1、工商局政府信息公开工作年度报告工商局政府信息公开工作年度报告本年度报告是根根据中华人民共和国政府政政府信息公开条例要求，由由衡水市工商行政管理局编制制的。本年度报告由概述、政政府信息主动公开情况、政府府信息依申请公开情况、收费费及减免情况、行政复议和行行政诉讼情况、存在的主要问问题及改进措施等六部分组成成。本年度报告中所列数据的的统计期限自年1月1日日起至年12月31日止止。一、概述 我局政政府信息公开工作始终坚持以以科学发展观统领全局，认真真贯彻落实中华人民共和国国政府信息公开条例和河河北省实施中华人民共和国国政府信息公开条例办法，紧紧围绕全局中心工作，切实履行政务公开职责，不不断夯实公开载

2、体，拓展公开开内容，完善公开机制。政府府信息公开工作朝着规范化、制度化、日常化发展轨道不不断迈进。政府信息公开开工作水平全面提升。我局政政府信息公开工作坚持相对稳稳定的政府信息长期公开，阶阶段性信息定期公开，临时性性信息随时公开原则；除涉及及国家秘密、商业秘密、个人人隐私以及可能危及经济社会会安全以外的政府信息都努力力做到主动公开。凡是涉及经经济社会发展全局，关系群众众切身利益的重要改革方案、政策措施、重点工程等，均均实行预公开制度，积极听取取各方面意见，及时公开反馈馈意见、决策执行的情况，确确保了信息发布权威、准确、全面。规章制度进一步步健全。不断加强对推行政府府信息公开工作的领导，明确确区

3、分公文类政府信息和非公公文类政府信息公布的管理，采用规范发文稿，每个政务务信息产生时,就由局长审批批确该信息是否公开，对免于于公开的说明具体理由。同时时规范明确推行政府信息公开开工作的流程，使得局机关各各科室、各直属单位参与政府府信息公开工作规范有序。丰富载体，政府信息公开开方式日趋多样化。优化各类类信息公开渠道。运用各种便便于公众知晓的形式和平台传传递政府信息，为公众提供快快捷、方便的服务，保证政府府公开及时有效。避免发生因因政府信息公开而未公开或不不应公开而公开、公开不及时时等情况造成的事故或群众投投诉。加强政府门户网站建建设，紧紧围绕“信息公开、在线办事、公众参与”的宗宗旨，准确把握政府

4、网站定位位从办事、公开、服务三个层层面增加公开内容，拓展服务务范围，方便群众使用。通过过政务公开栏、对内公开栏以以及相关公示点等方式，重点点公开与群众生活密切相关的的政务动态。二、主动公公开政府信息情况 1年我局主动公开和更新了各各类信息50条。2主动动公开政府信息的主要类别为为：概况信息政策法规规划总总结工作动态其他应主动公开开的信息。三、政府信息依申请请公开情况 年全年无无依申请公开事件发生。四、政府信息公开收费及减减免情况 年本单位为为申请人提供政府信息公开文文件资料全部予以免费。五、因政府信息公开申请行政政复议、提起行政诉讼的情况况 我局年度未发生针针对本部门有关政府信息公开开事务的行

5、政复议案、行政诉诉讼案和有关的申诉案。六、存在的主要问题、改进措措施 存在的主要问题 年在政府信息公开工方方面主要还存在以下问题：一一是对政务信息公开的认识还还有待进一步提高。二是信息息更新还不够及时，在管理上上有待进一步加强。三是信息息公开的类别需要增加。改进措施 1加强教育，提高认识。通过多种形式深深入学习中华人民共和国政政府信息公开条例和市政府府、省市局有关政府信息公开开管理文件精神，真正领会文文件精神，统一认识，强化服服务理念，将上级各项要求落落到实处。2加强管理，落实责任制。继续加强信息息公开的配套保障建设，完善善网页上需要公开的各类信息息。同时进一步规范政府信息息公开工作流程，认真
