4、 of the first, second and fourth, the numbering rulesdefined above shall be compulsorily implemented;各区域/装置/部门制定的文件由各区域/装置/部门DCC发布、保存、管理。The documents created by each region/facility/department shall be issued, preserved and managedby each region DCC.2. 程序文件编号举例 procedure numbering examples装置内使用的程序文
5、件，除了直接引用液空集团及液空中国文件外，建议最多保留两级文件，即P文件和SOP文件。Except group and ALC documents, two levels of documents are suggested to establish in facility,including P and SOP.示例一：Example 1第二字段第三字段第四字段第一字段文件类别：SOP：标准操作程序业务/活动代号:ASUPAGCISLOG示例二：Example 23. 记录及表单编号举例 examples of record/form numbering记录或表单的编号应在页眉或页脚处进行标
6、示。The code of records/forms shall be written in header or footer on the page.示例一： Example 1如 ALC-SSOP-HSE-O01 的附件 1,可编号为 ALCSSOPHSE-001 Annex 1 Ver. A 版本更新后，需依次升级为Ver.B,C,DFor example, the code of annex 1 in procedure ALC-SSOP-HSE-001 can be named as “ALC-SSOP-HSE-001 Annex 1 Ver. A”，the version sho
7、uld be successively updated as Ver.B,C,D.ifany updating is made.示例二：Example 2装置内所有常用表单可维护一份统一的清单，编号由DCC进行控制。表单编号：ALQD-RD-001(0)或ALQDRDQUA-001(0), RD代表记录，QUA代表质量。也可像文件编号一样，用不同数字开头的流水号代表不同类型的记录表。The facility can establish a complete form list and managed the form code by facility DCC,so that the code
8、can be named as ALQD-RD-001(0) or ALQD-RD-QUA-001 (0), RD meansrecord and QUA represents quality. Another approach is to use different serial codes as thefirst number to represent different activities, seeing the example 2 in procedure numbering.4. 培训材料编号举例 example of training materials numbering当培训
9、材料作为文件的附件时，可编号为ALCD-TR-001(0),装置自己开发的所有培训材料可维护一份统一的清单。TR代表培训材料。If the attachment of a procedure is training material, the code can be named as ALCD-TR-001(0). All training materials developed by facility should set up a complete list. TR representstraining materials.注：不建议将别处已有的表单添加为附件，可在引用时说明其名称和来源。若添加为附件，需保留原文件编号。Note: it is not suggested to attach the forms originating from other procedures as attachment,just providing the name and the place to get it is enough. If it has to be added as attachment inanother procedure, the original code should be kept.
