1、槽身承重支撑施工方案三、总体施工流程 施工准备测量定位基础现浇C20混凝土贝雷架安装工字钢安装槽钢铺设搭设承重钢筋脚手架顶托安装、铺设木方承重脚手预压卸压槽身砼施工承重脚手拆除。四、建议施工方案渡槽承重脚手施工方案拟在槽身中部位置拼装贝雷片，贝雷片型号为321型(1.5m*3m)。贝雷架立柱宽1.5m，长4.5m，安装高度至排架第三级系梁顶部。贝雷支架拼装完成后安装工字钢，工字钢两端搁在已经焊接好的牛腿及系梁上，中部搁在贝雷架上。工字钢采用32b型工字钢，纵向铺设，共4根长12m间距约0.6m。在工字钢上横向铺设槽钢，槽钢长为4.5m，间距为60cm，型号10型。在搭设好的工字钢及槽钢上搭设钢

2、管承重脚手架。承重脚手架采用40钢管，间距为60*70*50cm。脚手架搭设至槽身底部高程后安装顶托进行预拱度调整，然后顶托上横向铺设1010cm 方木，其上再沿纵向铺设510cm 方木。（槽身现浇混凝土承重模板示意图附后）1、基础砼施工贝雷架安装之前在底部浇筑C30混凝土基础，基础尺寸为2* 5*0.5m，基础砼采用砼拌和站集中拌合，砼运输车供应砼，采用运输车直接入仓，浇筑时水平分层进行，用插入式振动器振捣，基础砼模板主要采用木模。砼拌制严格按实验室提供的配合比设计，经监理工程师批准后进行配料，并按招标文件、相关规范规定，通过试验确定的拌和程序和拌和时间进行拌制。砼主要采用软轴插入式振捣器振

4、地平整，如场地有限，贝雷片搭设牢固脚手架，先将贝雷片在地面上按设计片数拼装，并分组联结好。在工字钢横梁上按设计间距，将各组贝雷架的位置用油漆标好。然后，用塔吊将已联结好的贝雷架吊装到位， 并用自制 U 型卡将贝雷架固定在横梁上。单组第一段安装时，填木平整，保证稳定，两端头支撑片对好眼，螺丝拧紧后方可装第二段。（2）拆除贝雷片时，遵循拆一片，抬离一片的原则，严禁拆除整体贝雷片中的所有支撑片后，再拆主片的不安全行为。以确保拆除过程中的人员安全；拆除后的主片和副片应分门别类地堆放 与指定地点，不得随地乱放、乱堆，确保工地文明整洁和物品安全。（3）装拆贝雷片必须有专人负责，统一安排现场的装拆人员，不得

5、违反装拆顺序。贝雷架的加固：因设计采用双层贝雷架作为槽身的承重平台，为提高贝雷架的整体受力效果及加强贝雷架的稳固性，采用I10 的槽钢按照60cm的间距横向铺设在工字钢之上。3、牛腿预埋为了不影响工程施工的进展，在排架柱施工的过程中预埋牛腿的焊接件，排架柱浇筑拆模后进行牛腿的安装焊接。牛腿材料采用12mm钢板。牛腿安装水平度与标高的控制 牛腿利用已有预埋件焊接。牛腿标高，直接在已有预埋件标记处，往上引一固定尺寸得一点，将同轴线牛腿均固定在该同水平位置。在牛腿整体焊接前，先点焊上翼缘板于柱身已测得标记处，用水平尺复核其水平度，及时调整后再通焊固定。牛腿安装过程的控制 在牛腿、预埋件的整个焊接过程

6、中，设有专职测量人员，对牛腿的标高、水平度进行监测。牛腿焊接是本工程施工的重点，为了不影响正常施工，在保证施工质量前提下又能提高施工进度，制定合理的焊接技术工艺是关键。采用交流焊接。焊机完好，接线正确，电流表、电压表完好，摆放在设备平台上的设备排列应符合安全要求，电源线安全可靠。4、荷载计算单节槽身砼重量：20m*2400=48000kg单节槽身钢筋重量：5816.09kg顺水杆：12m*11排*6层*3.84kg/m=3041.28kg横杆：6m*21排*6层*3.84kg/m=2903.04kg直立杆：4m*21排*6层*3.84kg/m=1935.36kg工字钢：12*4*57.541=

