The features offered in this product are better than any other controller available in similar price range.这是一个通用的基于PID控制器的微处理器,具有

2、很高的性价比。控制器的特性优于任何一个同等价格的产品。The instrument is made in 9696200 mm size with standard cutout of 9292mm. Front is sealed membrane type to withstand dusty environment. On back plate PCB soldered 35 deg. 3、35度角。角度的终端具有比较好的质量。The programming, calibration and operation of the instrument is by five simple keys with two independent displays for setpoint and process variable. Set point display is kept 0.39” to differentiate it from process variable display. Status of control/alarm relays, Auto/Manual mode,

4、 Local/Remote Setpoint and receive/ transmit status in case of serial communication are displayed by 3 mm red leds. The operation of the instrument is menu driven with user understandable prompts. Various options are protected by back plate DIP switch to avoid unwanted access. Provision for data loc

6、and 0-5 Vdc inputs. It is available with field selectable input. The type of input can be changed in field itself. The calibration of the unit is done without trimpots. The unit can be calibrated in installed condition itself by front panel keys at any given point i.e. user need not feed a fixed sig

7、nal. All thermocouples and RTD inputs are linearized for 0.1% accuracy through out range. 33、ransformer. This being a microprocessor based instrument, a massive voltage spike can damage it. A good isolation transformer shields the instrument from such voltage spikes and surges.电源电压通过一个好的隔离变压器来提供。对于一个基于微处理器的仪表,大的峰值电压会对毁坏它。好的隔离变压器可以在峰值电压出现时对仪表起到保护作用。All supply connections to final control dev

Take separate earth wires for separate instruments, avoi

36、p microcontroller based PID controller designed for universal input type. Instrument is operated by five user friendly keys. OPERATION 操作2.1 POWER SUPPLY 电源Before connecting power to the instrument ensure that you are connecting right input voltage to terminal (Check Test report or Tag detail

39、on Instrument for operating power supply). The instrument is having jumper selection on power supply card for 110VAC/ 230VAC selection. On application of proper power, the instrument will display input type for two seconds.在连接仪表电源前要确保它连接的电压端子正确(打开电源时要检查测试报告或仪表上面的标签)。仪表的电源卡可以在110VAC/230VAC两者中选择。电源接线正

41、for operation of the instrument. For understanding the operation first let us see the operation of keys.仪表的操作由5个键进行。为了了解操作过程先对五个键进行介绍。SET- This key is used to select desired parameter in verify, program or configuration modes. On first press of this key, it will enter appropriate mode of operation w

42、ith first parameter displayed. After the last parameter the key will bring the instrument in the run mode.设置- 此键用来实现对校验模式,编程模式或者配置模式间的选择。第一次按下此键时,将会进入合适的第一个参数的操作模式。最后一次按下此键将会使仪表处于运行模式。ENTER- This key is used to enter the value of the selected parameter. After setting the data to proper value, if ENT

43、ER key is pressed, the date will be permanently stored in non-volatile memory. On pressing of ENTER key, the decimal point on last digit and flashing of one particular digit disappears to indicate that data is entered. Now, the data change is not allowed until ENTER key is pressed once again. On pre

44、ssing of ENTER key once again, one particular digit will start flashing and decimal point on last digit will glow and allow change in the data.回车键- 此键用来确认选择参数的值。当数据给定到合适值时,如果按下回车键,此数据、会在永久性存储器中永远存储下来。当按下回车键时,最后一次数字的十进制和一个特殊数字的闪动不见了,表明此数据已经输入进来了。现在,不允许改动此数据,除非回车键被再次按下。当回车键被再次按下后,一个特殊数字开始闪动,最后一次数字的十进制

45、数亮,允许对数据进行修改。DIGIT SHIFT- This key adds one very good feature in the product. This key will shift the flashing digit and allow change in that particular flashing digit by increment/decrement keys, so there is fast change in data instead of normal increment/decrement keys. e.g. for changing from 1000

