2、sted heavily in An droid, typically in the form of allocati ng sig nifica nt engin eeri ng resources to improve An droid and bring An droid devices to Market.We created An droid in resp onse to our own experie nces lau nchi ng mobile apps. We wan ted to make sure that there would always be an open p

3、latform available for carriers, OEMs, and developers to use to make their inno vative ideas a reality. We wan ted to make sure that there was no central point of failure, where one industry player could restrict or control the innovations of any other. The solution we chose was an open and open-sour

4、ce platform.The goal of the An droid Open Source Project is to create a successful real-world product that improves the mobile experie nee for end users.Gover nance PhilosophyThe compa nies that have in vested in An droid have done so on its merits, because we believe that an ope n platform is n ece

5、ssary. An droid is inten ti on ally and explicitly an ope n-source - as opposed to free software - effort: a group of orga ni zati ons with shared n eeds has pooled resources to collaborate on a si ngle impleme ntati on of a shared product. The An droid philosophy is pragmatic, first and foremost. T

6、he objective is a shared product that each con tributor can tailor and customize.Uncon trolled customizati on can, of course, lead to in compatible impleme ntati ons. To preve nt this, the AOSP also mai ntai ns the An droid Compatibility Program, which spells out what it means to be Android compatib

7、le, and what is required of device builders to achieve that status. Anyone can (and will!) use the An droid source code for any purpose, and we welcome all such uses. However, i n order to take part in the shared ecosystem of applicati ons that we are buildi ng arou nd An droid, device builders must

8、 participate in the Compatibility Program.Though An droid con sists of multiple sub-projects, this is strictly a project-ma nageme nt tech ni que. We view and man age An droid as a sin gle, holistic software product, not a distributi on, specificati on, or collecti on of replaceable parts. Our inten

9、t is that device builders port An droid to a device; they dont impleme nt a specificati on or curate a distributi on.How We WorkWe know that quality does not come without hard work. Along with many partners, Google hascon tributed full-time engin eers, product man agers, UI desig ners. Quality Assur

We roll the open source admi nistratio n and maintenance into the larger product developme nt cycle.At any give n mome nt, there is a curre nt latest release of the An droid platform. This typically takes the form of a bra nch

11、 in the tree.Device builders and Contributors work with the current latest release, fixing bugs,laun chi ng new devices, experime nti ng with new features, and so on.In parallel, Google works in ternally on the n ext vers ion of the An droid platform and framework, worki ng accord ing to the product

16、 Mobile这两个最受企业 用户欢迎的手机应用平台，其应用售价也最高。黑莓应用的平均售价达每款8.26 美元，而 Win dows Mobile应用的平均售价为 6.99美元。iPho ne、An droid和诺 基亚平台的应用售价差不多，分别为 3.62美元，3.27美元和3.47美元。Windows Mobile应用将近7美元的平均售价令人略感意外。Distimo对 Windows Mobile应用进行了分析。在总共 812款 Windows Mobile应用当中，在 美国可以买到的最多，为639款，紧随其后的是英国，可以买到264款；排名第 三的澳大利亚仅能买到216款。另外，Dist

19、的调查者开发过 Android，还有接近四分之一的开发者开发过J2ME （这个是预料之中，因为J2ME和An droid 都是用Java语言来开发，过渡到An droid 会比较自然）。还有差不多15%的开发者也接触过 iOS 和 Windows Mobile 的开发。lit- Mll1*-i 121绝大多数开发者年龄介于2030岁之间，也有相当一部分 10%是在31-35岁之间：）t.z 二 F lit I-JD.鳩 D桥帖-騎-対N Jinr J匕伽大部分（超过75%）开发者还没有在 An droid Market上发布过app。这很大程度上是因为An droid Market所支持的付费

20、方式 Google Checkout并没有对中国大陆开放。很多开发者都要绕道香港或者欧美去开设一个专门的帐号来开通有效的Google Checkout 帐号。 .Sw Wrt.sn.!fiwn-n IEfr!l*JSW：M!-.ra:仝m in?-,10%的开发者收入是以付费 app为主,超过20%的则以广告收入为主。当然还有很大部分（超过65%）的开发者并没有收入。（这也和上面超过75%的开发者还没有在 Market上发布过 app 一致）。基于广告收入的开发者，超过65%的使用过Google AdSense。还有40%的用过AdMob （现在AdMob是Google的一部分了）。还有哇棒（

21、 wooboo）超过10%的比例有点让人惊讶，也可能是其前段时期发布app就送钱的促销有关。有米（youmi）也占了 6.6%叩冷徂F3* 加MMbcInMJ 杓 4H1在收入方面，超过 60%的还没正式有收入，估计是开发免费app，试水为主。剩余有收入的开发者中，有一半开发者表示收入很差或者不是很好，但也有差不多一半的开发者表示收入超过预期，满意，和前景不错。所以：app开发有风险，入市需谨慎：）（但回报也会不错） laFHI Pr 田 1, fiT 可矯i(4F看+亏龙丁mm发布的App Store 里，Google的An droid Market还是占了超过半数。使用移动的market也

22、有不少。摩托罗拉的SHOP4APPS和HTC Marketplace 也有些许份额。LH詢22X.：B：.rarkciHTC rnsf+et=lac-c总的来说，在中国，An droid 两年间取得了很大的发展。虽然 An droid Market 和GoogleCheckout对国内开发者的支持相当的不给力，但这并不阻碍An droid在中国的良性发展。而且还有一部分先行者已经尝受到了移动开发的甜头。在移动互联网逐步取传统PC互联网的年代，An droid 是一个重要的推手之一。 希望An droid 的下一个版本 Ho neycomb可以带 来更多的技术上的创新。也希望Google 的An

23、 droid Market 团队和Google Checkout 团队能够更加重视中国的开发者群体，不要以一些非技术上的因素来限制中国地区An droid开发的势头。（笔者认为如果Google Market、Google Checkout可以加入 PayPal或者支付宝付费方式的支持，会大大促进An droid 的推广和发展。这不仅仅是在中国地区，世界上还有上百个国家和地区也面临着类似的支付方式不支持的问题）。关于An droid 开发组：本开发组成立于 2009年8月，是致力于创造一个和 An droid 相 关的有着良好讨论环境的群组。 当前有会员1424名，累计帖数18206贴（平均每天28个 新贴和回复）。组内成员基本覆盖国内 An droid 开发的相关行业，从IC，到硬件，到软件， 到应用市场，已经市场开发和推广人员。组内还有多个成员开发了An droid Market上相当受欢迎的几个app，还有几个个人和团体在 CSDN的移动专栏里发表过 An droid 开发的心 得和体会。
