13、ny people；在宾语从句中又有一个if引导的条件状语从句。整个句子的意思为：另一方面，包括一些科学家在内的许多人则持不同意见，他们担心如果人类用这种方式戏弄自然，可能制造一个现实生活中的弗兰肯斯坦怪物。2） 语言知识分析：on the other hand意为“另一方面”，常与on the one hand连用，但有时也单独使用。this way既可作副词，直接作状语，意为“如此，这样”；又可作名词，作介词in的宾语，意为“用这种方法”。on ones way to 中的 to 是介词，后面接名词或V-ing形式作宾语。3.
