1、工位准备流程Workstation Readiness Process职责Roles and Responsibilities1班组长和班组成员Team Leader and Team Members针对某一事件 For an Event复印一定量的工位准备检查单、状况单和对策单(每项操作各一份)。注:复印的表单上不要一同复上签字。Make appropriate number of copies (one for each operation) of Workstation Readiness Checklist,Status, and Countermeasure forms. NOTE:

2、 Do not copy signatures on forms在每项操作的确认板上张贴工位准备检查单、状态单和对策单。状态单放置在对 策单和检查单前。所有的表单都必须在重大事件发生之前张贴出来。Post Workstation Readiness Checklist, Status, and Countermeasure sheets on the CertificationBoard at each operation. The Status sheet is placed in front of the Countermeasure andChecklists. These should

3、 be posted prior to any major event 填写工位准备检查单,就每项操作的问题进行是/否回答。Complete the Workstation Readiness Checklist marking YES/NO answers to questions for eachoperation2班组长和班组成员(续)Team Leader and Team Members (Cont)完成物料准备检查单,填上每个零件号(直接物料和间接物料),对每个问题用X/O进行是否回答。Complete Material Readiness Checklist by posting

4、 each part number (direct and indirect)and marking X/O to each question on the matrix.完成工位准备状态单,在每一项前贴上红点/绿点。Complete Workstation Readiness Status sheet placing RED(X)/GREEN dots on eachitem.完成工位准备对策单。检查单上每个回答为NO的问题都应反映在对策单上。Complete Workstation Readiness Countermeasure sheets. 8、ss Status sheet when operation has achieved GREEN Status5工段长Group Leader针对某一事件 For an Event培训班组长/班组成员。Train team leaders/members.确保工位准备检查单、状态单和对策单填写完毕并张贴在每项操作的确认板上 。Ensure the Workstation Readiness Checklist, Status, and Countermeasure sheets on theCertification Board are posted and completed on the

9、 Certification Board at eachoperation.确保工位准备状态单上每个项目都有红(X)/绿点(都为YES绿色;有一个NO 红(X)。 对于检查单上NO的项目,将问题反映在对策单上。Ensure the Workstation Readiness Status sheet have RED(X)/GREEN dots on eachcategory. (All YES= GREEN; One NO = RED(X). Ensure that each NO on theChecklist is entered as an issue on the counterme

27、、新车型介绍)Identify Major Events that will use the Workstation Readiness Process ( ModelChange, Line Speed Increase, New Model Introduction)更新工位准备检查单的问题,保证工位准备的所有要求都明确,并和现行的方针相符。Update Workstation Readiness Checklist Questions to ensure all readinessrequirements have been identified and comply with curr

28、ent policy重要事件的8周前将工位准备的各表格(检查单问题、状态单、对策单、物料检查单)分发到工段长。Distribute Readiness forms (checklist questions, status sheet, countermeasuresheet, material checklist) to Group Leaders no later than eight weeks prior to amajor event指定审核组(由生产、物料部门的代表、区域经理、质量工程、维修工程师、生产工程师构成),并制定会议安排。18工位准备协调员Workstation Readi
