22、4.敷设耐碱网格布一道，网格布与ALC砖搭接不小于150mm，批抗裂砂浆，打孔安装锚栓； 5.面层批抗裂砂浆一道； 6.冷桥部位保温板面部底糙面层敷设直径0.5mm钢丝网加强层一道，面层同外墙一道粉刷； 7.面层同外墙一样20厚1：2.5水泥砂浆粉刷； 8.各单体外墙梁、柱砼墙板均做保温，室内外墙与露台、阳台交界处上翻200高止水墙做保温，外围墙体砂加气块下配套小砖与梁同一平面的其该部位做保温，与室内外墙冷桥部位在同一平面、立面上的露台、阳台栏板、女儿墙、装饰柱（侧立面砼）其保温跟通，外墙所有圆弧窗洞口及两侧下挂砼板墙部分做保温，各单体外墙冷桥部位保温做至地坪标高处。五、施工说明5.1 基准线

23、基准线是施工开始后在纵横两个方向作为施工起点的最初施工线，并使四面墙的图形保持相对位置不变的标准线。一般施工纵向的基准线应放在建筑物的上面，施工横向的基准线放在阴阳角轮廓线和有特征的轮廓作为基准线。5.2 施工顺序纵向施工一般都按从下至上的施工顺序进行，但为了保证每块板在四周墙面上都在同一水平线上，应首先以建筑楼四周墙面的同一基准线为起点向上，向下两个方向粘贴的顺序。横向施工应遵守先阳角后阴角。先保证特殊结构（如门、窗的对称性和均匀性），再大面积施工。六、施工技术要求6.1 基层找平处理结构墙体基面必须清理干净检验墙面平整度 和垂直度。用2m靠尺检查，最大偏差不大于5mm，超差部分应由土建方剔

24、凿或用聚合物水泥砂浆修补平整。6.2 材料准备准备施工所需的各类材料，根据设计要求，用手用刀锯切割，按尺寸要求切割保温板。纤维增强复合材料保温板尺寸误差要求如表9所示：表9 纤维增强复合材料保温板尺寸允许偏差项 目指 标试验方法长度和宽度，mm3用精度为0.5mm钢板尺测量厚度，mm2对角线差，mm2板面平整度，m2侧向弯曲，m36.4 配制粘结砂浆 在干净的塑料桶里倒入一定量的洁净水，采用手持式电动搅拌器边搅拌边加粉剂粘结剂，二者重量比为4:1；充分搅拌5-7分钟，直到搅拌均匀，稠度适中（约110），放置5分钟熟化；使用时，再搅拌一下即可使用。拌制工作应有专人负责，严格计量。 拌制后粘结砂浆

25、在使用过程中不可再加水拌制使用。拌好的料应注意防晒避风，以免水份蒸发过快而出现表面结皮现象。 如搅拌桶内的材料放置时间过长，出现表面结皮及部分硬化时，则应当作废料处理。 注意聚粘结砂浆不可加入其他添加料如：水、水泥、砂、防冻剂及其他异物；注意调好的粘结剂宜在2小时内用完；工作完毕，务必及时清洗干净工具。6.5 粘贴保温板采用点框法粘贴，采用专用泥铲，在保温板背面涂抹粘结砂浆，保持泥铲和板面成45度角，紧贴板并刮除多余胶浆，使板面形成若干胶浆带。粘贴面积为95%以上。抹完粘结砂浆后，立即将板立起粘贴，粘贴时轻揉、均匀挤压，并用托线板检查垂直平整，板与板间挤紧，碰头缝处不留粘接剂。粘贴保温板时按画

26、好的分格线粘贴，每贴完一块板，应及时清除挤出的粘接剂。6.6 安装膨胀锚栓锚固件锚固应在第一遍抹面砂浆（压入增强网）初凝时进行，使用电钻在复合材料保温板的角缝处打孔，将锚固件插入孔中并将塑料圆盘的平面安装到抹面砂浆中，锚固件与基层墙体的有效锚固深度为：混凝土墙体不小于30mm；加气混凝土等轻质墙体不小于60mm。空心砌块（砖）砌体应采用回拧打结型锚栓。墙面高度在20m以下每平方米设置6个锚栓，20m以上每平方米设置79个锚栓。单块保温板不少于2个。锚栓固定后抹第二遍抹面砂浆。6.7网格布（钢网）抹面砂浆处理 复合材料保温板大面积铺贴结束后，视气候条件2448h（冬季48h，夏季24h）后，进行

27、抹面砂浆的施工。 施工前用2m靠尺在复合材料保温板平面上检查平整度，对凸出的部位应刮平并清理复合材料保温板表面碎屑后，方可进行抹面砂浆的施工。 抹面砂浆施工时，同时在檐口、窗台、窗楣、雨篷、阳台、压顶以及凸出墙面的顶面做出排水坡度，下面应做出滴水槽或滴水线。6.8.1涂料饰面施工应符合下列要求： 将配制好的抹面砂浆用铁抹子批到复合材料保温板板面，第一层抹面砂浆厚度13mm，用大杠刮平随即用铁抹子将事先剪好网布压入复合材料保温板抹面砂浆中，在第一遍抹面砂浆八成干燥时，再抹第二道抹面砂浆，第二道抹面砂浆厚度宜控制在12mm。 网格布与ALC墙面平面之间的搭接宽度不应小于150mm，阴阳角处也应压茬

28、搭接、搭接宽度不应小于200mm，应保证阴阳角处的方正和垂直度。网布铺贴要平整无褶皱。 抹面砂浆施工完后，应检查平整、垂直及阴阳角方正，不符合要求的应用抹面砂浆找平。 外墙水泥砂浆施工前应先将钢丝网按冷桥部位高度用钳子分段裁好，将钢丝网裁成长度与冷桥部位尺寸相符并上下各伸出墙面150mm，并尽量使网片平整；边角处的钢丝网预先折成直角。 钢丝网施工，用保温钉卡住钢网，使其紧贴抹面砂浆表面，局部不平整处用钢钉固定； 阴阳角边相互搭接宽度在150公分左右，阴阳角网应压住对接网片。窗口侧面、女儿墙、沉降缝等钢网收头处应用水泥钉加垫片将钢网固定在主体结构上。 抹第二遍抹面砂浆，并将钢网包裹，抹面砂浆的总

29、厚度宜控制在1520mm。 两个板接口处应有加固处理，应保证接头美观，平整，线条顺直。 抹面砂浆施工完一般应适当喷水养护，约7天后即可进行饰面砖粘贴工序。七、质量标准7.1 保证项目7.1.1 保温板、网格布、管材的规格和各项技术指标，粘接干粉、抹面干粉的配制原料的质量，必须符合本规程及有关标准的要求。检验方法：检查出厂合格证，型式报告，复试报告。7.1.2 保温板必须与墙面粘接牢固，无松动和虚粘现象。检查方法：观察和用手推拉检查。7.1.3 粘结砂浆与纤维增强复合材料保温板必须粘接牢固，无脱层、空鼓，面层无爆灰和裂缝。检查方法：用小锤轻击和观察检查。7.2 基本项目7.2.1 每块保温板与墙
