7、d,otherwiseasafeoperationoftheactuatorisnolongerguaranteed.维护手册(参考第18页)必须严格遵守，否则执行器的安全操作将不能被保证。1.5 Warningsandnotes警告和注意事项Non-observanceofthewarningsandnotesmayleadtoseriousinjuriesordamages.Qualifiedpersonnelmustbethoroughlyfamiliarwithallwarningsandnotesintheseoperationinstructions.不遵守那些警告和注意事项可能会

25、hendelivered.对于A类型输出力矩（如图B所示），螺丝必须与阀杆的螺纹相匹配。如果不是规则的外形清晰的螺纹，那么当力矩进行传递时，主螺杆不能打孔或没有导向孔。Finishmachiningofstemnutseepage6.（主螺杆的机械加工请看第6页） Checkwhetherbore（钻）andkeyway（键槽）matchtheinputshaftofvalve/gearbox.检查钻孔和键槽是否与阀门/齿轮箱的输入轴相匹配。 Thoroughlydegreasemountingfacesatmulti-turnactuatorandvalve/gearbox.将经过完全脱脂的

26、衬垫垫在万向驱动装置和阀门/齿轮箱的面上。 Applyasmallquantityofgreasetoinputshaftofvalve/gearbox.涂少量润滑油到阀门/齿轮箱的输入轴承。 Placeactuatoronvalve/gearboxandfasten.Fastenbolts（atleastquality8.8refertotable1）evenlycrosswise将执行器安放在阀门/齿轮箱上并固定。交叉平衡地紧固螺栓（所选8.8型螺丝请参考表格1）。Table1表格1Finishmachining（加工）8.8Ta（NM）ofstemnut（outputdrivetypeM

29、nginthechuck,makesurestemnutrunstrue!当固定在(机床的)卡盘上，以确保主螺母在车丝过程中不走样。 Cleanthemachinedstemnut.使机械加工的主螺母没有毛刺。 Applyballbearinggrease用油润滑，给上润滑油tothrustbearingandraces,thenplacethemonstemnut.将滚珠轴承润滑油涂到推力轴承以及推力轴承套上，然后将它们装到主螺母上。 Re-insertstemnutwiththrustbearingsintothemountingflange.Ensurethatdogsareplaced

39、6.1以前型号的驱动装置，电路联接采用标准型螺旋式插接件。SA(R)25.1以后型号的驱动装置，电动机采用终端式连接，控制线路采用插接件连接。Checkwhethertypeofcurrent,supplyvoltageandfrequencycorrespondtomotordata(refertonameplateatmotor).核对供电类型、电压和频率是否符合电动机的参数(参照电动机铭牌)。 Removeplugcover(AUMAplug/socketconnector)(figureG2).移除插头盖(AUMA接件)(fflG2)o Loosenscrewsandremovesoc
