Evidence for the health benefits of coffee is increasing, however. A group of researchers report that coffee seems to protect against age-rel

16、ated decline in mental ability. They studied 676 healthy men born from 1900 to 1920 and followed them for 10 years, using scientific measures of brain function. Their conclusion shows the men consuming coffee had clearly less decline in mental ability than those who didnt. Three cups a day seemed to
