1、对北京国安足球俱乐部后备队建设的研究现代足球竞技水平的迅猛提高的现状，使青少年足球训练已经成为各国交相竞争的战略焦点。职业俱乐部是培养高水平青少年足球运动员的摇篮，不仅牵扯到直接为俱乐部输送职业球员的问题，而且还是直接影响我们国家足球运动水平高低的重要因素。从目前我国职业足球俱乐部中的后备队来看，其建设模式和发展程度参差不齐而且很不规范，鉴于北京国安足球俱乐部发展的规范性、成功性及连续性，所以对北京国安足球职业俱乐部中的后备队建设进行研究，具有直接的理论和现实意义。本课题所采用的研究方法有：文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法、实地考察法等，对所研究的课题进行研究。通过研究，

2、掌握北京国安足球俱乐部后备队建设的基本情况，对于后备队建设中一些成功的方面进行总结，对于出现的问题进行分析评价，力图总结出一套比较规范化国安足球俱乐部后备队建设的培养模式，以利于北京国安足球俱乐部中后备队建设能够在原来基础上进一步合理化和规范化，并可以供其他的职业足球俱乐部中后备队建设乃至其他的职业化项目的后备力量的培养来借鉴和参考。通过研究，得出以下结论：1.青少部作为国安俱乐部后备队管理机构，是一种先进的组织机构形式。2.国安俱乐部后备队管理方面，需要进一步完善并制定相关的规章制度。3.国安俱乐部没有对联办足校或俱乐部及培训网点学校有效的管理起来，需要完善签订的协议或合同中条款来加强对其管

3、理。4.国安俱乐部直属后备队的设置结构存在年龄段划分不合理、队伍数量少，队内编制大的问题。5.国安俱乐部后备队体系中的联办足校或俱乐部及建立培训网点学校都是培养后备力量的好方法，但是存在输送渠道不畅通的问题。6.制约国安俱乐部后备队建设的外部因素前三位的是：青少年竞赛体系需要完善、基层教练员业务水平低、足协青少年管理需要完善。制约国安俱乐部后备队建设的内部因素前三位的是：后备队教练员业务能力有待提高、俱乐部对后备队重视程度不够、直属后备队生源训练水平较低。关键词：北京国安 足球 俱乐部 青少年 后备队 建设Research on echelon building of Peking Guoan

Because Peking Guoan club is criterion, success and consecution in it developing，research on its echelon building have the direct theories and realistic meaning.The research method adopted in this paper are:

By summing-up the successful aspect and valuing the problem emergencing in the club, I want to create the more reasoning mode of echelon building of Peking Guoan professional football club. The mode can be use for reference to other professional club in training youth pla

After my research, I draw conclusions as follow:1.As management organization, youth department is reasonable for echelon building. 2.Peking Guoan professional football club is heading for more rational system on management. A lot of rules have been already founded, but the system still need con

10、summated.3.In order to reinforce the management to the units culturing young players for the Guoan, the club demands perfectly items in the agreement or contract.4.The constructure of established echelon need to be consummated.5.There is a sound system of training youth player in Peking Guoan profes

11、sional football club, but it still need to be further modified for more suitably. There are some good ways to culture young players for club.6. The key exterior factors restricting development on echelon building of Peking Guoan professional football club are as follow: 1.The system of teenagers con

12、tests demands to be perfect. 2. The business of coaches in popularization system is low. 3. There is no specially assigned organization and full-time teenager management in CFA. The key internal factors are: 1. Coach business in the club need to be increased.2. The club pays few attentions on echelon building 3.
