1、内蒙古自治区2013年12月普通高中学业水平考试英语说明来源:考务二三处作者: 发布日期:2013-11-05依据中华人民共和国教育部2003年颁布的普通高中课程方案(实验)和 普通高中英语课程标准(实验),并结合我区高中教学现状制定本考试标准。I.考试性质与功能普通高中学业水平考试是政府设立的以国家普通高中课程标准必修内容为主 的统一考试。高中学业水平考试的功能是:检测普通高中教学状况,为评估学校教 育、教学绩效提供依据;检测普通高中学生修业状况,为评价是否达到课程基本标 准提供依据;为普通高等学校招生提供基本学业信息。高中学业水平考试属标准参 照性测验,应具有较高的信度、效度和适当的难度。

2、n.测量目标着重考查学生的语言知识和语言技能,以及运用所学知识和技能获取信息、 处理信息、分析问题和解决问题的能力。m.考试内容一、知识与能力要求普通高中学业水平考试要求考生掌握包括语音、词汇、语法、功能意念和话题等英 语语言基础知识。在此基础上提高听、读、写三个方面的技能以及这三种技能的综 合运用能力。1 .能运用本标准“词汇表”中所列的 2100个左右的单词和400个左右的相关 词组,并能根据所学构词法知识猜测新词词义。2 .能掌握本标准中所列的语法项目(标*项目只要求了解),并能在听、读、 写的语言实践中正确运用。3 .能就本标准中所列的“功能意念项目表”和“话题项目表”中的项目,运用所

3、学语言知识,进行得体的语言交际4 . 能读懂难度相当于七级水平的不同体裁的语言材料,获取和处理主要信息,理解文章主旨和作者意图;能依据文章线索进行推理判断;并能根据上下文猜测生 词的词义。5 . 能写出常见体裁的应用文, 如书信、 通知和日记等; 能根据文字及图表所提供的信息对人物或时间进行简单描述。词数100 左右。二、考试内容与要求(一) 词汇1. 掌握本标准“词汇表”中所列的单词和词组;2. 掌握部分常见词的同义词、近义词和反义词的辨析及使用;3. 掌握部分常见词、短语和习惯用语的辨析使用。(二)语法考生能从语言运用的角度出发,把语言的结构、意义和用法有机结合起来,在语境中了解和掌握语法

23、识阅读有关日常生活、兴趣爱好、风俗习惯和科学文化等方面话题的文章,理解正确率达到60% 以上;3 .根据提示,能写出如书信、通知和日记等常见体裁的应用文; 能根据文 字及图表所提供的信息对人物或事件进行简单描述,完成简单的写作任 务。在写作过程中,能做到标点符号、格式正确,语句通顺,内容连贯, 结构完整,无太多的单词拼写和语法错误,具备一定的可读性。V .考试形式、试卷结构与样卷一、考试形式采取闭卷笔试。考试时间为90分钟,无听力测试。试卷原始分数为100分。二、试卷结构本试卷中语言知识运用占30%阅读理解占30%写彳占25%(1)题型比例卷别部分节题型名 称考查内容题号题 量分 值第I卷一第
