3、ortant for the factory to use the method of dynamic simulation to grasp the chemical flow dynamic characteristic.This dissertation tasks the catalytic reforming device in DuShanzi, XinJiang province for example to demonstrate the dynamic simulation detailedly. The mathematical model of catalytic ref

4、orming was built in this pape匚 And the model was resolved with the method of sequence module. Then the project was completed with the current steady state simulation software. The result of the simulation describes the system very well. At last, we got a (raining simulator which can be used io (rain

5、 the workers.Furthermore, for the simulation of the catalytic reforming reactor is always the emphasis of the whole catalytic reforming simulation, so the catalytic reforming reactor steady state simulation and dynamic simulation were withal discussed respectively in the dissertation. The mathematic

6、al model established the foundation of the catalytic reforming reactor further study.According to the guiding principles of lumping theory and based on the study of reaction mechanisms, a new model with sixteen lumped components was proposed for catalytic reforming. It can also help to guide the dyn

7、amic simulation for this process.-in-Because steady state model is very important to impolder the dynamic simulation, the steady state simulation of catalytic refonning reactor with seventeen lumped components was established in this paper. It describes the reactor correctly.In conclusion, the dynam

8、ic simulation of catalytic reforming and the discussion of the catalytic reforming reactor simulation were demonstrated in this dissertation. Remarkablely, the lumping theory provides a new way to study the catalytic reforming simulation and it will make the dynamic simulation more and more accurate
