2、如果有了明确的目标就会发现，完成十年规划并不困难，只要把实现目标的每一步预见一下就可以了 个人业绩报告本身体现的是工作表现，内容上一定要体现出具体的数字，同时也要有对比，比如“如果没有执行怎样的决策，公司将损失多少”或“因为采用了怎样的建议，是的公司盈利提高多少”，这样的内容更加有说服力！2、个人面试：交大的个人面试一般会有三个考官，其中一个来自企业，两个来自管院，在你走进考场前，考官也是刚刚拿到你提交的所有资料。所以这份资料是您给考官的第一印象，在自我介绍之后，三个考官会轮流提问，内容主要就是两部分：一、工作情况；二、十年规划内容。他们在提问的时候不会让你感觉到问题的倾向性，但实际上所有的内

3、容都是在考察你资料上的东西，还有对未来的规划是否清晰。需要注意的是，个人面试的最终目的就是看你是否有成为管理者的潜质，所以在回答任何问题的时候脑袋里都要想着这个问题！3、小组面试：交大的小组面试有两种形式，一是小组讨论、一是辩论，2008年1月联考后的面试采用了辩论的形式，但这次提前面试的方法暂时没有确定。但不论是哪一种，只有一个核心目的，考察这个团队的合作、协调观念。 一般在参加面试当天，首先会进行抽签，其实这次抽签之后小组的人员就已经确定，在每个人参加完个人面试之后，大家会陆续在一个教室等候，其实这个时候参加小组面试的成员就已经开始陆续集合到一起。等候其他组员的时间是可以好好利用的，大家可

4、以把自己知道的关于小组面试的技巧统一到一起，尤其是要告诉那些之前没有接触过面试辅导的人，这样才能首先保证整个小组有个比较好的水平。千万不要想着只是自己表现突出，如果处理不好很可能适得其反！ 如果是辩论切忌争论不休，切忌围绕一点争执不下！ 现在能想到的只有这些了，如果有了新的灵感我会再继续的，大家要是有什么问题也可以提问，我尽量回答! 最后还是中心希望各位能成为1/120，明年成功考入交大! 2008年9月18日既然取之于民就用之于民，我面试前从论坛里划了不少好东西，这里就谈谈我的感受。我是21日下午面试的，总体感觉一般，反正就是一个机会能成功就好，不行就按正常路径走。面试前也把整个论坛搜索了一

5、把，很多资料还是很不错的，各位去面试的都应该看看，应该好好准备个人综合面试，英语面试不难一般都能过，小组讨论能准备的也不多把规则搞清楚，事先和小组同学沟通一下。因为我是小组里最后一个面试完的，因此几乎没有很小组成员说几句就直接进去小组讨论了。首先、英语面试一个老外、另一个应该是英语老师或助教，一般主要是老外问，问题由简单到复杂，问我的问题如下：你叫什么？那里毕业？毕业几年？从事什么工作？什么职位？如何组织和管理团队？如何激发和处理和下属关系。（后两个问题是因为我是部门负责人，老外根据你的情况从他手上纸里的一堆问题里挑的），由此看出英语主要是考察你能否说英语，不是考你管理问题，因此回答不用太复杂

6、。英语时间面试很短基本也就4分钟，一般不会超过6分钟，除非你自己太能说。其次、个人综合面试，这个最重要，要好好准备。面试我的是2男一女，态度都不错，可能我是最后一个综合面试的他们有点累了，先自我介绍2分钟（我应该是超时的，因为我自己准备的是4分半，这个介绍很重要，一定要突出自己，掌握好度，建议事先让有面试经验的朋友或同事听你说一下）。因为面试很多人，老师不可能都能集中精力，因此无论在你说的时候他们表情如何都始终要面带微笑，充满自信的把你的话说完。问我的问题都很简单，随便聊了几句。一般是1520分钟左右。最后是小组讨论，我们这次是小组辩论，8个人分成4VS4的正反两组，题目是投资初创科技企业应该

7、是以重视项目为重（正方）还是以重视团队建设（反方），个人认为这个没有办法准备只有靠临场发挥，即不能太张扬，也不能太低调。自己掌握好度，把自己表现出来就好。我是抱着试试的心态去的，因此比较轻松，而且是少数几个没有穿西装去的。（天很热，穿西装的同学们基本是满头汗，有点狼狈哦，但天气凉爽还应该穿西装去的）我也是21日下午参加面试的。简要的说一下当天的情况，为了第二第三批面试的兄弟能有所参考。我估计自己也许是21日面试的160个人里面最年轻的一个了，在工作经验和全局观念上并不占优势，所以自己心态也比较平和，毕竟面试材料让我通过就已经算是一种肯定了。面试流程楼上的兄弟已经讲的比较清楚了，我这里不再多说。