46、 to 2000, increment key needs to be pressed once after selecting thousands digit by digit shift key.数字移动键- 此键在产品中具有很好的性能。此键可以改变闪动的数字,并允许对特殊闪动的数字通过增加/减少键来改变数字,因此通过此法可以快速改变数字,而不需用到增加/减少键。举例来说,要把1000该成2000,需要通过数字移动键移动到千位数字,按一次增加键就对此数进行了修改。INCREMENT- This key will increment the selected parameter value

47、by one count in program or configuration mode if the units digit is flashing. Depending upon the flashing digit, parameter value can be incremented by 10 counts, 100 counts and 1000 counts up to the maximum value of that particular parameter.增值键- 如果单位数字的灯闪烁,可以通过在编程模式下或者配置模式下按此键对此单位数字进行增值操作。根据闪烁的数字,参

48、数值可以通过10进制,100进制和1000进制操作,直到达到此单位数字的最大值。DECREMENT- This key will decrement the selected parameter value by one count in program or configuration mode if the units digit is flashing. Depending upon the flashing digit, parameter value can be decremented by 10 counts, 100 counts and 1000 counts up to t

49、he minimum value of that particular parameter.减值键- 如果单位数字的灯闪烁,可以通过在编程模式下或者配置模式下对此数字进行减值操作。根据闪烁的数字,参数值可以通过10进制,100进制和1000进制操作,直到达到此数字的最小值。2.3 MODES OF OPERATION 操作模式There are four modes of operation for the unit.此单元有四种操作模式。1. Run mode 运行模式2. Verify mode 校验模式3. Program mode 编程模式4. Configuration mode 配

50、置模式2.4 RUN MODE 运行模式This is normal mode of display. From other modes of operations, display falls back to this mode if no key is pressed for 20 seconds. 显示的正常模式。如果在20秒内没有任何按键按下的话,操作模式自动会从别的模式回到此模式。In RUN MODE there are two operation mode.运行模式下,有两种操作模式(A) AUTO MODE 自动模式(B) MANUAL MODE 手动模式(A) AUTO MO

51、DE: By selection AUTO prompt with YES in PROGRAM MODE, instrument will come in Auto Run mode. In this mode output power will be calculated according to the control parameters settings, i.e. Pb H(Proportional Band), tI(Integral time), td(Derivative time) and other batch parameters. In this mode PV di

52、splay will show value of i/p signal, SV display will show the setpoint (Local/Remote) and O/P display will show the output power with 5% resolution (OR valve position in case of position proportional output.) Output power can be seen with 1% resolution by keeping the Digit Shift key in pressed condi

54、 in Manual Run mode. In this mode PID action will be bypassed and user can set the value of output power with 1% resolution by increment/decrement keys. For the indiction of Manual mode MAN LED will glow. In this mode PV display will show value of i/p signal, SV display will show the output power wi

55、th 1% resolution and O/P display will show the output power with 5% resolution.手动模式:通过在编程模式下选择AUTO命令,然后点击NO,仪表就进入手动运行模式。在这个模式下暂时不用PID控制,用户通过increment/decrement按键来设输出功率1%的分辨率。当选择手动模式时,手动指示灯会亮。在这种模式下PV显示输入信号的值,SV将会显示带1%分辨率的输出功率的值,O/P显示带5%分辨率输出功率的值。Here AUTO MANUAL mode change over is Bumpless. i.e. wh

56、ile entering in MANUAL mode instrument will start with the last power value in AUTO mode and viceversa.在此处自动 手动模式的转换是无扰动进行的。也就是说进入手动模式时仪表将会从自动模式的最后状态开始运行,反之亦然。In case of Remote Setpoint input, REM LED will glow.如果是远端给定输入,REM命令灯会亮。2.5 VERIFY MODE 校验模式This mode is used for checking main setpoint, two

57、alarm setpoints will individual hysteresis and control parameters. In this mode data can be seen but can not be altered. This mode can be entered by pressing set key in run mode, with data lock DIP (DIP 4) at back in ON (down) condition. On pressing of set key first time, it will display first promp
