2、反映 企业多层次、全方位物流管理措施。 本文在分析物流管理对于企业的重要性，从企业物流管理目标出发， 首先提出了提高物流管理效率和物流生产率两大战略。 其次，旨在实现物流管理战略,重点设计了一套基于平衡计分卡管理 思想的物流管理绩效评价体系，通过四个层面对企业物流管理进行了评 价指标设计与详述。同时通过对物流管理战略的分析，对影响该公司物 流效率的内部流程进行了改进。 然后，为使物流管理绩效评价体系能真实反映企业物流管理水平， 采用定性与定量方法设计了供应商管理绩效评价方法，作为物流管理绩 产评价体系的补充。 I 上海交通大学研究生论文 最后，本文希望优秀的管理方法开拓企业管理者的思维，能对其