8、英语问我的问题是：平时有什么爱好，国庆假期怎么安排，如何看待北京奥运会的意义，如何看待可口可乐的在奥运会中的营销行为，如何甄别员工是否努力工作，如何看待家长对孩子教育和住房的巨额投资等（我也不知道凭啥问我的问题就那么难。）。其实英语面试主要关注的是英语能力，只要比较流利和顺畅的表达自己的观点就可以了。中文个人面试：主要基于自我介绍的内容，我的内容可能正好是面试官关注的领域，所以问了很多。比较有压力，不过还是那句话，轻松些，该说什么说什么就好。辩论：论题很简单，重要的是对辩题的解析，尽量深入挖掘以及八个人的配合。更直接的说，八个人演一场戏给考官看。不要太激烈，也不要太平淡。几点重要的感受：1、着

I hope to see you again and soon. （谢谢您给我机会，我希望很快能再见到您。）考研复试三类人最易被淘汰 需及时联系调剂(隐藏的目的是怕沉，望大家见谅）本部分设定了隐藏,您已回复过了,以下是隐藏的内容调剂工作表面上是招生单位之间的事情，招生单位负责考生的调剂，考生只需或只能被动地等待复试通知。但是事实上，调剂流程并不是按这个规定进行的。因

36、为考研能否成功调剂的决定权在导师手里。每年在参加复试的考生里，其中百分之二十的初始合格考生在复试中被淘汰。这些被淘汰的百分之二十考生最有可能是以下三类：一是初试成绩虽然不错，报考同一研究方向或导师的上线学生也不多，但在复试中出现较大问题的考生。比如严重缺乏专业知识背景，试验技能太差无法进行试验，面视表现太差等。本校学生因这种情况被调剂的可能性较少，跨专业考生和外校考生要注意，最好向参加过该学校复试的师兄姐们咨询复试过程，以便充分准二是报考同一导师的上线人数超过录取人数，初试成绩与其他报考同一导师的考生的初试成绩相比差一大截，并且没有其他特别优势的考生。因为现在研究生的录取仍然先考虑第一志愿，其

37、次才考虑成绩、能力优劣。这样有的上线考生虽然成绩并不怎么好，但由于报考这一研究方向或导师的上线人数较少，所以被录取，甚至占公费指标。相反，有的同学虽然初试成绩相当不错，但由于报考该研究方向、该导师的上线人数太多而被淘汰。所以初试成绩下来后如果报考同一导师的上线人数超过录取人数，考生初试成绩排名偏底，又在该导师的研究领域没有特殊贡献，或跟导师没有特殊关系，或英语水平不具有绝对优势等就应想到调剂。这种情况可以考虑在本学院的本专业或相近专业中调剂，尽快联系生源不足的导师。三是初试成绩不好，复试成绩也不突出，综合成绩倒数排名，又报考热门专业的考生。这个也因校而异，有的学校只要初试成绩上线，复试中无大的

38、问题，报考该导师的研究生就此一位就会被录取。被调剂考生也参加招生单位组织的复试，但是否被录取，导师具有绝对的决定权。考生不妨咨询参加过调剂的师兄师姐，通过他们了解调剂过程中谁具有决定权，并通过自己以后的调剂经历来验证我关于“导师决定权”的观点。既然调剂中导师对考生具有“生杀予夺”权。另外，考生应非常重视复试前跟导师的面谈，我认为这才真正决定考生上研究生的命运。面谈是导师一个人对学生的初次复试，比正式复试貌似随便一些，但比正式复试更为重要，考生要把这次面谈当成一次复试。面谈时导师会询问考生相关专业背景知识，考查考生英语水平等。有的导师会问读研后的费用问题，因为调剂生大多是自费生，越来越多的导师也

39、不再为自费研究生解决学费或生活费用。为了表明考生以后会全身心投入到研究工作中，不会在读研期间出现兼职之类的影响学业的事。考生的回答一是家里有能力帮助解决生活、学习费用，二是通过贷款方式解决生活、学习费用。 再说一下成功调剂的关键。成功调剂要及时、准确地把握相关专业的空缺信息，考生的调剂是有要求的：除必须具有国家规定的复试资格外，一般要求入学考试的统考科目中两科与所调剂专业的考试科目完全相同，两科专业考试科目相同或相近。所以如果报考专业与预调剂专业风马牛不相及，那成功调剂的概率肯定是零。录取又是先考虑第一志愿考生，而且调剂原则上是先专业内部调剂，再跨专业调剂，再跨校调剂，所以如果导师的上线人数已

40、够或已超额，那成功调剂的可能性也是零。所以一定要把握相关专业的空缺信息，可以根据往年该专业生源情况判断，通过咨询该专业正在读研的同学，通过研究生院的网页查询空缺信息。空缺信息一定要及早把握，有的同学在知道无法参加复试或参加复试并知道被淘汰后才开始着手调剂，了解空缺信息，这就太晚了。原因两方面:一是因为有的导师已有中意的调剂生，不再给其他同学面谈机会，这些同学也就没有参加复试的机会。这也是可以理解的，导师有很多事要做，不只是负责研究生的录取，而且大多数考生其实是没有多大差别的，录取这个考生和录取那个考生对导师来说往往没有太大区别。二是因为各校研究生的复试时间是不相同，等待复试结果出来后联系调剂会
