6、理环境、心理环境、文化环境。2工作设计中的人本思想。工作设计方法的演变、工作设计中的人本原则。3人本化的激励方式,包括报酬激励、目标激励、心里激励、成就激励和文化激励。P12-172.简述扁平化组织的特点。P25答:所谓组织扁平化,就是通过破除公司自上而下的垂直高耸的结构,减少管理层次,增加管理幅度,裁减冗员来建立一种紧凑的横向组织,达到使组织变得灵活,敏捷,富有柔性、创造性的目的。它强调系统、管理层次的简化、管理幅度的增加与分权。1、扁平化组织与传统的科层制组织有许多不同之处。科层制组织模式是建立在以专业分工,经济规模的假设为基础之上的,各功能部门之间界限分明。这样建立起来的组织必然难以适应

7、环境的快速变化。而扁平化组织,需要员工打破原有的部门界限,绕过原来的中间管理层次,直接面对顾客和向公司总体目标负责,从而以群体和协作的优势赢得市场主导地位的组织。扁平化组织的特点是:1.以工作流程为中心而不是部门职能来构建组织结构。公司的结构是围绕有明确目标的几项核心流程建立起来的,而不再是围绕职能部门;职能部门的职责也随之逐渐淡化。2.纵向管理层次简化,削减中层管理者。组织扁平化要求企业的管理幅度增大,简化繁琐的管理层次,取消一些中层管理者的岗位,使企业指挥链条最短。3.企业资源和权力下放于基层,顾客需求驱动。基层的员工与顾客直接接触,使他们拥有部分决策权能够避免顾客反馈信息向上级传达过程中
