1、 技法指导本单元的写作要求是写提供建议的电子邮件。email与一般的书信相似但不完全相同。它主要由以下几部分组成:1标题栏:标题栏由三个部分组成:“收件人”、“抄送”、“主题”。 在“收件人”(To)框中输入收信人的email地址。如果同时将信发送给多人,可以在“抄送”栏内写上更多的email地址。“主题”(Subject)框的内容应简明地概括信的内容,短的可以是一个单词,如greetings;长的可以是一个名词性短语,也可以是完整的句子。2称呼语:首行顶格写。通常用Dear .来表示,其后一般用逗号。3正文:这是文章的主要部分,在称呼语下写。这部分的写作要求内容清晰、有条理、语言简洁。根据来

2、信写回信,要求仔细阅读来信内容,如实回答来信中所提问题及相关信息,决不可答非所问。4结束语:常表达写信人对收信人的祝愿等。5结尾敬辞:有Yours sincerely, Sincerely, Yours ever等。可以根据自己的喜好或与对方关系的亲疏选择不同的结尾敬辞。这部分也可以使用一个词,如Thanks, Best, Cheers等。6签名:结束语下一行左下角写。黄金表达1常用的开头语Im glad to hear from you .How nice it was to receive your email .It gives me great pleasure to receive
