles for blasting cleaning shall be such that the prepared surface profile height (anchor pattern profile) is in accordance with the requirements for the applicable Coating system. Blast cleaning shall leave surfaces with a dense, u

17、niform, angular anchor pattern. Steel grits and shots size should be 0.8-1.0 mm. Abrasives for shot blasting should consist of 70% of 0.8-1.0 mm diameter steel shots and 30% of 0.8-1.0 mm chilled steel grits,the angle steelgrits should be added regularlyto ensure all surfaces received the irregulara

18、nchor pattern. The abrasives shall be stored in dry warehouse, not in outdoors field, if not rainwater, fog etc will get damp and not be used. No recycling of the used of non-metallic abrasive is allowed unless expressly approved by Engineer on site. Recycled steel abrasivesshall conform to SSPC-AB2

20、除非得到现场工程师的认可。4.4 Blasting喷砂Compressed air used for blasting must be clean, oil free and dry. The pressure should be at2least 7kg/cmat nozzle. During the blasting operation care must be taken to prevent thepossibilityofoiland/orwatertocontaminatetheblastedsurface.Compressorsmustaccordingly be fitted

21、with efficient oil and water traps.喷砂时注意防止油和或水对喷砂后钢材表面的污渍。空压机必须安装油水分离器。用于喷砂使用的压缩空气必须清洁干燥,无油脂。喷口压力至少在7kg/cm 2。The surface to be coated shall be clean, dry, free from oil/grease, and have the specifiedroughness and cleanlinessuntilthe firstcoat is applied.Alldust must be removed completely.The quantit

22、y of dust shall be less than Rating 3 according to ISO 8502-3.喷砂后准备涂漆的钢材表面要清洁、干燥,无油脂,保持粗糙度和清洁度直到第一度漆喷涂。所有灰尘要求彻底清理,根据 ISO8502 3 灰尘量要小于 3 级。Grits, dust and other contamination must be cleaned after blasting.喷砂处理后的砂粒、灰尘和其它杂物,必须清除。Coatingsshallbe appliedwithin4hours of surfacepreparationand/orbeforerust

23、bloom occurs.Should visible rusting occur or the cleaned surface becomes wet or otherwise contaminated,the surface shall be re-cleaned to the degree previously required.表面处理后4 个小时内,钢材表面在返黄前,就要涂漆。如果钢材表面有可见返锈现象,变湿或者被污染,要求重新清理到前面要求的级别。4.5Power tool cleaning动力工具打磨清理Power toolcleaningis based on thesurfa

24、ce perpetration of repairing of smallarea damagedarea.动力工具清理主要用于小面积的涂层修补的基层表面处理施工。The damaged or rusted areas(due to welding, cutting, mechanical bump or hot work and the30-50mm around)shallbegrindedtoSt3asdescribedinISO8501-1:1988.Thedetailed教育资料.description is: visually observe the surface without

25、 magnifying, no oil or contaminations should be found, almost no loose mile scale, rust, old coating or foreign objects can be found. 26、皮、铁锈、油漆涂层和异物,表面应具有金属底材的光泽。The rubbish or dust remained on surface should be cleanedwith brushes .The oil or greaseshould be removed by rags with suitable solvent.用干净的排刷清除表面垃圾和灰尘,并对表面的油渍,应用带有溶剂的抹布擦除去。Coatings shall be applied within 4hours of surface preparation and/or before rust bloom occurs. Shoul

All welding seams, back of bars, edges of cut outs, scallops, plate edges and other places with too low film thickness shall be stripe coated before application of the next coat.在每一度漆喷涂之前,必须用新的或清洁干净的刷子

30、进行预涂。所有的焊缝、切口边缘、扇形口、钢板边缘和其它漆膜低的地方,都要在喷涂下道漆前预涂好。First stripe coat must be applied by brush to obtain acceptable penetration of the surface and to avoid air entrapment. To further improve penetration of high solid paints, thinning of first stripe coat may be advantageous.第一度预涂必须使用刷子使涂料能渗透进表面并防止空气的截留。为

31、了帮助高固体份涂料的渗透性,第一度预涂可以适当稀释。5.General Requirements of Painting涂装施工总体要求Prior to any work being carried out there are a number of conditions which must be met.教育资料.在工作开始前,现场必须达到一定的工作条件。5.1Compressor air system压缩空气All compressor air system must be good equipped and with good conditions. The compressorair

32、 is dry, cleaning.所有压缩空气系统设备必须安装良好并具备良好的性能,压缩空气必须清洁、干燥。5.2Paint Storage Facility涂料的贮存Certain paint productshave a minimum or maximum storage temperature and facilitiesshouldbe made available to store the materials at the correct temperature prior to mixing and application.涂料的贮存有最低和最高温度条件。施工前和施工中,必须搭

33、建起设施保证涂料在正确的温度条件下贮存。5.3Working conditions油漆施工环境All areas to be painted should be easily accessible and adequate working light provided.Adequate working light has an intensity of 500-1000 lux. Under closed or confined workingconditions, ample ventilation must be provided.油漆施工环境必须满足方便施工并有充足的照明,油漆施工环境的

34、光照度应达到500-1000 lux ,于封闭和受限空间内的涂装施工,还必须保证该环境充分的通风。5.4Climate Condition环境条件Temperature of substrate: To avoid condensation and subsequent detachment, the surfacetemperatur e should above the dew point 3.基层表面温度:为避免表面凝露而导致后道涂层脱落,构件的表面温度应高于露点温度3Ambient temperature: In general, the paint application tempe

