12、约为比色皿高度的3/4，用擦镜纸将透光面擦拭干净，按一定的方向，将比色皿放入样品架。合上样品室盖，拉动样品架拉杆使其进入光路。按下“调100%”键，屏幕上显示“BL”延时数秒便出现“100.0”（T模式）或“000.0”、“-000.0”（A模式）。调100%T/ OA完成。6. 测量吸光度6.1 参照操作步骤3、步骤4。6.2 在吸光度（A）模式，参照步骤5调100%T/ OA。6.3 用待测溶液荡洗比色皿2-3次，将待测溶液倒入比色皿，溶液量约为比色皿 高度的3/4，用擦镜纸将透光面擦拭干净，按一定的方向，将比色皿放入样品架。合上样品室盖，拉动样品架拉杆使其进入光路，读取测量数据。7. 测

14、使其进入光路。8.4 按下“功能键”切换至浓度（C）模式。8.5 按下“”或“”键，设置标准溶液浓度，并按下“确认”键。8.6 用待测溶液荡洗比色皿2-3次，将待测溶液倒入比色皿，溶液量约为比色皿 高度的3/4，用擦镜纸将透光面擦拭干净，按一定的方向，将比色皿放入样品架。合上样品室盖，拉动样品架拉杆使其进入光路，读取测量数据。9. 斜率测量9.1 参照操作步骤3、步骤4。9.2 在透视比（T）模式，参照步骤5调100%T/ OA。9.3 按下“功能键”切换至斜率（F）模式。9.4 按下“”或“”键，设置样品斜率。9.5 用待测溶液荡洗比色皿2-3次，将待测溶液倒入比色皿，溶液量约为比色皿 高度

15、的3/4，用擦镜纸将透光面擦拭干净，按一定的方向，将比色皿放入样品架。合上样品室盖，拉动样品架拉杆使其进入光路，按下“确认”键（此时仪器自动切换至浓度（C）模式），读取测量数据。10. 测量完毕10.1 测量完毕后，清理样品室，将比色皿清洗干净，倒置晾干后收起。10.2 关闭电源，盖好防尘罩，结束试验。注意事项：1、 调100%T/ OA后，仪器应稳定5分钟再进行测量。2、 光源选择不正确或光源切换杆不到位，将直接影响仪器的稳定性。3、 比色皿应配对使用，不得混用。置入样品架时，石英比色皿上端的“Q”标记（或箭头）、玻璃比色皿上端的“G”标记方向应一致。4、 玻璃比色皿适用范围：320nm11
