1、既然大家对报价信这么有兴趣,我就发一封贸易公司给我的报价邮件,大家看看她怎么写的,我把自己的名字和双方公司名都隐去的,别的一字不改,大家看看吧:Dear C,Thank you for your calling! 17、知道对方是男是女也行啊,最好就是写Dear sir或Dear madam,这样也会舒服点。如果连对方男女都不好判断,那就写Dear Sir or Madam, 最好不要出现/这个符号,客人更容易觉得这是封群发的模板邮件。2)Im glad to know you. 这句话是有问题的,我知道你想表达的意思,但是这句是典型的Chinglish,就是中国式英文,你根据中文的意思字面翻译的,但是这句话不这样说,不能说表达有错,只能说表达不地道!我相信你从来不会从欧美客人的邮件里发现这句话的。如果你见过这个客人,可以说“Glad to see you in Shenzhen.”或“Glad to see

18、 you in Canton Fair”,或者 “Thank you for visiting our company!”等等表达方式,或者干脆用Glad to write to you!,尽量用欧美人的寒暄方式,不要用中国式问候硬翻成英文,很别扭的。3)This is Tracy Lee from GF furniture hardware factory in china. 这句话没错,但是为了突出工厂,最好写成GF Furniture Hardware Factory.4)We are the producer ofhigh quality office furniture, moder

19、n classical furniture, metal furniture, eames series furniture, furniture hardware and so on. 这句话是不是有点长?如果要写长句,最好用一下从句,结构上会比较分明,看上去舒服一点。另外producer这个词我个人觉得,视觉冲击力没有manufacturer强。当然这只是我个人看法。5)I attached our e-catalog for your reference, 首先这是一整句话,最后要用句号,不是逗号。还有,你邮件里第一人称太多了,先是I,再是We,现在又是I开头的句子,句型太单调了,会让看

27、说你在google英国站搜索英国当地的杯子供应商,mug这个词你用过了,搜到一些,没有找到合适的,可以改成sell mug,或者supply mug,或者provide mug等等,搜出来的就是英国的贸易商了,或者有些B2B的,那英国的贸易商针对的是英国本地和其他欧洲客人,卖杯子给他们。但是这个贸易商同样也需要进口杯子啊,那他就是你的潜在客户了你的网址整整出现了三遍,正文里两遍,签名里一遍,太重复了!只要一遍就可以了。 另外,msn和skype去掉,专业的公司和客人是不会写这些东西的。签名里只能有公司名,电话,传真,邮箱,最多再加上你的title,公司网址,还有地址大哥下面是我的开发信,帮我看

This is Vick, from.We manufacture. 这样就足够了!你光是Canton Fair这个词就提了三次,你有没有从Canton Fair回来,我们在Canton Fair谈得很投机,在Canton Fair里你累不累啊?其实一到两句话就可以说明白的,你非要长篇大论,客人未必有兴趣看的!2)国外的外贸公司很多很多。如果你发了邮件,报报价,

34、接着没下文了,那说明你工厂的硬实力或者你个人的软实力不够,不在他们考虑范围里,他们有更好的选择。3)谈价格有很多很多技巧,但是归根到底还是基于自己对产品的专业。我前面提到很多很多关于谈价格的,你可以翻出来看看。4)我永远不会怀疑客人的询盘是真是假,做生意的人都很忙,没人有空耍你玩,他们耍你一次能赚多少钱?我从来不去费这个心思,有询盘就认真回,有客人上门就认真接待,你付出多了,总会有几个客人会跟你合作的。不过我的开发信看来像是贸易公司,我们是工厂,LZ麻烦帮我修改修改 兄弟,工厂能把开发信写得像贸易公司,我恭喜你,说明你邮件水平还不错。一般贸易公司的邮件写得即使不好,也不会太差的。大部分惨不忍睹

40、公司和产品的现实情况,根本没有模板,即使对不同的客人也要有针对性。漫天推销是不会有好的效果的! 所以很好很专业的sales真的是凤毛麟角,大家要努力啊,朋友们,不要这样偷懒下去了,多花时间,多研究产品,分析自己邮件的每句话是不是到位、有没有歧义,每封邮件发送之前都必须换位思考,想象客人收到后会不会回复、会怎么回复,发送之前还要检查拼写、格式、段落、标点、图片会不会太大?附件会不会忘记添加等等。三思都不止,要四思五思六思才行! 外贸没有绝对的行业之分,每个行业都有人做得好的,每个市场也有人做得好的。就看你对你所在的行业有多了解、多深入了。很多人羡慕别人赚的多,运气是一方面,但在你没有运气的情况下

41、,努力是唯一能改变现状的途径。你只要一直努力,一直往前走,不断更改修正自己的错误,拓宽知识面和业务能力,即使暂时没人赏识你,但只要是金子,总会发光的。这个老板花2000块雇你,但只要你能力大大提高,达到5000块-10000块的水平,即使你不去找,也有别人来挖你的。 客人也一样,只要你十分专业,让客人觉得你是行家,做了一单后不是你催着客人问有没有返单,而是客人在背后老是追着你要下返单,还要跟你做新产品。师兄,报价虚虚实实怎么说? 打个比方,太阳能灯,工厂报给我4块钱人民币一个,彩盒包装。这个时候我报给客人怎么报,有报0.8美元,也有报1.8美元的,利润从10%到150%之间都有。 可以说,我报

42、给每个客人都不一样的。但是我不会原封不动按照工厂的数据报出去,我会给客人方案,比如说40个产品做一个展示盒,展示盒可以怎么设计,甚至把以前给sony做的展示盒图片发给客人,告诉他做如何如何改动,在超市里摆放会很漂亮。另外还会给他做好banner和slogan,反正一整套的销售策略做好,就等他确定如何改动了。 这样一来,价格可比性一下子削弱,就变得不是那么透明,即使客人拿我的方案漫天询价,我相信国内的同行们肯定会问客人要各种各样的信息,然后再核价,比如用的展示盒是什么纸张,上面有没有腹膜,用什么样的印刷等等,嘿嘿 在此我把LZ对我特别有用的例文整理成模板 尽管LZ一直说靠模板不好 但是懒人我还是

54、Sample lead time: 1-3 daysOrder lead time: 15-20 daysFOB price: USD2.20/pc请教下楼主:联系发给我询盘过的客人,是按他的询盘回复好呢,还是重新写的好?因为B2B上来的询盘除了客人的邮件,还有很多其它的内容,感觉好长;可我又想让他知道他联系过我; 我以前都这样做,就是把客人的询盘复制粘贴在邮件下面,同时也让客人有个印象,他询什么产品。因为客人可能一天发很多询价函,你突然一封没头没脑的报价,客人可能没有印象的,所以你需要给他加深印象,唤起他的记忆。你的邮件太啰嗦了,而且最简单的语法也有问题。will后面跟动词原形,但是你用的d

55、elivery是名词。而且这句话你用the fabric做主语,那就应该用被动语态。另外if开头的是另外一句话了,前面是句号,If的第一个字母要大写。 其实一两句话就可以说清楚了哦,注意表达就可以了。你看看这样写会不会好一点:Dear *,Glad to receive your kind mail!Regarding the trial order, it will take 2 weeks to Saudi Arabia.
