2、基本能力、基本方法的培养和训练,能够胜任公共事业管理的理论研究与实际工作。知识要求:数量分析和统计知识、计算机基础及管理应用知识、政治学和行政学基础知识、管理学基础知识、经济学基础知识、公共事业管理基础知识、公共事业管理实务知识、方法工具知识等。能力要求:从事公共事业管理的理论研究能力;掌握先进管理方法及技术,具有规划、协调、组织和决策等方面的基本能力,具有较强的创新能力。素质要求:具备现代公共管理的理论素养,具有较强的公共服务意识、政策水平和法规意识,德智体美全面发展,基础宽厚、作风严谨、适应性强。四、主干学科:公共管理学五、核心课程毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系概论、英语、计算机基础

4、80100%比 例661%339%实践教学27学分比 例15.0%九、专业特色本专业培养基础宽厚、作风严谨、适应性强、具有较强创新创业能力的复合型人才。学生在专业学习中,侧重于公共管理基本理论的学习,加强基本技能的训练,培养分析问题、解决问题的能力,使毕业生具有较强的公共服务意识,具备公共事业管理的实务知识、能力和素质。十、说明1、公共管理大类培养本专业与行政管理专业实行公共管理大类培养方式,前两年按大类培养,后两年分专业培养。专业申报按自愿原则,在专业人数不平衡时由相关部门根据学生成绩调剂安排,优先考虑成绩排前位的学生志愿。2、通识课程选修说明通识课程选修课包括推荐选修课程和自由选修课程,学

5、生可根据素质培养和专业发展的需要在规定的知识领域内选修课程,并符合规定的各知识领域的选修学分数。Zhejiang Sci-Tech University 2012 Program Outline of Public Utilities Management Name of Major: Public Utilities Management Code for Major: ObjectivesThis program is to cultivate interdisciplinary talents who can master modern public management theory,

6、 have basic quality and ability of public management and are able to skillfully use advanced management technologies and methods. They should own all-around development, good foundation, rigorous attitude, strong adaptability and strong abilities of innovation and entrepreneurship, which qualify the

7、m to be engaged in some work about actual work on management of public utilities, researching and analyzing public policy in the administrative management departments, public institutions, social organizations and enterprises. Basic Requirements on Knowledge and Abilities This major and the major of

8、 Administrative Management implement category-based training model. The first two years training focuses on public management, and in the next two years, the training will be diversified according to different majors. The students will mainly study the basic theories and knowledge of modern public m

9、anagement, accept the cultivation and training of the basic quality, ability and method of working on public management, and be competent in the theoretical research and practical work of public utilities management.Knowledge requirements: the basic knowledge of quantitative statistics and analysis,

10、 computer applications and management application, political science and administrative science, management, economics, public utilities management and practices, public management methods and tools.Ability requirements: having the abilities to undertake theoretical research of public utilities mana

11、gement; mastering the advanced management methods and technologies; having the basic skills of planning, coordinating, organizing and decision-making, and acquiring strong ability of innovation.Quality requirements: be armed with theoretical knowledge of modern public management, strong awareness of
