3、andardintoAbaqus/Explicitand viceversa.Thiscapabilityisparticularlyusefulinmanufacturingproblems;forexample,theentiresheetmetalforming process (which requires an initial preloading, forming, and subsequentspringback) can be analyzed. In this case the initial preloading can be simulatedwith Abaqus/St

4、andard using a static procedure and the subsequent forming processcan be simulated with Abaqus/Explicit. Finally, the springback analysis can beperformed with Abaqus/Standard.Abaqusalso providesthecapabilityto transferdesiredresultsandmodelinformation from an Abaqus/Standard analysis to a new Abaqus

5、/Standard analysis orfroman Abaqus/Explicitanalysistoa new Abaqus/Explicitanalysis,where additionalmodel definitions may be specified before the analysis is continued. For example,duringan assemblyprocessan analystmay firstbe interestedinthe localbehaviorof a particularcomponent butlaterisconcernedw

6、iththebehavioroftheassembledproduct.Inthiscase the localbehaviorcan firstbe analyzedinan Abaqus/Standardor Abaqus/Explicit analysis. Subsequently, the model information and results fromthis analysis can be transferred to a second Abaqus/Standard or Abaqus/Explicitanalysis,whereadditionalmodeldefinit

7、ionsfortheothercomponents can bespecified, and the behavior of the entire product can then be analyzed.For this capability to work, the same release of Abaqus/Explicit and Abaqus/Standard must be run on computers that are binary compatible.ABAQUS可以从隐式计算结果到显示计算进行分析,该问题在求解一些问题是非常有用的,例如薄钢的锻造过程(经历预加载,成形

10、s/StandardIf theresultsareto be imported from an Abaqus/Standardanalysis,the resultsfromthe original Abaqus/Standard job must be written to the restart (.res), analysisdatabase (.mdl and .stt), part (.prt), and output database (.odb) files. You canspecifytheincrementsatwhich restartinformationwill b

In Abaqus/CAE you can import model data and resultsonly from models that are defined as assemblies of part instances.Specifying the transfer of model data and results for modelsthat are not definedas assembli

26、es of part instancesYou can importelement setsfroma previous analysis tospecifythetransfer of modeldata and results for models that are not defined as assemblies of part instances.This import capability is illustrated in“ Springback of two-dimensional drawbending,” Section1.5.1oftheAbaqus Example Pr

27、oblems Manual, and “ Axisymmetricforming of a circular cup,” Section 1.3.7 of the Abaqus Example Problems Manual.InputUse the following option to import element sets from a previous analysis:FileUsage:*IMPORTlist of element sets that are to be importedTo preventany ambiguityregardingelementand node

28、definitions,the *IMPORToptionmust be specifiedbeforeany optionsthatdefine additionalmodel datain theinputfile.Inaddition,the*IMPORToptioncan be specifiedonlyonce.Each element set namespecified on the data line of the*IMPORToptionmusthave been used ina section definition option(e.g.,*SOLID SECTION)in

An element set can contain no more than three differenttypes of elements.Abaqus/CAEIn Abaqus/CAE youcan import modeldata andresults only frommodelsUsage:that are defined as assemblies of part instances.Specifying the transfer of model data and results for models that are defin

30、ed as assemblies of part instancesYou canimport part instancesfrom a previous analysis to specify the transfer ofmodel data and resultsfor models thataredefinedas assembliesof partinstances.If you importmore thanone part instance,thepartinstancesmust be from the sameoutput database(.odb) file and al

31、l import parameters must be the same for eachimportedpartinstance.Each instancename thatyou specifymustbe thesame as theinstance name in the original analysis. Only sets that are defined within theimported instance will be imported.Sets defined at the assembly level must beredefined in the import an

32、alysis.New set definitions and surface definitions canbe added upon import. For imported elements,the materialorientationswillbe transferredfrom theoriginalanalysis.Transverseshear stiffness for imported shell elements cannot be redefined; the values willbe transferred from the original analysis. Hourglass stiffness for the importedelements cannot be

42、redefined in an Abaqus/Standard import analysis; the defaultvalues willbe used. The sectioncontroldefinitions(kinematicformulation,orderof accuracyin theelementformulation,andhourglasscontrolapproach)tobe usedfor imported elements cannot be redefined (see“Transferring results betweenAbaqus/Explicit

43、and Abaqus/Standard,” Section 9.2.2, for details).Only nodes associated with the imported elements are imported. New nodes can be defined in the import analysis.Nodes or elementsthatuse the same numbers as nodes orelementsbeingimportedcanbe definedprovidedthatthe referenceconfigurationisupdated,the

44、materialstateis not imported, and the import is not done from an instance library. The newdefinitionswilloverwritethe importeddefinitions.Ifthereferenceconfigurationis notupdated,new nodes or elementscannot use the importednode and elementnumbersirrespective of whether or not the material state is i

45、mported.Duringresultstransferfrom an Abaqus/StandardanalysistoanotherAbaqus/StandardanalysisorfromanAbaqus/ExplicittoanotherAbaqus/Explicitanalysis,thecoordinatesofimportednodescanbemodifiedfromtheirimportedvaluesbyrespecifying the nodal definitions if the reference configuration is updated andthe m

46、aterialstateisnotimported.This modificationofthecoordinatesof importednodesisnotallowedduringtransferofresultsfromAbaqus/ExplicittoAbaqus/Standard or vice versa.Importing model data defined by a distributionWhiletransferringresultsfrom oneAbaqus/StandardanalysistoanotherAbaqus/Standardanalysis,most

47、elementormaterialpropertiesdefinedby adistribution (see“Distribution definition,” Section 2.7.1 ) are imported alongwiththe elements. The only exceptionsarespatiallyvarying thicknessesandorientation angles defined on the layers of composite shells and solids; in this case Abaqus issues an error mess

48、age during input file preprocessing.While transferring results from an Abaqus/Explicit analysis to an Abaqus/Standard analysis, the only spatially varying element properties defined by a distribution that can be imported are shell thicknesses and section orientations for shell and solid elements. If

49、 any other element or material properties are defined with a distribution, Abaqus issues an error message during input file preprocessing.While transferring results from an Abaqus/Standard analysis to an Abaqus/Explicitanalysis or from an Abaqus/Explicit analysis to another Abaqus/Explicit analysis,

50、the only spatially varying element properties defined by a distribution that canbe imported are shellthicknesses,sectionorientationsforshell and solidelements,orientationanglesdefined on the layersof compositeshells,and sectionstiffnessmatrices specified directly for general shell sections. If any o

51、ther element ormaterialpropertiesare definedwith a distribution,Abaqus issues an errormessageduring input file preprocessing.Importing results from an Abaqus/Standard analysis (other than a direct cyclic analysis)If the results are imported from an Abaqus/Standard analysis, you can specify the step

52、and increment in the restart file for which the results are to be imported.
