With variable speed motors for power supply, guiding with alloy shells, driving the rubber blade in the

3、 bottom of blow rod, it can scrape parallelly on the windos of wheel house,thus the window can be kept clear sight by the wiper when rainwater and snow sprinkle on it, to guarantee navigation safety.This window wiper is enclosed with heater on its shell guide to guarantee the smooth scrape in freezi

9、t of M10*30 stainless steel scrow (with nut and washer) can be used to mount, please pay attention to the dimension of amounting angel from middle line to two sides when mounting, so as to ensure the moving route of arm is in the middle of viewing window.(2) Armunit will be fixed on transmission by

10、attached stainless steel screw M6*20,M8*20 .When tested ,if the result is not good,loosen the locking screw of armunit in attached drawing ,tighten adjusting screw to lengthen the pullback spring ,thus pull increase,At last ,tighten locking srew to regulating the pressure between scraper and glass u

11、ntil achieving a satisfied scrape effect. (3)When connection,open the cover of termind box shown in attached drawing ,after connection according to attached drawing ,the wirehole should be sealed by sealing rubber(or other effective way)for water proof.Operation instruction:Wiper start : connect the

12、 wiper switch on control panel,wiper works.Wiper close :cut the wiper switch on control panel ,wiper stops .Heat start: connect the heater switch on control panel,heater works.Heater close: cut the heater switch on control panel ,heater stops .Wiper speed regulating : wiper speed can be regulated by

13、 rorating the adjusting knob on control panel.Notice item in using:1. Clean the glass before wiping, otherwise ,the result will be influced.2. The window wiper can only be used in the event of raining or snowing.3. In the condition of freezing.the heater should be opened.After the ice is unfrozen,th

14、e wiper can start to work.When wiper works ,the power of heating can be shut off.4. After long time use,if the wiping is not clear,maybe the spring tension is decreased.Adjust the spring according to the upper method.5. The oil substance is forbidden to contact with the wiping blade,otherwise,the bl

15、ade will be damaged.6. If the result is influence by the abrasion of wiping blade,please replace the wiping blade.平移式刮水器WGP型船用平移式刮水器是一种新型的适用于船舶驾驶室及操作工作室舷窗刮水的电器产品，它以调速电机为动力源，以铝合金壳体为导轨，带动刮杆下端的橡胶刮片，在舷窗玻璃上做平行刮拭，能使舷窗在海浪及雨水拍打和雪花飘洒时保持视野清晰，以保证安全航行。该刮水器壳体导轨附设有加热器，以保证刮杆在结冰气候能顺畅刮拭。本刮水器适用于各类军用舰艇、军辅船及民用船舶，尤其是无限航

18、的中间。2. 用随机附上的M620、M820不锈钢螺栓及弹簧垫圈将刮杆部件紧固在传动板上， 试机时，如觉得刮拭效果不理想，可拧松附图中刮杆组件的锁紧螺杆，调紧调节螺杆使拉簧伸长增加拉力，最后拧紧锁紧螺杆，这样可调节刮片与玻璃的压力直至刮拭玻璃清晰为止。3. 接线时可打开附图所示的接线盒盖板，按图接线后，出线孔需用密封 胶填封(或其它有效方式)防水。使用方法刮水器启动:接通控制箱面板上的刮水器开关，刮水器工作。刮水器关闭:断开刮水器开关，刮水器停止工作。加热器启动:接通控制箱面板上的加热器开关，加热器工作。加热器关闭:断开加热器开关，加热器停止工作。刮水器调速:转动控制箱面板上的调速旋钮，可调节

19、刮拭速度。使用须知1. 刮拭前务必将玻璃清洗干净，否则影响刮拭效果。 2. 刮水器必须在玻璃上有水或雪花的情况下才能使用。3. 在结冰环境下，须先开启加热器，待结冰溶化后，刮水器才能通电工作。当刮水器工作后，可关断加热器电源。4. 长期使用后，如刮拭不清晰，可能刮杆拉簧拉力减弱，可用上述调紧拉簧的方法进行调节。5. 禁止油性物质与刮片接触，否则会损坏刮片。6. 如因橡胶刮片的磨损而影响刮拭效果时，请更换刮片。注意事项1 在玻璃上方（下方）点焊四个安装支架（与刮水器四个安装孔相对应）2 刮水器放上去装刮杆，滑动。看刮片是否与玻璃左右边缘碰撞（如有碰撞移动刮水器主体确定四个安装支架位置）3 雨刮器主体要与玻璃平行安装4 安装过程中雨刮器主体与刮杆连接处弹簧不能和玻璃上方（下方）边缘碰撞5 接刮水器主体上接线盒切勿把24V正负接反，接反会把驱动器烧坏6 主体上面接线盒线接好后，用热塑管把填料函处封死，以免雨水进入盒内烧坏驱动器7 通电试用的时候切勿干刮（有可能造成刮杆抖动）8 加热器开的时间不能过长，有损皮带（打开大约10-15分钟）9 装刮杆时，注意刮片不能和玻璃的接触面太紧（以免皮带打滑）10 倒装时切勿让水进入刮水器主体内部。文档可能无法思考全面，请浏览后下载，另外祝您生活愉快，工作顺利，万事如意!11 / 11