35、rature is between 5-40, forthe different paint, the application temperature will vary depending on generic type ofpaint, the details requirements is indicated in Product Data sheet.环境温度:总体上,油漆适宜的涂装温度为5- 40,对于不同的油漆,由于其所属类型不同,具体请参阅该产品说明书。Relative Humidity: Paints perform best when applied below 85% re

36、lative Humidity.相对湿度:油漆涂层适宜的相对湿度应低于85。5.5Application method施工方法Airless spray无气喷涂The distance between nozzle and work pieces构件与喷嘴的距离 : 30-40cmOverlap- 50% fan width of spraying搭接宽度 :喷涂扇面宽度的 50%Spray angle- 90 degree with the work pieces surface喷涂角度 :与被喷涂构件表面成90 度。Nozzle tip size 喷嘴尺寸 : Suited for the

37、 type of paint, indicated in Data sheet of Product 应该适合于所喷涂的油漆,可参照说明书。Brush and Roller刷涂和滚涂Brush and roller are only suitable for the stripe coating application, no access to spraying and touch-up of coatings.教育资料.刷涂只适用于预涂、喷涂无法触及和涂层修补的涂装施工。6. Coatings Application油漆施工6.1 Application of Interseal 670H

38、S底表面处理环氧漆施工A two component, low VOC, high solids, surface tolerance epoxy paint, thinner is GTA220.Interseal670HS does not normally require thinning, but in extreme circumstances, the additionof 5% 10%of thinnerGTA220 can be used to aid applicationforairlessspraying.Thinningratiowill be adjusted acc

47、ilm and sufficient adhesion.为保证该油漆涂层的质量和良好的附着力,该油漆涂层自覆涂施工必须在重涂间隔要求的时间范围内进行。Prior to Over-coating the succeeding coat, the surface of the existing coat which had been exposed under weathering for a long time must be cleaning by sandpaper or sweepblasting to get a total fresh coat. Another technique i

48、s to apply a fresh coating layer of Interseal 670HS and apply topcoat before Max. over-coat interval.如果长时间暴露后,在涂覆后道涂层前,必须使用砂纸或扫砂清理表面,完全露出新鲜的涂层.另一个办法就是施工一道新的Interseal 670HS并在规定的最大面漆复涂间隔前施工面漆。7. Ambient Condition for Paint Application油漆涂装的环境条件要求。Pay particularattentiontothe followingitemsduringpaintin

49、gapplication,stoppaintingexcept special requirement.在下列施工环境条件,除非涂料产品对施工环境有特殊要求,涂装施工应停止进行。The temperatureofsteelsurfaceor paintislessthan 3 below the dew pointtemperature,or the ambient relative humidity is above 85%.当构件表面温度不高于环境空气露点温度之差小于3,或者相对湿度大于85时Whensteelsurfacetemperatureis higherthan 40 (Excl

50、udingpaintmanufactu rer specified).当构件表面温度大于40(除非油漆供应商产品允许更高的温度);When air temperature is lower than 5当空气温度低于大约5时;Predefine the bad weather in two hours when over-coating outdoor.室外涂装施工,当开始涂覆两个小时内有可肯定的不良天气变化时;When moisture formed on surface of structure under raining, condensation and frost etc.当因下雨、

QC & QA 质量控制和质量保证教育资料.8.1 The painting contractors duty涂装承包方的责任Paintingsubcontractorshavetheresponsibilitytomake detailedPaintingSchedule& QCProcedureand establisha QualityC

The Contractorshallhave controlof the meansand methods utilized to meet all QC and painting activities.涂装承包商应有责任制订涂装质量控制程序,并建立完善的质量控制体系。总承包方应控制应用的方式方法以达到质量控制和涂装的要求。8.2 Check points检查要点:结构性处理及清洁度检查要点:Spatters; laminations; sharp undercuts; rough welds; sharp edges; welding smoke ; oil a

53、ndgrease to be removed.飞溅、叠片、咬边、粗糙焊缝、锐边、焊烟、油污。表面处理检查要点:Degree of cleaning ;roughness profile,Dust cleaning(Rating3) ;oil& grease ;Ambient conditions(air temperature, relative humidity, steel temperature, dew point).清洁度、粗糙度、灰尘清洁度(3 级)、油污、环境条件(气温、相对湿度、表面温度、露点)。施工检查要点:Applicationequipments ; ventilatio

54、n;mixing ;thinning;stirring; paintstorage ; stripe-coator touch-up ;Ambient condition(airtemp, relativehumidity,steeltemperature,dew point)施工设备、通风、混合、稀释、搅拌、涂料储置、预涂或补涂、湿膜厚度、环境条件(同上)。完工检查要点:Finishcoat(Topcoat):uniformcolor& gloss,nosagging,running,sprayingdust,nocontamination.完工面漆:色泽均匀,无流挂、无漆雾、无污染。Imp

55、erfection: full coverage, no pinholes, holidays & cavities, no rusty spots.缺陷:无针孔、无气泡、无漏喷、无锈斑DFT: according to min /max DFT in specification.干膜厚度:根据规定的最低/ 最高厚度。8.3 Site ambient condition control现场环境条件控制:No final blast-cleaning or painting application shall be done if the R. humidity is more than85%

56、and when the steeltemperatureisnot more 3 above the dew point.For inspectionfrequencyshallbe atthe beginning of work ofevery day (includingsurface preparation), thereafter oneinspection every 2 hour. If the weather changes acutely the QC shall inspect immediately, and tell the working team to stop blasting or painting operations, when the weather does not meet specified requirement.如果相对湿度超过85%或者钢板温度不高于露点3,不要进行最终的喷砂或油漆施工。检查的频度,
