24、进行检验，不合格料严禁进入工地；3.4 对上道工序遮板的安装进行验收；3.5 制作特殊设备检查接触网上预留钢板1是否与相应栏杆立柱相碰撞，对于相碰撞的需及时制定专项方案进行处理。3.6 连续梁处的栏杆安装，需事先测定连续梁处遮板预埋件之间间距，并进行记录以便特殊距离栏片及扶手的预制。四 施工方法及工艺流程4.1 栏杆预制4.1.1 栏杆预制工艺流程栏杆采用集中预制，其中立柱、扶手、栏片、柱帽预制时分别一次性预制完成，采用高强度塑模与平板振动器上浇筑成型，基材采用一次性振捣成型工艺，其工艺流程如图4-1。栏杆预制工艺流程图4-14.1.2 施工方法栏杆钢筋在钢筋焊接胎具上进行，其主要工序施工方法

25、如下：1 钢筋加工钢筋加工按下料弯曲绑扎(立柱焊接）成型的工艺流程进行生产，各部位的尺寸严格按照图纸加工，钢筋绑扎严格按照图纸及规范进行绑扎，绑扎成型的钢筋分类码放整齐。2 模板施工模板采用专业厂家定制的ABS塑模，使用前涂刷脱模剂，保证模具内的清洁。安装钢筋笼时，将定型模具打开，放入钢筋笼，调整钢筋笼与栏杆模板间的保护层，锁紧模板四周的定位卡，然后浇筑混凝土。拆下的模板及时清理粘结物，并分类堆放整齐。3 混凝土施工栏杆采用C50无机复合型混凝土，混凝土利用雨山制梁场搅拌站进行搅拌，用混凝土罐车对混凝土进行运输，混凝土运输到指定位置摊铺于薄钢板上由人工将混凝土灌入模板。混凝土振捣采用振动台进行

26、振捣，振捣至混凝土不再下沉、无较大气泡、表面泛浆为止，避免过振。4 栏杆的养护混凝土强度达到设计强度50%时方可进行脱模，栏杆产品脱模后，放在成品区堆放整齐，覆盖土工布洒水保湿养护七天，每天至少洒水三次。5 成品存放栏杆的立柱、扶手、栏片应分不同构件分开进行堆放，以避免构件开裂。要求场地平整，在距端头20cm处用垫木垫起成为支点，栏片产品堆放应立放、贴紧，倾斜度应不大于15度。层层之间接触面加垫板，竖向堆码层数不超过15层。6 施工要求 栏杆预制要求 表1序号名称允许偏差检验方法1立柱截面长度3.0mm尺量2立柱截面宽度3.0mm尺量3立柱高度3.0mm尺量4立柱预埋件位置误差3.0mm尺量5

27、扶手、栏片、柱帽及预留立柱插槽尺寸3.0mm尺量4.2 栏杆安装4.2.1安装施工工艺栏杆安装施工工艺见图4-2遮板顺直度验收遮板螺栓验收遮板钢板验收安装立柱检查立柱间距调整立柱间距安装栏片安装扶手柱顶灌浆安装柱帽加固螺母检查、验收栏杆安装施工工艺图4-24.2.2 安装流程1 采用自制龙门吊进行安装（图4-3），各级操作人员分工明确，严格按照安装工艺顺序确定人员和岗位；2 安装立柱时，必须两人抬一根立柱，立柱底部预留孔对准桥梁遮板上预留的螺栓一次性准确放下，然后及时拧上螺帽，注意不要拧紧；3 校正立柱必须是有专业技术的人员来操作。首先调整立柱间距保证立柱间距符合施工要求；间距调整好后再校正立

