13、及拉伸试验（对较小钢筋）; (2)闪光对焊的拉伸与弯曲; (3)电焊的拉伸试验； (4)电渣压力焊的拉伸试验； (5)预埋件埋弧焊的拉伸试验。 注： 预应力钢筋接头，只做拉伸试验。4.4 拉伸试验指测定钢筋的抗拉强度及钢筋接头断裂后的性能（塑性或脆性）及断裂是否在焊缝处；弯曲试验指焊缝处于弯曲的中心点，弯心直径见表弯曲至90度时，接头处性能是否符合要求；做弯曲试验时，应将受压面的金属毛刺和镦粗变形部分去除，与母材的外表齐平。钢筋对焊接头弯曲试验指标序号钢筋牌号钢筋级别弯心直径(mm)弯曲角度1HPB235级2d902HRB335级4d903HRB400 RRB400级5d904HRB500级7

14、d90 注：1、d为钢筋直径； 2、直径大于25mm的钢筋对焊接头作弯曲试验时，弯心直径应增加一个d。5.0试验设备：5.1万能材料试验机示值误差在1，使用时试件预期破坏，荷载应达刻度盘2080的量程内。5.2弯曲试验可在万能材料试验机或其它弯曲机上进行，并配上相应的弯心直径。6.0试验步骤：拉伸试验测量试件截面尺寸试样夹紧在试验机上均匀加荷直至拉断读取记录荷载值及描述断裂状态计算弯曲试验试件制备根据试件直径选取合适冷弯冲头，调整间距试件放置冷弯座上均匀加压记录试件冷弯后的状态评定审核发报告。7.0计算：钢筋焊接接头拉伸试验，测定其抗拉强度，即试样拉断时所对应的最大应力。其计算式为： pb b

15、= Fo试中：pb试样拉断时的最大荷载（KN）； Fo试样公称横载面积（mm)。7.1焊点的抗剪试验，由试验机直接读出荷载（N）即是。8.0试验结果评定：8.0.1闪光对焊接头：a、拉伸试验：1）三个试件的抗拉强度均不得低于该级别钢筋的规定抗拉强度。 2）至少有两个试件断于焊缝之外，并呈塑性断裂。当检验结果有一个试件的抗拉强度低于规定指标，或有两个试件在焊缝或热影响区发生脆性断裂时，应取双倍数量的试件进行复验；复验结果，若仍有一个试件的抗拉强度低于规定指标，或有三个试件呈脆性断裂，则该接头即为不合格格品。模拟试件有结果不符合要求时，复验结果，若仍有一个试件的抗拉强度低于规定指标，或有三个试件呈

16、脆性断裂，则该批接头即为不合格品。模拟试件的检验结果不符合要求时，复验从成品中切取试件，数量的要求与初试时相同。预应力钢筋与螺丝端杆对焊接头只作拉伸试验，但要求全部试件断于焊缝之外，并呈塑性断裂。 b、弯曲试验:弯曲至90时，接头外侧不得出现宽度大于0.15mm横向裂纹，弯曲试验结果如有两个试件未达到以上要求，应取双倍数量的试件进行复验，复验结果若有三个试件不符合要求，该批接头即为不合格品。8.1钢筋电弧焊接接头：1）三个试件的抗拉强度均不得低于该级钢筋的规定抗拉强度值。2）至少有两个试件呈塑性断裂。当检验结果有一个试件抗拉强度低于规定指标，或有两个试件发生脆性断裂时，应取双倍数量的试件进行复

17、验，复验结果若仍有一个试件的抗拉强度低于规定指标，或有三个试件呈脆性断裂时，则该接头即为不合格品。模拟试件的数量和要求与从成品中切取的相同，当模拟试验结果不符合要求时，复验应从成品中切取试件，其数量与初试时相同。8.2钢筋电渣压力焊接头拉伸试验结果，三个试件均不得低于该级别钢筋规定的抗拉强度值，若有一个试件的抗拉强度低于规定值，应取双倍数量的试件进行复验；复验结果，若仍有一个试件的强度达不到上述要求，该批接头即为不合格品。8.3预埋件T形接头埋弧压力焊接头：强度检验结果应符合：1）级钢筋接头不得低于360N/mm2； 2）级钢筋接头不得低于470N/mm2。检验结果：当有一个试件不能达到上述要