7、2761.97kg槽钢：6*19*10.007=1140.8kg落模顶托：1000kg重量合计：66598.54kg32b型工字钢共有12个反作用持力点（如图所示），即各持力点受力F=63420.49N5、钢牛腿支撑焊缝强度计算（1）基本要求:钢板尺寸200*300*12承受轴心拉力N=63420.49N钢材为Q235采用手工电弧焊，焊缝质量为级，施焊时不用引弧焊。（2）见图所示：（3）计算过程：已知：查表得h=100N/mm2焊缝计算厚度t=20mm惯性矩Lw=3002-212=576（mm）=N/(Lwt)= 63420.49/(57612)=9.18(N/mm2）h=100N/mm2所以

8、满足要求。6、工字钢及槽钢的铺设工字钢采用32b型工字钢，纵向铺设，共4根长12m间距约0.95m。工字钢两端搁在已经预埋好的牛腿及系梁上，中部搁在贝雷架上。工字钢铺设完毕后即在工字钢上横向铺设型号I10的槽钢，槽钢长为6m，间距为60cm。32b型工字钢强度计算（1）基本要求工字钢型号32b工字钢端部持力F=63420.49N根据工字钢支撑形式，工字钢受均布荷载q=21.14KN/m（2）荷载分布示意图（3）结构强度验算计算最大弯矩及剪力Mmax=qL2/8=21.1466/8=95.13KNmVmax=ql/2=21.146/2=63.42KNm（4）验算强度正应力验算：= Mmax/w=

9、95.13KNm/726.7cm3=130.91Mpa=210Mpa(w为32b工字钢净截面弹性抵抗距，查表得到为726.7cm3)剪力验算：由于工字钢在受剪力时，大部分剪力由腹板承受，且腹板中的剪力较均匀，因此剪力可近似按=V/（hwtw）计算。hw为腹板净高（去除翼板厚度），tw为腹板厚度，由图可得到hw=290mm，tw=11.5mm计算得到：=Vmax/hwtw=63.42KN/（290mm11.5mm）=19.02Mpa=120Mpa（5）验算结果分析根据以上验算，32b型工字钢能满足施工承重的要求。7、排架连系梁正截面配筋计算1、设计要求:结构安全等级: 二级 d1.0混凝土强度等

11、2）4、计算过程:截面有效高度:h0has555（mm）相对界限受压区高度:b1（1fyEscu）0.550验算是否需用双筋:s=(dM)/(fcbho2)=0.02sb=0.396(说明应采用单筋截面)即：=1-1-2s=0.04b=0.544=fc/ fy=0.13%0.15%所以=0.15%钢筋面积计算:As=bh0=333（mm2）As（fyAs1fcbh0b）fy2501.9（mm2）因为连系梁横截面上下层钢筋分别为318（As763.02）所以荷载不会对系梁产生破坏（据经验分析系梁箍筋能满足强度要求）。五、承重满堂脚手架施工工字钢及槽钢上搭设钢管承重脚手架。承重脚手架采用40钢管，

12、间距为60*70*50cm。脚手架搭设至槽身底部高程后安装顶托进行预拱度调整，然后顶托上横向铺设1010cm 方木，其上再沿纵向铺设510cm 方木。由于受到地形限制，进出口两边山坡高差较大，不利于贝雷架的施工。拟定直接采用满堂脚手架的施工。脚手架基础平台采用20cm厚C20混凝土硬化，高差较大处采用M7.5浆砌石挡土墙进行隔断，即形成梯级平台。挡土墙采用重力式，上宽0.5m，下宽1m、高度不超过1.5m。（具体施工布置见满堂脚手架布置示意图）脚手架构造（1）立杆本工程立杆排距为60 cm，立杆柱距50cm，立杆外侧距建筑物为排架。竖立杆时，杆件长短要搭配使用；立杆接头采用对接扣件进行对接。对

