Notably, about two-thirds of those who reported that they prepared, cooked and cleaned up were women. People with less time available for meal preparation also appear to value convenie

23、nce, choosing more often to eat out or to buy fast food and ready-made foods to eat at home. This study shows that not having time available may be one of the most significant barriers to achieving a healthy diet, said Lauri Wright, Ph.D., R.D.N., a nutritionist and assistant professor at the Univer
