Nowadays,many middle schools emphases teaching reading strategies to help students understand words, paragraphs or the text quickly and correctly through the context,structure or background knowledge clues. In order to make the students fully understand t

3、he strategies and put them into practice, we must prepare well and design a good reading class.Only with some clear aims can students learn better,we should get them interested in learning strategies.However,if students thought a class is useless and boring,they will pay no attention to what the tea

We should let the teenage students understand the uses of this subject.Except telling them the importance,we can use other more creative ways,such as divide the students into two groups to do some reading exercises .one groups just finish them with their own way,while the other use the r

5、eading strategies.By comparing, the students will find that reading strategies can help them answer the questions more correctly in less time.Through this competition,students can fully understand the sufficiency of reading class and will try their best to it well. When teaching the reading strategi

6、es,we had better use the Task-Based Learning approach.That means we should organize the class with a clear aim for each step to develop students different abilities.For example,when we teach the Logical relation,we use some simple words and examples to explain its usage to help students to understan

7、d what the strategy is and when to use it.In addition,we should teach them how to take notes while reading to make them clear to their answers.In order to know whether they have received the new knowledge,we let them to do some relevant exercises during the class;In order to develop their oral Engli

8、sh as well as make them become independent,we put forward some questions for them to discuss with their partners and then ask some of them to share with all the class;In order to consolidate what they have learned,we leave some home work for them to finish. The evaluation is very important,it can he

11、ect relation to Because relation.Also,we should make our sounds loudly enough so that it is heard by every studeht ;Secondly,when we use the multimedia,make sure it is clear enough for students to understand.In addition,remember to have some eye-contact and interaction with students to avoid them distracting.Only if we prepare well and handle the class well,can we have a successful reading strategies class and help students to develop their reading comprehension skills.Thus,they can have a better understand of English learning and become more interested in it.