28、柱的垂直度，校正立柱垂直度是安装过程中比较重要的一个环节。要对立柱的正面和侧面进行反复地校正，直到校正好为止。4 安装栏片时，不能用硬力，注意栏片和扶手、遮板间空隙。安装后，栏片与横梁间的缝隙不能超过2；5 安装扶手钢筋位置，两头伸出的钢筋一头高一头低，低的一头与相邻扶手的高的一头交叉放在一个柱顶上，不能把一样高的放在一个立柱上，以防钢筋相互碰头；6 栏片全部安装好后，拧上栏片上的螺帽，并用扳手拧紧；7 配制用的水泥是普通硅酸盐水泥，采用1：2水泥砂浆；8 栏片安装好，开始安装柱帽，柱帽要沉入到立柱顶一公分，紧固定位，校准，然后拧紧柱帽螺帽，并且灌浆，抹平表面；4.2.3 安装技术要求1 搬动

29、桥梁栏杆各构件产品时必须轻搬轻放，严格按照以上技术要求进行安装。2 立柱锚固安装，应保持立柱垂直度，立柱垂直度应控制在h/1000范围内，保证立柱下钢板平整，与桥梁遮板上的预留钢板要紧贴，孔位误差控制在15mm。立柱钢板与主筋采用采用手工电弧焊满焊，焊缝与长度满足规范要求，无漏焊现象。3 栏片与扶手通过遮板预留卡槽连接，卡槽精度应在规定范围内，安装前应在插槽内放置少量水泥砂浆，保证栏片安装精度。栏片与卡槽连接要密实，保证其上下两端连接牢固性。扶手高度应保持一致，用10m线量矢度不大于10mm。4 扶手在立柱顶的卡槽内进行连接，将两侧扶手端头预留钢筋及立柱预留钢筋在拄顶进行连接（连接采用焊接），

33、管理，现场质量监督、内业资料整理等工作做到分工明确，责任到人。7.1.4 加强工序质量控制，严格按ISO9001质量管理模式组织生产，依据施工技术规范、质量检验评定标准及招标文件与施工合同条款对质量的要求制定各工序、各环节的操作标准、工艺标准和检查标准。对工序标准的执行情况做好记录，使各工序衔接有序。1 对钢筋加工制作工序，认真作好检查工作，未经检查不得使用，检测要及时，确保质量全优。2 模板要求表面平顺，模板安装时，必须严格控制接缝宽度，同时，保证模板具有足够的强度、刚度和稳定性，以保证混凝土浇注作业时模板不变形。浇注混凝土前模板必须清除干净，并在其表面涂刷同一种脱模剂，以保证模板的外观质量

34、要求。3 混凝土施工质量控制，混凝土拌制前，对所有水泥、砂石等原材料进行试验，并选取最佳配合比，混凝土拌制时，根据调配的施工配合比严格计量，拌制过程中每50m按要求留置混凝土试件，并及时做好试件的养护、编号、送检及试压工作。4 浇筑混凝土应严格控制振捣台振捣时间，使混凝土内实外美。混凝土浇注完毕，自然养护1天左右，待混凝土强度达到2.5MPa即可拆模。7.2 安全保证措施始终坚持将安全生产放在第一位，“安全第一，预防为主，综合治理”。做到人人心中有安全意识，时时注意安全操作。切实认真执行有关安全生产、文明施工的规章制度，加强对安全生产，文明施工的检查，使管理工作标准化、规范化。1 施工前应对所

35、有进场人员进行安全技术交底。2 施工时施工人员必须佩带安全防护用品，如安全帽、安全带、眼镜、手套等；施工人员必须持证上岗，杜绝无证上岗、违规操作现象。3 施工时应加强对机械的管理，对驾驶人员、操作人员进行专门安全知识培训。4 加强现场各部位的安全用电检查，避免发生各类触电及火灾事故。5 施工现场设安全标识牌，危险作业区悬挂醒目警示牌。6 栏杆安装时，箱梁下地面设置警示牌、拉设警示带，禁止人员通过或站立，以防坠落伤人。对于跨路桥的箱梁，在安装栏杆前应通知相关部门对道路进行临时封闭，同时派专人蹲守以防安全事故发生。7 大雾及6级以上大风天气应停止对栏杆进行安装。大风天气时，必须将桥面所有机械、电器及模板等设备固定牢靠。8 施工作业期间严禁作业人员向桥下丢扔物品以防安全隐患的发生。
