2、s are many.vAll such letters must sound sincere, and should avoid any hint of a sales pitch.Writing Suggestions:v1) Four principles: prompt, sincere, concise, direct.v2) Give attention to your relationship to the person whom you are writing, and adjust the tone of your message accordingly.v3) Consid
