2、courage. However, I prefer call him a powerful person instead of a brave one. As far as I am concerned, to be brave is not to do what you can or be willing to but to do something youre afraid of，though. As for him, he knew that he had the superpower the Lord gave him and was proud of it, so he just
3、made use of the gift from God, for revenge, which seemed to have little with being brave. Besides, it is said that every hero fails to pull through beauty pass, so does Samson. Everything seemed perfect for him, except marriages. The first time, he fell in love with a philistine and married her, reg
4、ardless of his parents advice. As a result, the woman betrayed him and coaxed him to get the answer of the answer to the riddle. The second time, he picked up a woman named Delilah, who turn out to be bought by others to get the secret of his superpower, and this time, he lost much more than some we
5、alth. Instead, he lost Gods company, as well as his eyes, freedom, and finally his life. To his comfort, buried dawn he were his lifelong enemy, the Philistines, even more than he killed before in number, which might go down in history as another great achievement of him. Still, his life seemed to b
6、e kind of tragic, for which, in my opinion, both the people around him and himself were to blame. First, he was too self-esteem, being too confident about his judgment, thinking little about peoples advice, and thats how he picked his wife, the one who was supposed to live with him for a lifetime. I
7、t is always considered unwise to be hasty in ones marriage, but he just did it, which turned out to be fatal. Of course, it has something to do with his “wonderful” wives, who betrayed him for a little stuff or something else, one after another. How miserable！ Furthermore, it is very smart of him to
8、 give a wrong answer instead of refusing directly when asked about the secret of his strength. What if he had been a little bit more vigilant, especially when his wife tried getting the answer for three times? He really should have noticed that it was not merely a game when his wife did bring someone to get him.
