39、redible for a person to study project management without knowledge of FIDIC. Its the transliteration of French “Federation Internationale Des Ingineures Councles”. Its a powerful organization. In international competition for projects, the “recognized qualifications”usually stands for FIDIC membersh

40、ip. Without such qualifications, no business is in the position to compete for design or supervision commission.H: China must have long been a FIDIC member I think.S: Not at all. Although China has been one of the five standing members of the UN Security Council since 1970s, yet, not until in 1997 w