13、接时，对接扣件交错布置，两个相邻立杆上接头不能设在同步同跨内，两相邻立杆接头在高度方向错开距离不小于500mm；各接头中心距主节点的距离不大于步距的1/3。搭接时的搭接长度Ld1000mm，用不少于两个旋转扣件扣牢，扣件的外边缘距杆端距离为150mm。立杆应沿其轴线搭设到要求位置。（2）大横杆大横杆步距为70cm，对立杆起约束作用，与立杆用直角扣件扣紧，不得遗漏。上下相邻的大横杆在立杆的里外两侧错开布置，减少立杆偏心受荷。大横杆采用对接扣件连接，接头与相邻立杆距离500mm。同一平面内侧和外侧、上步和下步相邻的两根大横杆的接头均应相互错开，不得出现在同一跨间内，水平间距为500mm。同一排大横

14、杆水平偏差不大于该片脚手架总长度的1/250且不大于50mm。（3）剪刀撑所有脚手架沿两端转角处起，每3根立杆设一道，连续布置。剪刀撑从脚手架纵向两端搭起，采用单杆沿架高连续设置。剪刀撑斜杆用旋转扣件扣在小横杆伸出端上，旋转扣件中心距主节点的距离不得大于150mm。斜杆与水平面的夹角为45。（4）顶托及方木铺设支架顶端安装26mm顶托，以调节预拱度。顶托上横向铺设1010cm 方木，其上再沿纵向铺设510cm 方木，中心间距按60cm布置，肋木接头相互交错布置。 承重脚手架搭设完毕后，应测量放样确定每根钢管顶托的高度（每根钢管的高度按其位置处梁底高考虑预拱度设置减构造模板厚度和承重方木、肋木的

15、厚度计算），调整顶托高度，以满足底部标高要求。满堂脚手架施工工艺脚手架搭设前，依据建筑物形状放线，并根据柱距排好立杆。搭设大横杆时必须在角部交圈并与立杆连接固定，铺板时应处理好东西两面和南北两面的作业层交汇搭接形成的小错台构造。当要求周边铺板高度一致时，角部应增设立杆和纵向水平杆（至少与3根立杆连接）。搭设时及时设置剪刀撑，不得滞后超过两步距。扣件安装时应注意扣件规格必须与钢管外径相同，拧固时要用力矩扳手，扭力矩控制在455KNm，防止用力过大螺栓溢扣。在主节点处固定大横杆、小横杆、剪力撑、斜撑等用的直角扣件、旋转扣件的中心点的相互距离不应大于150mm。对接扣件的开口应朝架子内侧，螺栓向上，

16、避免开口朝上，以防雨水进入。各杆件相交伸处的端头均大于100mm以防止杆件滑脱。承重支撑预压试验预压试验（1）预压目的为确保槽身现浇施工安全，需对承重支撑进行重载试验以检验其的承载能力和挠度值。（2）预压方法就是模拟槽身砼的现浇过程，进行实际加载，以验证并得出其承载能力。荷载按顺序逐加，进行连续观测，当完成 110荷载加载后，4 小时观测一次，12小时观测一次，24小时再观测一次。（3）加载过程中应注意的问题 ：每完成一级加载应暂停一段时间，进行观测，并对支撑进行检查，发现异常情况应及时停止加载，及时分析，采取相应措施。如果实测值与理论值相差太大应分析原因后再确定下一步方案。加载全过程中，要统

17、一组织，统一指挥，要有专业技术人员及负责人在现场协调。 卸载注意事项 卸载方案类似加载方案，只是加载程序的逆过程，卸载过程同样分两个阶段。要均匀依次卸载， 防止突然释荷之冲击，并妥善放置重物以免影响正常施工。 承重脚手架的拆除（1） 拆除脚手架前的准备工作：全面检查脚手架，重点检查扣件连接固定、支撑体系等是否符合安全要求；根据检查结果及现场情况编制拆除方案并经有并部门批准；进行技术交底；根据拆除现场的情况，设围栏或警戒标志，并有专人看守；清除脚手架中留存的材料、电线等杂物。 （2） 拆除架子的工作地区，严禁非操作人员进入。 （3） 拆架前，应有现场施工负责人批准手续，拆架子时必须有专人指挥，做
