6、权取消合同。取消合同的情况，卖方仍不能延误付给买方上述罚款。Should the Sellers fail to make delivery on time as stipulated in the Contract, the Buyers shall agree to postpone the delivery on condition that the Sellers agree to pay a penalty. In case the Sellers fail to make delivery later than 7 days, the Buyers have the right t

7、o cancel the Contract and the Sellers, in spite of the cancellation, shall still pay the aforesaid penalty to the Buyers without delay.14. 不可抗力Force Majeure 如因人力不可抗拒的原因造成本合同全部或部分不能履约， 卖方概不负责， 但卖方应将上述发 生的情况和时通知买方。The sellers shall not hold any responsibility for partial or total non-performance of th

But the sellers shall advise the buyers on time of such occurrence.15. 争议的处理Disputes Settlement 所有与此合同有关的争议应通过友好协商解决， 如果协商不能解决， 根据有关仲裁法则进行仲 裁。仲裁应在深圳进行且其结果对双方均有约束力， 任何一方均不应向法院或其他政府部门申 请以改变仲裁结果。仲裁费由负方负担。All disputes in connection with this Contract or the execution th

9、ereof shall be settled friendly through negotiations. In case no settlement can be reached, the case shall be submitted for arbitration ， in accordance with its Rules of Arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in Shenzhen and the decision of the Arbitration Committee shall be final and binding

10、 upon both parties; neither party shall seek recourse to a law court nor other authorities to appeal for revision of the decision. Arbitration fee shall be borne by the losing party. Or the Arbitration may be settled in the third country mutually agreed upon by both parties.16. 文字Versions 本合同中、英文两种文
