4、自动化、信息化建立，极大地进步了行政命令的传输效率，节约了办公资，改善了办公条件。五、公务办理结实树立一盘棋的思想，按照“工作要细，落实要快，督办要勤”的要求，积极协调，及时处理解决各方面问题，确保联络便捷，政令畅通，各类日常工作正常运行、顺利开展。同时，加强文件传阅、文件印发等环节的管理，严格审核把关；做好各市局办公会议、公司行政会议的前期材料准备、会期效劳、会后材料整理等工作；实在抓好公司各类文件的起草工作，凡重要文字材料，均由办公室审核、把关、印发。截止目前，办公室共起草、印发各类文件、通知、公函63份，约13万字，填报、反应各类报表、资料117件次，约7.5万字。从总体上看，上半年，公
